I was in the market for a truck and saw that they had a 2010 f150 that was in really good shape and had low miles. The owner made me a deal over the phone and said if you buy a vehicle from me I promise Ill take care of you. I got the truck from him and drove it home and fell in love with it. A few days later it started to have an issue with the engine and I called the dealership and they were quick to cover the whole cost and make sure it was done right! Most trustworthy car dealer I’ve dealt with over the past 20 years. No hassle and no pressure. I told them what I was looking for, and they kept searching until they found what I was looking for. My car was detailed and personally delivered to me over 2 hours away!! When I needed something to be fixed on the car, they gave me another vehicle to use while they fix mine. If you are looking for any vehicle, do yourself a favor and come here first! They will take care of you like no other. I am rewriting this review and here is why . Bought a truck from this lot dealt directly with the owner and he seems honest he will get you to write a review while there. After you leave with your car or truck he then will promise to help you and then lie to you. 1 week after I bought my truck front hub assembly went out cost me 500 dollars I called him he said he would pay 200 of the bill I said thank you and never heard from him again just lied to me. I understand the used car business but be a man and tell the truth.

I traveled from out of state to look at a used Subaru, and though I did not purchase the vehicle, Im happy I was able to visit this dealership. Communication was very clear and forthcoming. I asked a lot of questions and all of them were answered with patience and courtesy. I even placed a security deposit on the vehicle, decided I didnt want it, and they still refunded me. Have to say I agree with some of the reviews on here that stated this dealership did not hassle or push one specific vehicle on us. We had the freedom to choose which automobile that fit our needs and wants, then consulted with our loan company to make it work.The negatives I have are, we are close to $2000 into a repair bill and not sure we have covered 100% of everything. To repeat the dealer saying went through a checklist of everything, suspension, drivetrain, etc, I would say they may have, but not to an extent of long term necessity. Weve owned our automobile 9-10months and put close to 10,000 miles on it and too many issues. New rotors, pads, pitman arm, idler arm, stabilizer, radiator, tires, key fobs, electrical, roof leaks...

I bought my first car from carzone in 2008. It was one of the best deals I ever had. Since 2008 never had a problem with it. The only thing I have had to do is change the oil.Im a very picky person, however Feras was very patient. He worked very hard to get me the right car with the details that I wanted. Thats the reason Im back to buy a newer car.I really recommend carzone, they are honest, hard workers and friendly. They do their best to please their customers.

I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 from them and three months later, it needs a $5,000 repair. It started smoking huge white clouds of smoke about a week after purchasing the vehicle. They claim nothing was wrong with it when they had it but I believe they put an additive in the oil to keep it from smoking temporarily. Beware of these crooks!!!!

I recently bought a dodge ram from Car Zone. When I went to take it through marta it failed. I took the truck back to Car Zone expecting a problem they said it was no problem and would have it fixed for me. Needless to say it was fixed and I am a proud owner of a great truck. Every encounter I had with these guys has been pleasant and I will most definitely be a returning customer.

Unfortunately it was close on arrival. But over the phone and vehicles in the lot are not far from the descriptions online. 1st impression 👍
