Awful customer service we bought a very expensive Nissan Murano for the paint to fail..... we tried giving them a call spoke to them they would not even send the car out to get it inspected by a painting company.... thanks but no thanks you have lost a valued Nissan customer
My husband and I purchased in 2020 a 2016 Nissan Rogue with just over 31000 miles. We were thrilled the car had the feature etc we wanted and reasonably priced. One year almost exactly to the date we had a flat tire. My husband put the factory install spare on the vehicle and IMMEDIATELY warning lights flashed regarding wrong gears and wrong tire. My husband immediately stopped the vehicle let it cool or rest and drove it home the warning flashed again right before our house. The next day the car was making a noise but no warning. Immediately it was noticed the transmission was slipping. I contacted Nissan to get details on warranty and recalls. We were out of warranty but there was a programming transmission recall that pretty much was what was causing our issue. I was thrilled because Nissan would be responsible. I paid to have car towed to Nissan dealer as instructed to find out Nissan would not cover transmission once it went out. A program glitched caused the transmission to go into wrong gears BUT you are only responsible for the programming and not the transmission,,, come on Nissan really ??? Jerome with Nissan Consumer Affairs told me Nissan would not pay anything towards my transmission and when I asked for a supervisor he told me that his decision was final and his supervisor would not speak with me. Again REALLY NISSAN ? I even asked him at this point was he just below the CEO (I admit I was mad) but he has no supervisor ?? Jerome did suggest we check to see if the spare tire was the OEM spare tire which was installed at factory and it was. Again Nissan was responsible spare tire. No one else can look at my case. Cold Hard facts a Nissan car with 87000 miles has a blown transmission due to a recall and its not Nissans fault....then whose fault is it ? You tell me should a Nissan North America manufactured in Tennessee vehicle not last more than 87000 miles? I know for a fact Nissan has had countless transmission issue.
Very busy places both Nisson Integrated Logistics Center and Singer Rd. facility, the Trailer jocky were fantastic, when all else failed, in the middle of the night, They could find a trailer for us to bring back. I gave up this lucrative position due to the excessive stress and tention demands which may have contributed to a 2 week illness and switching back to my former daytime position, where I find much less pay but far less stress overnight.
This Place is Huge, especially when searching multiple trailer yards for the few authorized to take back. When loads are not available, Empties should be provided at one set location for designated lanes.
Better than working for toyota but it gets so packed its scary 😱
Hard work but fair.. Feels like family!
I work there..
Good service, job well done
When I purchased the car it was great 30000 miles in mass airflow sensor goes out. Another 30,000 miles in mass airflow sensor goes out all fine and dandy covered underneath my extended warranty. Now that Im out of my extended warranty 18,000 miles later since the last service here we are again replacing the mass air flow sensor problem is Nissan dealership will only cover the part for 10,000 miles then its your responsibility doesnt matter how many times it goes out they will not put out a recall for this part or on this vehicle I will never buy Nissan again I will be selling my Nissan Rogue and going to an American made company. They were extremely rude at consumer affairs they dont care about their customers they dont care that theyre running through your pockets over and over again as soon as the warranty is up the part goes out you lose all power to your car and it leaves you in a very dangerous situation on the roadways i was pulling out in traffic when this part went out for the 3rd time with zero warning before hand and was almost hit by an oncoming car... DONT BUY NISSAN ITS A CROCK THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS
This is not a car dealer, this is the factory for receiving Nissan car parts. This place is great, receiving is prompt, polite, hit a door and bam your done, in and out in less than an hour. Thanks staff, you gals and guys rock!!! Yard was clean, staff was great, office was neat in appearance, as a truck driver this was one of my favorite places. They got the system down pat, and a very smoothly run operation. Wish other places would conduct business like them. Thnx again staff!!!
