We had a great experience and Austin was very helpful. We found exactly what we needed and even got delivery and set up for free. Because we couldn’t get the delivery day we wanted as originally promised, we had two free tempurpedic pillows thrown in which was a very nice touch. Went in on 09/16/2021 and Austin helped me with a warranty claim. He helped me with making decisions regarding a new mattress, answered all questions I had, and even helped me pick out some new pillows and mattress cover. I have never had a better experience shopping for a bed than I did when I went to Sleep Outfitters. Working with Austin Sanders was very easy breezy. He asked us a couple questions, told us about a few options and then let us try it out and he walked away to give us time to lay on it and talk about what we both thought without having some one there hassling us trying to get us to move on to the next mattress. Years ago, we bought our Split King adjustable TemperPedic bed from the Rooms-To-Go superstore in Dunn, NC which is where I purchased the existing cooling mattress cover for my bedside.Recently, my wife and I came to a decision that it was time I purchase a new cooling mattress cover for her bedside to allow for additional comfort. We explored Rooms-To-Go store in Murfreesboro, TN and inquired within, soon after where they informed me that the RTG store does not sell or have inventory for such item. They referred me to Sleep Outfitters which was across the street and that is where I met Matt.Matt was very down to earth and was both understanding and accommodating in providing options to help with my selection. My purchase of a Twin XL Arctic Cooling Mattress Cover was graciously discounted to price and it came with a 120 day warranty. Additionally, I was assured that if there were any concerns, questions, etc., they would be happy to assist to resolve those matters.My wife enjoyed her sleep much greater with her new cover over this past night and is very happy with this selection. Alex is the best at this location but all locations have great customer service. They evaluate your situation and then recommend choices then leaving you to relax and try all the floor models. Alex knew our needs and helped us narrow our options and then stepped aside, available for questions as they arise. Have not gotten our choice but feel confident we will be pleased.

Amazing customer service! The salesman went above and beyond to answer all questions we had. Store was very clean and the employees insured to social distance. My fiancé and I were in need of a mattress and after having no luck at a few local stores, we decided to stop into Sleep outfitters in Murfreesboro. We worked with Alex and he was great! He had so many helpful suggestions and really found the perfect mattress to suit both of our needs! The store was extremely clean and both Alex and Matt wore masks and gloves taking every extra safety precaution. We also noticed there were mattress protectors as well as pillow protectors throughout the store. We had a great experience at the Murfreesboro location. Alex was extremely helpful and very informative. He wasnt pushy at all and it was very clean. We went to several different mattress stores and this was by far the best! I would buy another mattress here when the time comes.

My wife and I went to 4 mattress stores trying to replace a mattress in a box we regret buying. Had I started at Sleep Outfitters, I could have saved a ton of time. We had a great experience at Sleep Outfitters. We were shopping for a twin bunk bed mattress for my son’s room. After several stores, Alex made us a great deal on a foam mattress. Very helpful and patient as my 13 year old had to lay on several to decide. We will shop with them first next time.

This store was great! There was a great selection, and I was able to find “the one”! I haven’t had a new mattress in 15 years and am SO excited about my purchase! Go see Alex! Not only were they VERY knowledgeable about the product that they were selling, but they were also not pushy like your typical salseman. Alex paid close attention and took notes about the problems we had with our previous setup, and pointed us in the direction he thought would be right for us. I went to a couple other mattress stores after this one to compare prices. The other stores were subpar in customer service, safety measures/cleanliness, and overall experience.
