The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. The demo beds were comfortable and helpful in assessing our best choice.But our salesperson forgot to record our favorite bed settings, and the WiFi (upon which so much depends) was terrible. We had to go outside to get internet and download the app for controlling the bed.

I was greeted by Johnwesley and received excellent service and recommendations. I was unsure what I want and Johnwesley showed me all the beds, gave recommendations, provided information about all the beds, and answered all my questions. He was very nice and confident on giving information on beds, pillows, and other items. I ended up leaving with a comfortable bed that was exactly in my price range and am super excited for when it comes in!! Great job sleep number!

Over a year ago, I had a very serious spinal surgery for pinched nerves and degenerative disc disease. Two cervical disc were fused and 7 others were replaced with 12 titanium pins. This past year has been a real struggle to get comfortable while sleeping. I made one of the best decisions of my life when I purchased a split king Sleep No. bed from the Murfreesboro, TN store. Our representative, Matt was very knowledgeable and assisted my husband & I in purchasing the right bed & bedding for our needs. I’m still in a lot of pain but thx to Sleep No. I can now get a full, peaceful nights sleep without pain. I have no regrets in spending the money I did for my Sleep No. bed.

DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED! What an absolute joke this company is. We bought a sleep number bed with memory foam and we didn’t like it from the first night. We found our sleep number but it didn’t make a difference. We decided we wanted to return the bed because it just wasn’t for us. Heres the interesting part... the 100 day free trial is not what they claim so buyer beware. Its a 200.00 charge to return and its going to take A MONTH for them to pick it up... now if anything happens to this bed in the mean time they wont take it back. We have to store this bed for 30 days because we certainly aren’t going to be sleeping on it. DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Salesperson was nice but their beds are outrageous. The mattress is cheaper than the frame. A 3k bed turned out to be close to 8.5k! Yikes

The salesman took plenty of time to explain the difference between each of the different mattresses to me and my husband, and allowing us to try each type. We were able to settle on what we hope is our perfect fit.

Our Sleep Number bed has not yet been delivered, as we just bought it today. The young lady who waited on us, Madison, was phenomenal. She asked us a lot of questions to determine our needs, she was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products, and she spent a great deal of time demonstrating the attributes of the beds, such as allowing us to lie down to see how the mattress adjusts for back support. She also showed us options for pillows, sheets, & where we could make choices to save. The contract & warranty was fully explained, & she helped us download the Sleep Number app on our phones to operate the mattress functions. Yes, in the final analysis, there was some sticker shock, but if this bed is as good as it seems, we will sleep well, and the quality of the product will match the level of customer service we received today.

Initially we had a great experience - salesperson was very knowledgeable. However, after rearranging our work schedules on the scheduled delivery date 2 weeks later, we received a voicemail on the scheduled day informing us that oops, someone left the base off of the truck and heres your new delivery date over a week later. No follow up call to see if that date would work, no sorry you spent $10k on a bed and rearranged your schedule for us to screw it up. I guess customer service goes out the window once you write the check.

I would have done 4.5 stars but it is either a 4 or 5. The reason I cannot give a 5 to the overall experience is because there was only 1 person in the store with 2 or more customers waiting. I been to other stores and it was like 4-5 people working at once. This caused a 15 minute purchase to turn into an hour purchase. To the positive positive points is Johnwesley was a real professional. We walked in while he was dealing with an irate customer and was a complete professional to the man, help find a solution and calmed the gentleman down. A real class act. As a manager of a customer service call center, I wish I could have hired him on the spot. Just get him help as a Saturday there should at least be 2 guest service people working.

They quoted us on one mattress then called us and said they had a much better price for it, when asked if it was for the same mattress as quoted on the day before they said it was. We then agreed to buy it based on this only to get the paper work emailed to us showing an inferior product. This bait and switch tactic did not sit well with us and we promptly canceled our order and bought a different mattress from aore reputable company

Went in to buy a part for our 14 year old system, saleslady took a lot of time showing me how the beds have changed. Next day brought my wife in and bought a complete new set.

I never write reviews but my experience was so bad, I had to! My husband and I went in with the intent to purchase a new mattress that day. We were greeted by a salesperson named Brandon. We helped ourselves to lay on multiple mattresses. Brandon was unable to answer details about the differences of each mattress and referred us to a chart in the store to get the information we asked. Then he completely left us to help a new couple that came in. He never came back to check on us after about 15 minutes of waiting on the mattress we wanted to purchase. My husband finally went to him and interrupted his sales speech to the other couple. Saying we would come back because he seemed “too busy”. Brandon’s response was “ok”. Brandon never tried to stop us or get us to stay. We left the store and plan to purchase at another location.

While we are very pleased with our sleep number bed itself, I feel the need to warn the public about the sales members at this location. Our initial salesman lied to us about the financing offers at the time. I asked a specific question and got a reply of oh no maam, no. Then I get our first bill and find out he lied. I went to the location to resolve the issue since the creditor told me sleep number could correct the issue. I was lied to by both employees that were working. Please beware...they want to sell a bed at whatever cost. They couldnt care less what they say to you to get you to buy. Worse than car salesmen.

We (my wife and I) visited this store twice and my experience both times was mostly relaxing and self-paced. My lack of a 5th star for this review is simply because I felt I was more informed by reading the Sleep Number book which they have available in the store and doing some of my own online research versus what the salesman was telling us and how he was answering our questions.My first “red flag” was when we laid on their demo P5 bed where they show you your actual pressure point graphic and help you “find your sleep number”; Immediately after the graphic first appeared and the bed was set to 100, the salesman said something about all the red possibly being related to an accident or some other body incident in the past that we may have experienced and went on to say he didn’t know for sure what could have happened to us in those areas... WHAT?! The graphic is simply a visual representation of where your body contacts the mattress most.There were other situations where for example we were told the “foot warming feature” is available on any of their mattresses and they can customize them however we want. This was generally accurate, but what if we wanted to order just the mattress, which by the way we told him we already had a non-sleep number adjustable base we were considering using. Anyways, to elaborate, the foot warming feature is ONLY available if you order their Flexfit 3 Adjustable Base. I had to clarify this to my wife.The salesman was not specifically aware of their True Temp sheets set having “37.5 technology”. At the time I asked, on our second visit and before ordering the bed and accessories, I wasn’t sure which sheet set included this but I remembered reading about it and further researching the “technology”. After going through all the sheets and reading the store displays we found it; this was noteworthy because I felt like it was a little bit of wasted time simply because he wasn’t completely knowledgeable of their products. It’s not like they have A LOT of variety.Something else I initially found confusing when explained by the sales rep was which mattresses has memory foam and which didn’t and which had cooling gel... I was only able to get this information straight by, again, reading the Sleep Number book which essentially broke this info down between the three categories of their current offerings, the “C” series, “P” series, and the “i” series.At some point the salesman made mention you could add an under bed light... the way this was mentioned seamed to my wife and I that it was a completely separate feature you could add, when in actuality it comes standard on any of their Flexfit bases.Overall the salesman was extremely nice and we didn’t feel rushed, but there were several instances where we felt there were details missing from information we were being given or worse, misinformation. Lastly we asked about sales and when they occur but of course the best sale they’ve seen “ends today” 2019-04-28. Sure. I hope I’m not disappointed when Memorial Day rolls around, nor when my mattress arrives... but this review has been solely based on our experience at this location.
