I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Gallery Direct. If you are shopping for a new mattress please take this advice and don’t waste your time with any other company. After researching mattresses for weeks and visiting numerous mattress stores my son suggested I try Mattress Gallery Direct, since he had purchased a mattress there a few months ago and was very pleased. The salesman, Rick who greeted us, was not only friendly and easy to talk to, but very knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining every detail to all my questions and had a great sense of humor which helped immensely in taking my time on choosing the right mattress. I highly recommend Mattress Gallery Direct! They are a family owned business. We were extremely pleased with the mattress that we purchased. Mickey explained the different choices and assisted us in choosing the right one for us. Mike and Jackson delivered and set up our new adjustable base and mattress. They were very efficient, friendly and cleaned up and hauled away our old mattress and all of the packaging materials. I was pleased to learn that old mattresses were either cleaned and donated or sent to be recycled.

He wasnt pushy at all! As an added bonus, I went to the warehouse to pick up the mattress the following day, and two of the owners sons helped load up my mattress. More importantly, he made sure to explain exactly how it will help relieve the horrible back pain that I have been waking up with every morning. I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Jessy. He was extremely professional and helpful in picking out my new mattress and pillows to go along with it. I’m very happy with my new bed and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed. I have been to several stores in the surrounding area and this was by far the cleanest and taking necessary steps to protect myself and my family against Covid.

Very car salesmany. They kept pushing us and not giving us 2 seconds to lay on the beds. They kept telling us and others in the store they only had 1 in stock on things. When we said we wanted to think about it the price kept dropping or things would get thrown in for free. Just felt sketchy and made me mad that they were basically going to let us pay more money until we walked out the door, then suddenly the mattress got cheaper.

I went in with my wife 3-5-21 to find out about the newest technology. We had a Serta memory foam mattress that was very hot to sleep on. We met Brian the salesman. Now, Brian is a fast talker and a big and tall guy. It was intimidating at first, but he kept the small talk to a minimum and focused his energy on asking the questions that ultimately got us in a mattress that FINNALLY supports our backs the way they needed to be. We were in and out in 30 mins! We had spent HOURS at other stores to pick our last mattress and Brian asked the right questions, gave us the vocabulary to describe what we needed and found a mattress we love THOUSANDS below what I would expect to pay for a high end mattress.We went with a Jamison hybrid that had firmer springs where your back lays.After saying I would pick up the mattress to wave the $99 delivery fee, instead he threw in a mattress cover and 2 pillows and I am glad I decided to have it delivered in the end.All in all I think it was about $1200 total for a king sized and delivered the same day.In the end, mattress shopping can be EXHAUSTING, but Brian was certainly the guy who made it easy.

Great buying experience! Lee was super friendly and efficient. We had our new mattress picked out and financed in less than 30 minutes. We were prepared to just look and come back another time, but Lee was so helpful, that we decided to buy that day. There was absolutely no sales pressure either, since they do not work on commission. He just walked us through all of the options that were within our budget and met our needs. Delivery and old mattress take away was easy and prompt. The delivery guys were friendly and polite too. I wouldnt get a mattress anywhere else!

We have been looking forward to upgrading from a queen master bed to a king, but not the process of purchasing one. We were anticipating having a hard time narrowing down such a large variety and buying a mattress that would deliver the rest we so much have been needing. On a whim, we stopped at mattress gallery direct on medical center parkway, and in no time, after Aaron had listened to our concerns, needs, and considerably high expectations on a new king size mattress- he helpled us choose one that was perfect for both my husband and me!We left that night without making a purchase. First to pray about the transaction, second, to wait for Lee, the store manager to call us to finalize their best price. We had purchased a mattress years earlier and hadnt been totally satisfied with it, even after a replacement. Lee, just three days later, called with an incredible price on the set we had chosen with Aaron. We went as soon as we could to pay, and now, I am writing this review as I sit in the comfort of our new bed! Delivery was also prompt and professional!Truthfully, I will return to this location for future purchases, considering its under Lees management!Thank you guys! Very horrible experience. I am disabled veteran and hate when I have been taken advantage of. Was pressured by their high pressure sales tactics. I said I wasnt sure I was ready to buy the mattress just yet because I wasnt sure when I would need it. I got everything thrown at me so I wouldnt walk out the door. I was guaranteed that if I didnt want THAT mattress no issues because they had a 90 day return policy. I never took possession of the mattress, and after a little over a week things changed and I no longer needed the mattress. So I went back to the store do get a refund as I never even had the thing delivered. I spoke with Jessy the manager and he told me there was a 20% processing fee. I inquired about why, since I never took possession. He directed me to the fine print of the receipt and that there was NOTHING he could do. When I asked about the 90 return guarantee I was informed of their clever sales tactic that he never said REFUND that only they would exchange the mattress. So bottom line they took my $160 like it was nothing and even though I received NOTHING FOR IT. I feel.like I was fooled and lied to, and that I feel for their shady sale tactics. AVOID this place at all cost. They claim to be the best customer service and even show you listings from the BBB and throw shade at other mattress store in town. I was taken advantage of and was fooled dont be like me.

I have purchased several mattresses from Mattress Gallery Direct over the years and always get the best deal! I have bought Tempurpedic mattresses for my wife and I and a Sealy posturepedic for my son. Both mattresses have been wonderful. I recently helped my mom pick out a mattress here because her Chiropractor recommended that she visit mattress gallery. She bought one of the Jamison resort series beds with an adjustable bed base for her back. She has been very pleased with the results. We worked with Lee the first time we purchased and this time we worked with Jessy. Both great sales guys! Best mattress store in Murfreesboro hands down. And they delivered same day. Every other store was like a 2-3 week wait.

The wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and ended up stopping in. We had a pretty bad experience with the warranty process on our last mattress and, unbeknownst to me, Mattress Gallery Direct (this location) was the place we purchased the last one from. To be candid, I wouldn’t have given them another shot but my wife mentioned it after we had been talking with the salesman, William, for about 5 minutes. William stopped what he was doing and looked us up, listened to the complaint and asked for an opportunity to make it right. He and his staff went above an beyond to re-earn our business and we left with a Tempur-Pedic after William spent the needed time with us and walked us through the best options. He was willing to work with us, proactively, after finding out about our less than optimal experience with his store the first go round. We will be back when we need another mattress...hopefully in about 15 years after spending that much on one lol I’d highly recommend and I’m not easily won over.

Just looked at a mattress today. The person who helped us was Aaron Whitt. He was amazing. He really listened to us and even when we had no idea of what we wanted, he was patient and found us the perfect mattress. He even was able to find us some great deals. Alex did a great job asking questions relative to what we were looking for and explaining all of the various products available. He was very knowledgeable. We decided we did not need to go anywhere else to look. We purchased an Englander Resort mattress and were very pleased. We will recommend Mattress Gallery Direct to our family and friends!!

I suggest going to a couple places and then coming here so that you can realize how much of a better deal you can get on a great mattress. Getting a good deal and a great bed didnt happen for me at the other 4 stores I went to. It was either great beds for high prices or low end for low prices. I found a great bed and a great deal here.

Hands down the only place to get a great mattress at a great price in Mid. TN. I went to so many stores where the jokers (aka Sales Associates) didnt know anything about the products. Mattress Gallery Direct on the other hand had associates that actually knew about the products they were selling . Normally you have to pay a premium for good service, but they also had the best prices too. I dont know how they do it.

Hi, I’d like to say a few things about Mattress Gallery Direct. I have been sleeping uncomfortably for a few years on a very expensive pillow top mattress that my wife swore by. And just after a few years it became more like sleeping in a hammock. I’m heavy and it’s not easy for me to find a mattress that fits me. On my first visit to Mattress Gallery Direct I met a gentleman by the name of Austin. He greeted me with a firm handshake and a nice smile, looked me straight in the eyes and said “how’s it going man?” Instantly felt comfortable and that he was not the type of guy that was just going to try to sell me the most expensive mattress in the house. Austin took a few minutes and listened to what I was looking for and the very first mattress he had me test was the one that I bought. And I’m here to tell you I could not be more pleased. Not only did Austin treat me like he’s known me all my life, but he took the time to listen to my needs and my wants my concerns and put me on a mattress that worked for me and my wife. We had the mattress delivered just a few days before Christmas and kudos to the delivery guys who were very professional and careful in my home. Once my wife and I slept on a mattress the first night we fell in love with it. And now after a couple of weeks it’s unbelievable, my wife hardly snores at all anymore. And she says the same of me. I can’t believe what a difference a great mattress makes in how I rest and the quality of sleep that I receive. I came here around a couple years ago, tried all the beds, then noticed that I had been there for about 30 minutes and told the gentleman showing me beds I had to go pickup my girlfriend from work (1 block away) and that I would be back in less than 10 minutes.They said sure and when I got back (not even 5 minutes later) they did a double take.Then me and my girlfriend picked a bed we both liked and put down a few hundred on the perfect mattress, protector, thinner box spring, and pillows, and even financed us on the spot.The next day the bed came and the free delivery service was very nice and professional, they setup the bed on a frame I wanted to keep.I recommend this place to anyone, but only one thing I would do differently is when you get pillows from them, get the memory foam pillow that is hard as a rock, instead of the softer one, cause after you break in the soft one your head will just sink into the bed.

This place is the only place you need to go! Me and my Boyfriend went on a journey to get a new mattress, we werent picky by any means but we knew what what we wanted and that was a nice soft king bed, we went to several places and just were totally discouraged, we drove past mattress gallery direct as we were finally searching for something to eat and he asked shall we stop in, and as discouraged as we were we stopped, and IM SO THANKFUL WE DID! We bought a mattress from Aaron Witt. It is the best bed we have ever slept on. He got to know us and what we were looking for, and found us the perfect bed. We never even bothered going to any other stores.

Just left the store because I felt uncomfortable. None of the staff were wearing masks... and yet, all the customers in the store were wearing masks. Bad protocol for a retail store.

3rd time getting a mattress here. My dog had her puppies on our bed and we did *NOT* have a waterproof cover. I believe my salesman was Lee, he heard my pitiful story and got me a gresat price on a new king set. And made sure I had a new waterproof cover. Just in case.Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Wife and I were looking for a new mattress and also wanted to try an adjustable base. We have been to every mattress store in Murfreesboro, TN and this is our last stop. Other places were asking for $3,000 to 5,000 for a mattress and base. The manager came in and he matched what I could afford for exactly what we wanted. No questions asked, no haggling, no extra. Blew our mind and we could not pass. So we bought and are extremely excited. Every one was friendly and really helpful. I was assisted by Lee. Im a happy man, mainly because the wife got what she wanted.... Im just here to pay lol.

This store has given me the best exprience buying a mattress. I entered the store just looking for prices on beds. However due to a great salesman by the name of Lee, I was able to get a brand new bed at a low cost and delivered for free.
