I had been to several other mattress stores. I’m a jack of all trades but know pretty much nothing about mattresses. Travis at the Murfreesboro location greeted me with a sincere smile and offered me a water while I was checking everything out. Our mattress was tired and we were on a budget. Travis was extremely knowledgeable. He never ONCE pressured me into anything and answered ALL my questions to the best of his ability. We felt comfortable and trusted him. I had had a few bad experiences with other places in that area being very pushy and felt like they would tell me anything just to get some commission. One actually lied about a warranty. Not Bedzz. They even had some amazing deals going for Memorial Day. Me and my wife decided on a king size hybrid WITH their awesome cooling mattress cover and they gave us 3 extra years of warranty at no extra charge. We had it delivered to our apartment the following Saturday EXACTLY when they said it would be delivered. The delivery guys were top notch. My mattress cover had a blemish from the factory and the had another quick shipped to my door at no charge. I would def recommend to anyone. They worked us out a great deal. Our mattress is awesome. We haven’t slept better! You won’t go wrong.

On a whim, I walked into this store because I was in need of a new mattress but was really just starting to look. I agonized over the decision to buy a new mattress for months. I probably visited every store in Murfreesboro that sells mattresses, many more than once. I visited this store three times. I saw Barrett twice and Travis once. Barret even recognized me almost two months between visits.They were extremely informative and knowledgeable about the industry. They were not pushy at all during each visit and left me alone to try out models without hovering. Whether or not they were genuine I dont know but they definitely at least gave me the impression they were trustworthy more than the other stores and eased my mind making the purchase.They gave me a great deal, on both the mattress and other accessories. Delivery went as planned and they were in communication throughout. Ive been happily sleeping on my new mattress for almost a month and, while I dont expect any issues, I feel confident they would take care of me. Highly recommend!

After reading all the reviews I wanted to give this store a visit, at first I was just gonna do bed shopping before deciding on what bed I want to buy. When we first walked Travis welcome us with a friendly smile and show us around. He took his time to explain and listen to what we were looking for. This is not your ordinary mattress store! You feel it from the second you walk in. My wife and I were dreading mattress shopping (and with good reason!) The first four stores we went in, the salespeople meet you at the door, rubbing their hands together, eager for a big sale. When you tell them what you are looking for, they immediately start steering you toward the much higher end mattresses that are way over what you told them you wanted to spend. I could tell this store was different from the moment we walked in. There was an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. We browsed for a bit, then Travis came over and asked us how he could help us. He is amazing! You can tell this is more than just a job to him-he really cares about you and wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. He never tried to steer us toward something that was more than we wanted to spend, but was able to show us plenty of options in our price range. Even if you don’t live in a Murfreesboro, Bedzzz Express is worth your drive, trust me!

Met with Travis. He was very laid back, let us shop around without hovering over us. Picked out two mattresses, side sleeper pillows. Got a good deal, next day delivery. He even threw in 2 mattress protectors.

Like the beds, the staff are helpful without undue pressure. I was uncomfortable with the idea of buying a bed. How does one determine, after 5 minutes lying on a bed, that itll work a month later? I saw both Travis and Jeff, as I went to the store on two occasions. They encouraged me to take my time without bugging me about anything. It is very helpful not to have to be concerned with the staff when youre lying on beds in public, trying to tell which one might be the Goldilocks bed. The non-interference was actually really helpful. But when I had narrowed it down to three or four and needed help, they were immensely helpful. Without them, Im sure I would not have made as good of a decision. So, my recommendation, if you need a bed, particularly if, as do I, you have back issues, go see these folks. I think youll be glad you did.

Initially I gave 5 stars and it seemed like everything was great. Now, after a week, I see how this store really operates. It’s pretty bad. My girlfriend and I purchased a matress and on the scheduled delivery date, a week later, they call and tell us the mattress we ordered was on back order so they didn’t have it. We couldn’t get that call sooner? However, the scheduled delivery time was between 6-8 PM... 8:00 comes and goes with no word from anyone. We call Travis, our sales rep, to see what’s going on, only to be told it’s going to be around 9:00 PM before they will be there to deliver. At this point, I could tell by the tone of his voice that it was very clear he didn’t care. He then told us that they might be able to deliver it the following Tuesday... they’ll give us a call on Monday to let us know. Never got a call. Thanks Travis. If anyone asks, I’ll be sure to let them know about the “great” customer service and they definitely should go somewhere else. Good job guys.

I visited Bedzzz Express a couple of weeks ago to look at the Nectar Bed in person. It wasnt what I was looking for, so Travis showed me his most popular bed, a Beautyrest Hybrid. Even with the Serta adjustable base, it was less than my last bed 10 years ago. I spent quite awhile talking to Travis and there was no pressure at all. When I walked back in today, he remembered me. The bed was just as comfortable as I remembered and I purchased it today, Saturday. They will deliver on Monday and take my old mattress away. Easy as can be, an excellent buying experience.

After having dealt with several other high-pressure sales from other mattress stores in the area (who arent trying to sell you, they just want to get you the bed you need....), I walked in slightly frustrated, and told the only guy in BedZZZ Express exactly the type of bed I wanted, and that I just wanted the bottom dollar price, because thats what it was going to come down to. If Travis was taken back by my assertiveness, he totally rolled with the punches (poor guy -- it wasnt his fault I was coming in with such animosity).So, he showed us one of the top selling beds, and when we shot that down, he showed us something comparable in price, grabbed a calculator and gave me the price. Then he let me and my partner decide what we wanted to do -- he didnt keep jetting in to up-sale, he didnt insist on highlighting some other insignificant point -- but he did answer any questions we had, honestly and sincerely.I dont know if hell always be able to offer the same deals we received -- but he did a good job of acknowledging the type of customer we were (we were merely window shopping, and we generally take time to sit on a decision), and his customer service and no-nonsense approach is what encouraged us to buy on the spot.Thanks, Travis! Josh was extremely helpful in suggesting different beds to try that met my criteria (medium firmness and not foamy). He was real nice and not pushy at all; he understood it was our first day out mattress shopping and we werent ready to make any decisions on the spot. (Even gave me a free showroom pillow since I liked it so much!) However he knocked $100 off the mattress and gave us a deal on delivery for just our word that we would leave a review if we came back and purchased.When we had made our final decision and went back Travis was the one who helped us purchase the mattress. He was equally as nice as Josh and honored the prices Josh wrote down for us; and furthermore he comped the bed frame for us. Super easy to fill out the online application to see how much financing we were qualified for and the delivery people called us about an hour later to schedule the delivery for the next morning! The only issue was that the wrong mattress protector was delivered so we had to go back to the store to swap it out.Great sales people, no pressure environment, quality mattresses.
