The staff is friendly and its always clean, but what got me is out of all the years I have rented from storage companies never once was I required to give a notice to vacate let alone a 30 day notice to vacate. You never know when you are going to get approved for a place. Unfortunately I am paying for something that I am not using as I did not give a 30 day notice. Pay very close to the fine print!!!!

Great interaction. They took the time to make sure I understood everything I was getting myself into from getting the right size thats a fit for me, climate control and insurance to even making sure I actually had a lock for the unit. The only thing keeping it from a perfect interaction is that theyre a cash-less facility so it took a bit more time getting everything squared away. Other than that, I have no complaints.

For Uhaul Services-we came in and had last minute change in what we needed and they there very accommodating and helpful. Evan was cheerful and worked hard. We were really impressed!

AMAZING, FANTASTIC, Not enough adjectives to describe how professional, quick and helpful Mr. Hunts was! We rented a 20 foot Uhaul truck and auto carrier. Uhaul customer service kept calling and telling us they didnt have the truck or the auto carrier and trying to send us to Smyrna thirty minutes away. I would call Mr. Hunts and he would assure me that he had our equipment and to just come. We arrived before they officially opened and Mr. Hunts came out and got us. He had the truck and trailer pulled out and hooked up and EVERYTHING ready to go. Whole transaction took literally five minutes. He walked us through how to hook and unhook the auto transport, gave us information about youtube videos on it and answered every question. I cannot recommend THIS Uhaul location enough! They are the BEST!

Though we couldnt get the type of truck we wanted, Customer Service was exceptional. Keep it up.

The staff is excellent and more than willing to make the moving experience as hassle-free as possible. Natalie was the staff member that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and kind and even helped md back in the trailer I had rented into its parking spot. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone that is moving or needs storage.

My husband and I used Midgard Storage on Cason Lane in Murfreesboro when we moved and needed to store our stuff. It is an extremely clean facility, safe, and easy to access. When we had an issue with our account, James Viniskey, one of the managers there, stepped in and resolved it right away. Very friendly and accountable. I would recommend this business!

James was extremely helpful! I had an emergency! Rented a 5x8 and needed a swap. It was 10 minutes from closing time and he still had a smile on his face and was super friendly. Swap only took about 5-10 minutes. Amazing!!!

I was a customer when this facility was a CubeSmart. When it was a CubeSmart, the customer service was fantastic and the ease of payments made the experience at this facility awesome. When Midgard bought the place, they did NOT transfer over the direct deposit option and did not let me know that my payment would not be direct deposited. Also, a few months after they took over, they raised the price $10 with little notice. When I asked about this, I was given a poor explanation. Customer service is not that great. Will be leaving this storage facility asap. I dont usually write bad reviews, but this place left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very unprofessional! The lady that works there was very rude. She has a very smart mouth and her customer service was horrible. She wouldn’t provide me with her managers information stating that’s his personal information and she couldn’t give his number to me. She also stated that the manager was just as rude as her. She wanted to go back and forth with me and my dad. My experience was horrible!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The storage unit have rats, that left rat dropping and urine all over belongings. No compensation, wanted to move out of storage and because no thirty days notice, were charged for additional month. Very bad business.

Great facilities, convenient location, and competitively priced. We have already recommended this CubeSmart to family and friends. The Manager, Quannie, is exceptional and always has a warm smile. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and runs a tight ship. I occasionally bump into her at the nearby grocery store and she smiles and acknowledges me by name! I fully expect Quannie will become the CEO of CubeSmart someday!

My girlfriend and I are Cookeville locals and were unfortunately unable to find any well maintained climate control units within a reasonable price range and correctly sized for our needs in our county. We went with this location because of her work location, and although it is a bit of a drive from home it is well worth it. For starters, the manager Quannie provided outstanding customer service to us and made us feel very secure with our purchase. She was very professional but still maintained a humble approach that mimicked the feeling of shopping or purchasing from a hometown small business. She explained all charges thoroughly and clearly. She took us on a personal tour of our unit before we signed any type of lease to ensure we had made the right size/ unit type decision. She exuded fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, and never overly pushed any type of additive. Thank you so much for making this possible frustrating experience into a very easy one! The units are well kept and the security is great !

Convenient location in Murfeesboro

The people at CubeSmart are nice enough, but the rental prices are absolutely ridiculous. Our first unit rate was raised before we were there for six months so we moved a lot of things out and got a smaller unit. Just got a notice that this space is going up by $23.00 a month!The next rental increase will cause us to look for another storage company. If you have customers that you have had for over a year (we have been there for almost 2 years) then you should appreciate their business and not raise their rent so much so often!

Do not rent from this location. It is a nice facility but read the rental agreement. The company can enter your storage unit at any time and is not responsible for any loses due to their negligence entering your unit (Section A and G of agreement). This means that the person can cut off your lock and leave your unit open for whoever to take items out even if you have fully paid the rent timely. The four-page, small type agreement goes on further explaining you have to waive and release the owner from any claims if the storage units contents are lost, stolen or damaged for any reason. They can change the fees, which were agreed upon at the signing of the agreement, at any time (Section B). They can charge whatever administration fees on top of your rental change because it is difficult to calculate the administrative costs. Your original agreement you signed at the time you rented the unit does not matter (Section B). You rent a place for your things because you believe they will be safe. After you read the agreement, it appears the management does not have the same objectives. The agreement is loaded with grammar, typing mistakes and waivers.

I came to this Cube Smart because I was unhappy with the customer service where I had been storing. Kourtney and Jim were both a pleasure to work with...exemplary people skills! The facility is clean, easy to access, and affordable. That is why I came. The service is amazing...that is why I will stay!

Easiest and best storage unit experience Ive ever had! I have nothing but praise for the CubeSmart process. From the first call, to the onsite walk-through, to the pleasant staff- everything was great. And, I got the first month free! I give CubeSmart two thumbs up and a bag of chips!

I moved from a 1717 sq ft home into just under a 1200 sq ft apartment and had to find a place to store things that I didnt have room for. I went online and found CubeSmart and was able to reserve a storage building right then. Jim called me to confirm my reservation and to confirm the date that I wanted to move in and told me to come into the office when I arrived to sign the papers. When I got there he showed me the unit I selected online and I determined right away it wasnt going to be big enough for everything I had so he showed me another unit. Because of my having some health issues he got a unit for me that is right inside the door (the unit I choose is inside a nice building) and there is a cart right there that I could load my tubs/boxes onto and then unload them right into my storage unit. I love CubeSmart and Jim is a very nice person to deal with!! I recommend these folks highly!!!

I was so impressed by this location. The manager helped us and he was super nice. His name is Corey. He gave us a tour and went over our agreement very thoroughly. This location had great ratings and great prices and we even got our first month free! It is a little out of the way from us but was wayyy worth it! They do security checks of the property throughout the day and have cameras that are motion detected as well. I feel completely comfortable having my things here.

The process was very easy and Kristina was very helpful and attentive after finishing the paperwork she escorted me to my unit to show me exactly where it was and also how and when to use the entry keypad - thank you!I do have a couple observes or complaints about the company itself. They do not offer and discounts for having more then one unit and they took away/discontinued the military discount when they bought out the presious company (this is a brand new location, Im speaking about the other property on S. Church) ...

Reserved my unit and received a call from Corey the next day walking me through the process and making sure my needs are met. I went in to finalize the paperwork and Corey was in the office. I was greeted by having the door opened for me, smile on his face and asking me about my day so far. We discussed every detail of leasing the unit. Then we viewed the unit to make sure the size was sufficient and went back to sign. Throughout the visit, Corey was excellent at making a connection to elevate his already exceptional customer service! I was so impressed that I assumed he was the Manager. Even though he’s not, he should be. He even talked about how proud he was of Cubesmarts core values. I would highly recommend Cubesmart to anyone looking for a storage facility.

I was drawn to this location after researching through Google and decided to reserve online based on their price and availability. Upon arrival, the manager greeted me and was pleasant the entire time. My issue is I was not made aware of the insurance requirement prior to my arrival to the location. CubeSmart REQUIRES you to have personal property insurance through your home owners policy or purchase through them for about $15 or so per month or you cannot rent a storage unit. I spent an additional hour or more getting this information from my insurance company. If CubeSmart has this requirement it should be more visible in their website and in plain view do customers know to bring that information with them or expect to pay the additional month fee. Huge inconvenience for me yesterday!

Kristina was waiting at the door to welcome us in on a very cold Saturday. Both Corey and Kristina greeted us with smiles. The office was clean, and the process was so smooth we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everything was explained throughly, we saw the unit to make sure it was going to be enough space, and back to go through the contract. Kristina walked me to the codebox and walked through the steps to get in and out of the gates, and sent us off smiling and confident we chose the right place to store our stuff! I would definitely recommend CubeSmart!

I had experienced the unimaginable. I moved into a place that was home for 7 days. I had to move back out 7 days later. Cruel World. I met with Corey and he softened me. Very kind and patient. He encouraged me to see the bigger picture and advised me to look up at the sun. At that moment life was calm and moving foward has its own benefits.The facilty is nice and cleaned.
