Ive used Two Men & a Truck 4 times in the past 15 years and each experience was better than the last. Our recent 3 man crew of Jesse, Walter and LaGeorge were very professional. They padded & protected our furniture well and were very careful not to damage any walls during the load and unload. We were well prepared when they arrived and the move time was under budgeted cost as a result. We would highly recommend this company.

Our interstate move with Two Men and a Truck was great because Dylan R. and Jared B. out of the Murfreesboro, TN location were calm, courteous, professional, organized, efficient, communicative, and handled both the move from and the move to homes and our possessions with incredible care while working non-stop. We have not found anything broken in any box weve unpacked and we have unpacked almost all, nor any marks on our furniture. And not one mark on walls or floor was left by them. We were blown away by how simple these two men made our move and how they took something stressful for us and made it enjoyable. Dylan and Jared exceeded our expectations in every way. Dylan was training Jared on some things and we were really impressed with his training demeanor and communication style. As people who have trained in our professional lives, both my spouse and I felt Dylan was incredibly good at this. And so positive! Both movers stayed calm, cool, and collected in sweltering heat, wearing masks for us, loading then unloading a 26 ft. truck, and never once complaining. These two men worked extremely hard and never once showed how hard their job is. We think whatever these two are making, TMT needs to give these guys raises and Dylan seems to be someone so knowledgeable at what he does that he may be better positioned as a trainer of trainers than a mover.

They were very helpful when ordering boxes AND delivering them to us in a very professional manner. When we realized we had a surplus, we were able to return them for a full refund. Great boxes that help up in the move several states away.

The guys who moved my household goods to a smaller storage unit were able to efficiently and safely pack everything into a smaller unit that would fit. They also were able to move additional boxes into a separate location efficiently even though the day we moved was extremely hot. The guys were very nice, respectful and professional. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck when I move again next year. The office staff was professional and able to put me on the schedule with short notice.

The movers were excellent! They were very professional and they worked very hard to make sure I was taken care of. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because of the price. I have had movers provide similar service for half the price. I gave Two Men and a Truck a try just to give them a try and compare. I would recommend if you are in need of a last minute move but make sure your finances are in order.

Two men showed up precisely when they said they would. They worked fast but at the same time they took very good care of my furniture. I was moving into a brand new construction and they were very respectful of that, when they were done there was not one scrape. Smear, dings on any of my walls. I would definitely use them again.

They sent three young men. One of wich worked diligently. But our brand new sectional that was almost 2000 was broken internally (the wooden structure) our brand new master suite almost 1000 dollar dresser was ruined. Our wall in our new house was marked with small hole. Our king tempurpedic that we just bought 8months back and is priced at over 4000 was perfect and pristine and is now stained with yellowish dust marks. When reported they didn’t take any discount off of our almost 1300 dollar move. Instead we have to pay a deductible to have damage repaired that they caused. Evidently this is normal in the business of movers. So they told me. I just wanted to make it aware to others the process that could occur to you if you use these movers. Attempt to find movers who have minimal reports of damage. For sure. Not to mention it took two hours for them to take apart one bed take apart your own things before hand trust me...We tried to be fair and grateful but we just aren’t happy about it all in all.

Third time to use Two Men and a Truck. The customer service is outstanding each time. Darren and Galen worked are very dependable and have a great work ethic. Highly recommend this company!

I want to personally thank Ethan C. and Saimone M. They really understood what I wanted and made that come to life for my family and I. They were fast and productive. My dog is enjoying running on the treadmill as I hoped. When they moved my treadmill there was no damage to my house or my grandmothers house whatsoever. I had a nice conversation with them. It made it feel like I hadnt hired someone to move my treadmill, it seemed like I called a friend to come help me out. They will be the first ones I call to move something ever again. Once again the customer service was.... amazing, fantastic, and overall just unbelievably great. If you need something moved CALL TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!

My wife and I have utilized this company twice, the first time being a great experience. The second time, which was last week, was horrible.First, I will say setting up for the move, and the communication with the move coordinator was great. Absolutely no problems there.However, the actual move was a terrible experience. Part of what is to be included in the service is the padding/wrapping of all of the furniture. This is clearly stated on their website.Absolutely no piece of furniture was padded! Not one! The only thing they put any sort of wrap around was the treadmill, and in the process the stretch wrap was “hung” under the incline button and it was ripped off. Our brand new baby bed is scratched down to the wood. Our daughters bed was scratched/marred. Countless dings and nicks on other pieces of furniture. They gouged the door frame of the house we were moving out of.They lost the screws that went to the slats on our king size bed. I was able to find some screws to replace these, but they had a hex head on them and the movers did not have a bit to fit. I put the correct bit in my drill and allowed him to use it. Somehow, they thought it was a good idea to later put my expensive DeWalt drill on top of the dresser in the bedroom, and then pick up the dresser and try to move it. Yep, you guessed it. My DeWalt drill, which I bought less than a year ago, plummeted to the floor. Thankfully it still works but that’s beside the point. The movers response was, “oops”.I attempted to work with this company to come to some sort of resolution but I was told this morning there would be no discount because they completed the move in 4.5 hours as opposed to the 5 to 7 hours they quoted me. I told them no wonder they finished it in 4.5 hours; they didn’t bother to wrap anything! I did not hire this company to save money, I hired this company to save my furniture and protect it during the move. They also stated I received a third mover at no cost. I didn’t request a third mover. One of the movers mentioned to me he had only been working with them for the last month. Could it be this “third mover” is someone that is still in training since that mention on their website the movers go through “extensive training?” Please don’t act like you did some wonderful deed for me. You have absolutely ruined furniture that was in brand new condition before the move. That’s not what I paid almost $800 for. I am absolutely appalled at the severe lack of customer service.Lastly, I was told there’s $150 insurance deductible for the fixable damage. This was told after a claim was submitted, not before. I was never told there was a deductible. I was eventually told they would waive the deductible, and now I received an email this morning saying that I need to pay it. Absolutely ridiculous.I understand things can happen. Accidents happen. Although I am frustrated about the damage, I’m beyond aggravated about the lack of willingness to resolve. I not only paid for movers to move my furniture, but for it to be padded and wrapped and I did not receive that service in which I paid almost $800 for! If my furniture would have simply been padded and wrapped, like it was supposed to, there would have been no damage. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

I am not a customer of this company but their drivers decided use my steep driveway to turn around. They knowingly caused damage to it with the back step of the truck and then left without notifying me. I have been trying to get the company to repair and reseal my driveway but they are unwilling to do that. They will only do the bare minimum and now they are not returning my calls after they hired someone to do half of a repair. Find a different company if you value your property and possessions.

Marcel, Galen, and Terrell were very friendly, professional, and hard-working. They worked carefully, quickly, and efficiently wrapping furniture items for storage and configuring heavy pieces in a tight storage unit. I highly recommend these guys help you in your next move.

I can’t recommend them enough. They were on time, friendly, quick and treated my furniture as it was their own. The movers were clean and smiled the entire time. On top of that, their office called to check in before, during and after the move to make sure things were going well and if there was anything they could do. They have a customer for life in me!!

Two Men and a Truck of Franklin/Brentwood were amazing moving me. They were fast, efficient and under budget because I was sent a super mover. I am so glad I made the choice to use them. Don and Dakota were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Amber in the office helped me by giving me advice on how to prepare for moving day. Someone from the office called me during the move to see how the move was going. This team was amazing! I can’t say enough about them. It was a really long day because of the commute and they worked hard the entire time.

This service is not cheap, but it is well worth the cost. I used them twice, and there were no negative surprises. Both teams were professional, diligent, and friendly. Seeing these three attributes together is becoming an increasingly rare circumstance. So it was refreshing to see it twice! I will use Two Men and a Truck again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

I left it at 4 stars because of the superb job of 1st crew & Victoria and Two Men & A Truck went above & beyond to resolve problems (& I couldnt give half stars). Not downgrading rating due to weather conditions. My instincts told me to reschedule, but I didnt listen. They put down runners to protect floors but later learned runners werent used on the carpet...yup, mud on brand new carpet! I informed Victoria; she told David; Wayne & Matthew came out to personally let me know carpet will get cleaned, and they hauled away our empty boxes (not something they normally do). A couple days later, local carpet cleaning company was at my house restoring the carpet to like new conditions. Overall pleased with TMAAT and still recommend. I just wished Id requested the 1st team or at least rescheduled for drier conditions.

Movers are very lazy and they broke my furniture and stole a knife.

They did a great job transporting my furniture. They were on time and courteous. There was an issue with billing that was taken care of by the manager after discussion.

Another moving company left us in a bind the day of our scheduled move. Two Men and a Truck stepped in and moved us. All of the staff that I spoke with or met were professional and friendly. The movers worked quickly as we needed them to do. There was a little breakage, but that can happen during any move. We were pleased with their services.

I contacted Two Men and a Truck at the last minute because I had an emergency and had to be out of my house by the weekend. Three days later I was moved from one 3 bedroom house and into another. I was told by other companies that it couldn’t be done.

They about scared me to death with the estimate!!! Lmbo (truly)!!! Gonna have to call on my friends!!!

I recieved a quote from this company and then the onsite quote was almost double. If I had not scheduled the onsite quote early, I would have been unable to find another local company that was able to do the job for the same amount as my original quote from Two Men and a Truck. Very disappointing experience!

Courteous, efficient, polite, careful, the movers took good care of us.

This is my 5th time using 2M&T, they are so productive with their time and methodical packing. I used them to pack up my house, but thought would try to save a few bucks and went with another moving company for the unpacking; totally wrong mistake and ended up terminating them mid-move. 2M&T came out the next day and finished the job; i’ll Never waiver again :)

Im coming to google as an anonymouse employee. During my time here Iv noticed a lot of foul play with management. The sales team will underestamate your move to make the sale and the employees have little to no experience and are trusted with your belongings after only two days of training. The Murfreesboro location is under poor mgmt and desperate for employees so do not expect a quality experience with this location. The Two Men Team of middle TN is a poor representation of good business practice and should be under investigation. #REDFLAG#WHISTLEBLOWER

I work there they play with my money

The worst experience we’ve ever had with a moving company. We purchased their “insurance”. It turned out to be worthless. They damaged our driveway and busted divots in the concrete. The movers apologized when it happened. However, all we got after was the run around, excuses and threats about collections if we didn’t pay the initial bill. We have paid the bill in full and still have a driveway they ruined. Of course, they lied and never fixed the issue even after we have paid now. If you need pictures or information just contact us.

It took me three months, with six swollen and one herniated discs in my back, to even get all of our boxes moved to the assigned rooms, a task Two Men And a Truck assured me would be priority one. Another month of unpacking revealed the untold items that were not only damaged but destroyed in this horrific move.The attitudes, at times threatening, of the movers were no better than middle school age, and the management not much better. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. This was the first time I ever hired a moving company. It is the last.
