All My Sons went above and beyond for our move today!! The staff was extremely hardworking and didn’t slow down until the job was done. The admin staff in Alabama were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

**Use this location at your on risk..!!!The truck arrived on time and the movers were polite. BUT, my contract stated that I would pay 3 hours drive time plus whatever time needed to move my belongings. The movers only spent 40 - 45 minutes loading and the same unloading, the contract states that I would need to pay the minimum 2 hours. Awesome, no problem. I should have been charged 2 hours moving labor, 3 hours travel time plus 12% for fuel... I was charged for a total of six hours, which made the fuel percentage higher and an additional $144 for packing materials... My total was $1279, It should have been $949.40... Which meant I pay the difference of $849.40 because I paid a $100 deposit... There were NO packing materials used..! None! We moved ALL small items ourselves, the movers only moved large items... The movers also broke my daughters dresser and my TV stand. I completed the company survey and no one has reached out. FAIR WARNING, THERE IS A LACK OF INTEGRITY AT THIS LOCATION...!!!

Terrible horrid service. Charges for hour and a half for travel and they traveled 10 minutes. Charge for padding you dont want then when your new $300 furniture gets busted they will only pay you back $90. Milk the clock and unless you call they will tack on unnecessary charges. Customer service reps will hang up on you and transfer you mid sentence even when you are polite with them. Liars and irresponsible. Gave them 2 chances unknowingly and they messed up both moves. Stay far away from these people.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They were supposed to be there between 8-10. We checked in at 9 and they were getting gas and 45 mins away. They were still not there at 11. We checked in again and told us they had to get gas and were in traffic. There was no traffic and they had already gotten gas. Finally they just didnt show up. Horrible horrible customer service. They never tried to make it right. Hopefully I will get my deposit back.

Quoted $716, charged $2399.52- Move scheduled Saturday at 12:30. Original quote for 2 stops was $716. I called again a week prior to remove the 2nd stop and asked what the new rate would be with less travel involved, I was told by Scott that he couldnt calculate it but confirmed it would be less than the $716 originally quoted. Saturday rolls around...I call 3 times between 1-5pm trying to get a status on my moving crew. Everyone was vague but confirmed we were still scheduled. The crew arrives 5+ hrs late. 2 people on the truck, originally quoted for 3. Theyre so exhausted a 2nd crew of 3 more guys comes from KY to help. All of my furniture was broken down in advance of the scheduled move time. They were so tired they moved slow. 8:30pm rolls around and they apologize and say the 40 min travel time would put them out past midnight and they have to take the truck with all of our stuff to their office and deliver Sunday instead. Sunday the crew shows up and unloads the furniture in an hour. That $716 high estimate quote turned out to actually be $2399.52. Use any other company! No rep from the office ever called to explain the gross overage or where the fees came from though the Sales team tells you a rep will be checking in moving day and afterwards. The mover that presented us with the bill mentioned the Sales team quotes labor only- be advised that quote does not represent any itemizations from the final bill youd receive. This company created more stress than necessary for a move. Buyer beware.

I set up a scheduled move-date for a 3 bedroom apartment to home a couple of weeks in advance. Elvis, the initial agent I talked to seemed very courteous and professional. My big press on the phone was that I know ALL of the pricing up front, so I didnt have any unexpected fees for our budget. I asked very multiple detailed questions about pricing. He confirmed the rate was $199 per hour (one hour automatically allocated for moving time). I was moving 15 minutes away from my current location and stayed close to their storage location, so I thought the automatic hour of travel regardless was fair. I didnt need boxing or any additional services, and I set up my deposit in excitement and was told someone would be calling me within the week to confirm my time slot.When I asked very detailed questions about pricing, I was told there were be three movers, and the items I had (3 beds, 3 dressers, a couch, and kitchen table) concluded by three people this could definitely be moved into a house in an hour time frame. So, he told me there would be an additional $50 fee outside of the additional hour I needed. So, I was anticipating paying around $450. Great.However, the issues progressed from here. I was scheduled to move Tuesday, and nobody attempted called to confirm any details with me until Saturday afternoon. I missed the call, and when I called back 15 minutes later they said I would need to call during office hours on Monday. So, I called Monday morning. When I talked to someone to confirm, they told me my cost was going to be $896. I asked for an explanation. They said they did tell you it was a three hour minimum labor time, I said no that wasnt explained to me with the customer service rep I spoke with. I said I didnt like that I was very mislead in the initial conversation.Now, I could have still worked with the pricing for three hours, but when I explained this wasnt what I was told and asked why the additional pricing the gentleman started getting short and frustrated by my simple question.(How does $199x3 hours = $896)? I could tell he was frustrated, at this point I just asked for my deposit back. He said okay, fine and HUNG UP the phone.I instantly called back and a few minutes later, he called back and said sorry, I got disconnected. That was a very convenient (dropped call moment). I didnt believe it. I did get a cancelation email. Im waiting to see if my deposit will be returned.Ultimately, it left our family with three small children in a BIND. We had to just get a Uhaul and are self moving because no other companies were available on this short of notice. The pricing wasnt even the bad part, just being rushed through conversation, spoken to with clear irritability, most likely hung up on (I will give the benefit of the doubt for an apology for him saying he got disconnected), but that was someone elses fault for not explaining the fees correctly up front; however, they made no attempt to work through the situation or offer any accomodations or even explanations of additional fees was very unprofessional.I never leave reviews, but I seriously would recommend spending your money elsewhere in support of people who conduct themselves professionally. Im sure their movers may be efficient and awesome, but this was an extremely unprofessional experience on top of moving which is already one of the most stressful life changes.

Didn’t put down protection or wrap the one in house item they had to move. So scuffed floor and broke a small piece of the treadmill. Pressured me into giving them a tip. And I just want them out of my life, never to be used again, but I’m still waiting for a partial refund Scott promised me over a month ago.

All My Sons did an awesome job. They made my move stress free. Alan, Paul and Stevon took great care to protect my furnishings and my walls and floors. They were professional, respectful and I will be using them again. They made it a great moving day!!

The absolute worst experience of my life. I was quoted around $400. The three guys they sent, were pretty friendly, but also cussed every other word and talked about inappropriate things in front of my family. They two guys other than the driver would stand around for 15 minutes waiting for the driver to wrap things instead of moving other things. They made a 30 minute stop on my dime before coming to the next address. They damaged things and acted like I was a bother asking them to take items and boxes to the rooms they were labeled for (also put HEAVY boxes on top of an almost 6ft chest. It definitely seems like it was because they were irritated that I made them take it to the room it belonged in. No one in the house over 5’2”) they got upset cause we asked the guys standing around to take care of other things because at this point we were two hours over the time it should be. My price was 1200 vs the 400 I was quoted. I used another moving company before for the same items and they took 3 hours with 2 guys vs the 5 hours with 3 guys. Also the first movers were 400 vs 1200 from AMS. Do yourself a favor and run away from the his company and check out The Little Guys. They were incredible.

I do not recommend them: said they would wear masks: no masks. Scratched my floors. Broke several pieces of furniture. No care whatsoever. Were extremely slow— kept taking breaks, were very leisurely about loading and unloading. I would never recommend them. Over 1200 to move a 2 bedroom apartment.

My review is ONLY for the crew of Alan, Joe, and Brandon, who actually did the work of moving me. All these guys worked hard, carefully, quickly, were courteous, professional and had great attitudes despite the fact that they were being criminally overworked by AllMySons. I would never use nor recommend this company, as these poor guys had to start my move at 8:45pm when I was slated for an “afternoon appointment”, then given the runaround by their so-called “customer service” while I waited for over eight hours for someone to show. The “customer service” also stopped answering the phone despite one of them telling me at around 6pm that they would be available until the job was done. None of this the fault of the guys who actually did the work, so I’m giving THOSE GUYS five stars. The company gets none.

They showed up two hours late and overcharged us by $200 from what they quoted. The movers were nice people, but the business itself really messed up our move.

Got several quotes to move from Smyrna, TN to Tupelo, MS and All My Sons were the lowest. I made one other move in the past and when it came time to pay they tried to charge me a lot more than my quote. With this move I asked for a guaranteed quote which they gave me. I didnt pay a cent more than I was quoted!My move on December 5th was without issue! They arrived around 8:30 and were finished packing by about 11. They got to the Tupelo storage locker about 30 minutes after we got there and were finished unloading withing about an hour and a half.I would highly recommend the All My Sons movers from the Murfreesboro office! Very professional!

Do not use this company!! They are thieves! After moving we noticed some valuables were missing. The movers and the managers denied knowing anything. After informing them we had surveillance video of them taking the items, they magically appeared in the back of the moving truck. Two days later, after the truck had already been used for another move. The managers supported the movers who stole the items!! We are completely disgusted.

I have had quiet some trouble with moving companies over the years but this one right is at the top of my list, especially because I had the pleasure of being helped by Debbie Barker. She made everything so easy. Debbie was amazing. To top it off the movers were so nice AND professional. Finding those two qualities within movers have been hard to find. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to EVERYBODY! Make sure you get Debbie to help you out just to make things even better!

The two gentlemen that completed our move from McKenzie to Murfreesboro were awesome! They took great care of our belongings and were very professional and courteous.

This company was hired by the apartments my elderly mother lives in. Her apartment flooded and it needed to be cleaned. They were supposed to be at her apartment at 8 am but arrived around 11 am on September 1st. After arriving the next day in the afternoon with her stuff, my mom discovered her 65inch TV was broken. She has called and this company refused to fix my mothers TV. They even had her crying and very physically upset. HOW DARE YOU TREAT HER THAT WAY! Just fix her TV that you employees broke.

Since this is probably going to be a somewhat long post, I would like to preface by saying DO NOT TRUST YOUR TIME, POSSESSIONS, OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. You are much better off with The Little Guys Movers who are actually professional and do a quick but good job. It took this team 5 hours to move an 1100 sq foot apartment, in contrast it took the Little Guys 2.5 hrs to move the same stuff two months ago. Two members of the three man team goofed off for a solid half of the time and would stand and watch the driver spend 10+ minutes to wrap one piece of furniture, instead of going ahead and loading items that were ready to go. They were also cussing loudly in the apartment and in the breezeway as they went. They took an extra 15 minutes on our time to stop and grab snacks on the way to the new home. Once they got here, the driver wanted me to sign a contract saying that everyone was in good condition and the move went fine. I didn’t want to sign before I actually knew that to be true, and it took some arguing back and forth before he finally told me “fine”. The attitudes turned bad after that. They moved everything in just as slowly even though most of it wasn’t even going upstairs. More goofing off and standing around. There were several things that they either put together wrong or in the wrong spot that they fixed, but when my sister informed the driver of damage he said “what’s wrong now?” After paying $1000 for terrible service and unprofessionalism (with little guys it was only $350 plus excellent service) we tried to contact the office. So far we’ve gotten passed from one person to another and no one person to another and no one seems to want to help.

This was our last planned move, taking us from Columbia, TN to Prospect, TN. John, Will and Dakota arrived on time and immediately went to work. Even though it was one of the hottest days of the year (heat index was at 102), they didnt stop or complain. All items were delivered and staged at the new house as requested, including when I changed my mind-they just rolled with the flow. We have a few antique pieces that were handled with extra care which we deeply appreciated.John, Will and Dakota are fine representatives of the quality of staff you hire. I was pleased with my move and will be happy to recommend this company to anyone who is making a local move. Thank you for sending your best employees and making this the best move of our lives.

At first everything seemed fine- I was given a quote and told there were no hidden charges. Turns out, there are definitely hidden charges, to the tune of around $200, and it was like pulling teeth to get an explanation. What I thought was going to take a few hours moving items turned into 8. The guys were nice and worked hard, but reeked of alcohol in the morning. Also was told that wed be contacted regarding the large dents in the wall from moving a piece down the stairs- nothing. Customer service after payment is horrible.

The last moving experience I had was god awful with a different company. All My Sons was absolutely incredible. I called for a last minute move. Called on Friday and they had me scheduled for Sunday in the morning. The scheduled 3 guys that showed up on time. Packed all my stuff in 1.5 hours and we were done in 4 hours. My whole move was less than $800. I will never use any other moving company again.

Had a great experience with my movers. Halley was one that really stuck out as being very professional. She even helped us decide where to hang some of our pictures and paintings. Definitely going to recommend to others.

Had a Nashville/Murfreesboro crew: Liberty, Jermaine, and Caleb. All 3 are extremely hard workers, and they really cared about how they handled our furniture during our recent move. They didnt throw boxes around, and they did an excellent job wrapping desks and cabinets, etc. I thought the price was very competitive, and these guys had a great attitude! Not only would I recommend this company and this crew to others, but I will be requesting them again, should we move again in the future!

All My Sons Murfreesboro did an excellent job moving us into our first home. They were on time, communicative and just overall nice gentlemen. The owner gave me a discount on gas and a coupon! I have a piano and a very heavy marble top dresser that they handled with the upmost care. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers.

I moved from one apartment to another on Friday, and I used the company All My Sons Moving & Storage. From beginning to end, it was the most stressful and frankly appalling moving experience of my life. Moving during ordinary times would be stressful. Moving during what has been the most scary & challenging time my family has ever experienced was the stuff of nightmares.My parents were both recently diagnosed with cancer, within a few weeks of each other, so when I contacted All My Sons about moving me, I explained to them how vitally important it was that the movers wear masks, given the fact that both of my parents are high-risk & I am with them constantly as we navigate this season. They assured me their guys would wear masks, gloves, sanitize the truck, and on and on.One of the guys wore a mask. The other guy wore his mask around his neck. 😳 He also sneezed continuously throughout the day, in close quarters with me, in both the new and old apartments. It made me very nervous and so I called the company owner and asked him to please contact his guys and impress upon them to wear their masks properly. (Spoiler alert: It is not “wearing a mask” to wear a mask around your neck or even just over your mouth. A mask goes over your mouth AND nose, otherwise you might as well not even wear one at all.)It took them forever to load up my old apartment, which consisted of literally only boxes and 3-4 pieces of furniture, as I am buying all new stuff for my new place. After they finished, they told me they were going to run to the store and would meet me at the new place in 10-15 mins. The new place is less than two blocks from the old place. AN HOUR LATER, they finally arrived at the new place.From that point, things went from bad to worse. They parked the truck in the middle of the street and blocked one of my new neighbors from pulling out of the driveway, and then screamed horrible obscenities to my new neighbor (I won’t even repeat what they said, it’s so foul) when he objected. This was the first impression my new housemates had of me - my moving guys re-enacting an episode of Jerry Springer. 😒 When I got upset about this and asked them to stop making a scene at my new house, they both became even more volatile and belligerent, mouthing off to me and making me, a single woman on my own with two large moving guys, feel very threatened. I called the owner once again to ask for him to intercede and he told me he would tell his guys to set my stuff in the front yard and leave if I didn’t stop calling. (Clearly the behavior of the movers is reflective of their leadership.) I ultimately felt so unsafe, I called the police to come diffuse the situation, which they did, and I’m thankful for that. But almost SIX HOURS LATER (six hours to move a one-bedroom apartment to another one-bedroom apartment two blocks down the street), I was left with my grandmother’s antique hutch that I cherish broken, missing pieces of art (and lord only knows what else once I have time to go through everything), and multiple heavy boxes clearly marked for the apartment stacked downstairs in the garage that I now have to drag up two flights of stairs myself because they simply didn’t care to do their jobs correctly. The move went so long and so late, they disturbed the peace of my new home and my new housemates. And the light in their truck didn’t even work so they were moving my items in the literal pitch dark. It’s a wonder more items aren’t missing or broken.I have since learned that there are entire Facebook pages dedicated to the horror show that is All My Sons. I wish I had done my due diligence and known this before hiring them.The worst part of this whole awful tale is that I explained to them what I’ve been going through with my parents and they acted this way anyway 😕All this to say. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF ALL MY SONS. Hire literally anyone else. From the owners all the way down to the moving guys, this company is a mess.

My experience with this company was nothing but negative. My girlfriend and I are moving in together and both scheduled moves with this company at which point we were charged two different deposit amounts. This error was a sign of things to come. Movers were scheduled to arrive at my girlfriends house between 12-3:00 PM when we had heard from no one at 3:55 PM we called and were told a driver will call us shortly.....at 6:00 PM we had still not heard from the driver. When I called again and spoke to Christi who was very rude I was told after having to ask very specific questions that the movers would not be arriving until at least 8:00 PM. We I expressed my dissatisfaction with this Chris said she was sending three guys instead of the originally scheduled two. I explained that moving at 8:00 PM was absurd she said “sir we start moves at 10 PM.” I asked given the circumstance and lack of response could we be given a discount of one hour for free? To which Christi said “ I am not discounting the 6 other moves I did today. In response I said “Christi it is not about the money” Christi in return said, “Well apparently it is”. My girlfriend and I canceled both our moves with All My Sons. Please don’t use them. I understand moving is unpredictable, but customer service and being kind is not.

Cookie and his crew are fantastic! They are very hard working, conscientious and polite. They were able to move our fully furnished 3 bedroom house in only six hours which was quite impressive. Our move went very smoothly thanks to these guys. We will be asking for this crew again when we move from our temporary housing to our new home once it is built

Hailey and her crew were incredible. They were on time and were careful with everything while moving. I dont think i saw them taking a break once. Very easy to work with and great communication. Would recommend them to everyone.

They were very quick to get back with me on a quote and worked with me even though it was an extremely last minute move. The two young gentlemen helping me move were very polite, helpful, and quick to do the job. I thoroughly enjoyed how easy the whole experience was, especially at such last minute. I literally called them 3, maybe 4 days, before we moved and they said that it wasnt at all a problem.

NEVER AGAIN.We hired them to help move my parents, as we have no help in town during the holidays. They spent more time standing around and talking than moving things. Took them 6 hours to put a 1300 sq ft house in a truck that was prepacked. They kept claiming they cant move this or wont move that, and they packed the truck so badly that they left large things behind that we have to figure out how to move ourselves now. Also, they broke a brand new $200 ceiling fan that was installed for less than 48 hours. We honestly could have done a better job ourselves. We completely regret this!

Haley, Von and Brandon were a great crew to work with. They provided quick and quality service. They had fun doing a not so easy job and this made my experience awesome too! Moving isn’t easy, unless you let All My Sons (and daughters) do the moving for you! :)

Very impressed with these guys. I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. move on a Friday, and the three movers were there at 8:30 to do a walk-through (they dont charge for this). They were extremely polite, careful, and QUICK. They took great care with our things and our house. The owner, I think his name is Brian? arranged all the details beforehand and was pleasant to work with.One suggestion for the company: although scheduling the appointment was relatively easy, I did not like listening to the operator read from a script halfway through the conversation! Please drop the script from the scheduling process, its incredibly off-putting. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Everyone was friendly and honest, from the man who gave the estimate to the people in the office and the men who loaded, drove and unloaded our belongings. The men who moved us were fast and professional. I had to delay a couple of times and they couldnt have been nicer. A positive experience all around.

The team was friendly and professional.We were moving into a new house and the seller was dragging their feet on getting paperwork signed and I was stressed we wouldnt get keys in time. I called to find out options and they were more than willing to work with me. Definitely will use them again.

Sent movers without experience or muscle. I was helping them which defeated the purpose of us hiring movers in the first place. They went 3 hours over our 2 hour quote even though everything was packed in boxes and broken down. Dropped a brand new computer desk and broke our washing machine. We called while this was happening and got a nasty attitude from the folks on the phone. It’s been over 2 weeks and we still haven’t heard anything about our damage claim and have yet to receive a simple apology. I wouldn’t recommend them to move my enemies.

I recently hired All My Sons to assist with a move. I was informed I would have 3 movers, but only 2 movers presented the day of the move. It took longer than I anticipated, which caused me to leave to pick up my children from school which took less than 30 minutes. I instructed the movers on where to place the items left on the truck, but a portion of my items were left in the garage (elliptical, boxes of books, etc). I have a 2 car garage, but was unable to park my vehicle inside. I notified All My Sons who arranged for a crew to return to my home within the week to move the items from the garage to inside the home. Big Ricks crew presented to move the items. I didnt take into consideration the turn going upstairs or the angle going into the exercise room. Rick noticed my facial expression and without me saying a word he responded, dont worry about it well take care of it. He removed the arms from the elliptical, placed it into the room, and replaced the arms... Not a scratch on my walls. I would definitely recommend all my sons and big ricks crew

Our crew did awesome! I mean talk about a hot summer day for a move! These three didn’t stop until the job was done and we were super grateful for all their hard work. I have a bad hip and my husband a bad back. We were beyond thrilled with the care they took with our belongings in the new house and each one shook our hands and told us to enjoy the new home. Very professional and something you just don’t see much of anymore. Keep up the great work!

The crew was friendly, professional, and fast! They handled my things with care and they tackled those 3 flights of stairs with ease! I most definitely will use them again in the future!!!!

Do NOT use this company. So unprofessional. They got in a huge verbal cursing fight in front of us and my kids. Broke and smashed several things and tried to hide it. Did not handle anything professionally (boxes upside down, brand new bed frame laid down on concrete and scratched, boxes smashed, Almost shattered our glass table etc) Over charged for everything even things we didn’t use. Terrible company.

The movers were really nice but took longer than planned/originally quoted. They missed the GPS route to the new location causing additional 20 - 30 mins of time being charged for as well which I wouldnt have minded paying for if there was traffic but it was an error on their part. I was also charged for moving materials that I didnt need & had of my own so I was disappointed in the final invoice of the move. Thankfully the movers were nice and fit me into the schedule with such short notice of moving.

Worst movers weve ever used. So many nicks and scraps in our walls I couldnt count them all. Will need to do a lot of touch-up paint and hole repair. Didnt pad any of our furniture - just wrapped a couple of pieces in shrink wrap. Didnt even take out the removable shelves in our desk, which ended up bouncing around and getting chipped up. Instead of taking a door off the hings to put a desk in a room, they said they couldnt do it and put it in the wrong room and I had to do it myself. To top it off, they took my wifes phone and wrote their own review for google! DO NOT USE !!

The team we had was so wonderful, did not have a single hiccup. Thorough and extremely efficient. Would recommend them to everyone!

My experience with All My Sons was HORRIBLE. I hired a crew in Houston, Texas to load the truck and I hired a crew in Tulsa, Oklahoma to unload the truck. During the move in Houston, I spoke with Joe who I was told was the supervisor and was unsuccessful with assistance with the crew who was milking the clock as well as damaging almost every piece of furniture. I had both a queen bedroom suite as well as a 3 piece living room suite that had never been sat or slept on and both were damaged to where the repairs totaled almost half the purchase price which I had JUST PAID FOR THE WEEK BEFORE THE MOVE. After 13 hours of the Houston crew, I decided to cancel the Tulsa crew but was assured by Chris who said he was the manager that he would send out his best crew and that if my damages were in excess the .60 per pound would not apply. Well Tyler and Doug were FABULOUS but from the moment they opened the door to the truck, they witnessed that a 70 TV had just been thrown on top of boxes and had Tyler not been quick, it would have fallen to the ground. I am not exaggerating on this move. They continued to witness all the damaged in addition to a 400.00 TV stand that I purchased on sale doors had been broken off. I submitted photos with my claim and was offered 478.20. This would not even repair the corner of my chest of drawers and damaged to my dresser on my king size bedroom suite. I called and disputed the offer and informed the claim worker of what Chris from the Tulsa office had told me. This meant nothing. The final offer after months of putting me off, she came back and stated that the board would not go any higher than 800.00. This was not my first move by far and my sole purpose of hiring a moving company was to avoid damage to my belongings. My husband and I could have moved ourselves for the damages incurred from this move. I chose All My Sons because they were nationwide and although there were a few companies with high ratings, their sales pitch was quite good. Despite this because at the time my husband and I didnt know we had all this damage and he is one to tip, I am PISSED that we tipped the Houston crew. The Tulsa crew were also tipped but the were wonderful. (They each received 200.00) I dont or cant believe that the claims worker even spoke with them or truly even reviewed all of the photos of the damage that we incurred. So now I had to strategically place things on my furniture to hide the damage until I can replace my furniture. AGAIN,, THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION, I HAVE THE PHOTOS. I will add photos later today. This company is just concerned with making money not making things RIGHT.

John, Jonathan, and George were great. They were fun and professional at the same time. They worked hard and took care of everything with my move. Had a small issue with some mud tracked in but the office took care of that to my satisfaction. They have my recommendation!

OMG!!! Such an awesome experience. Called a week in advance for a move. Spoke w/ Brian the owner. He was EXCELLENT. He was well spoken, informative, and very kind. He explained everything in details with no surprises. The movers arrived around 8:45. They were very quick and comical. The move was a tad more expensive than I expected but they delivered on everything. Would highly recommend.

Joseph and the guys were fantastic. They were quick and efficient and did a great job moving our stuff. Other companies said it would take 7-9 hours to move but All My Sons got it done in two hours flat!

Scheduled for morning and called on moving day to find out it had been moved to afternoon. Team had one worker and one trainer.

I have never had a move go so smooth. They came right in and just started wrapping and moving things. They knew what they were doing. Everything was broken down, placed on the truck, unloaded and put back together in the blink of an eye. I was very impressed.

The crew of five, headed by Halley, was efficient, professional, courteous, and respectful. They rang our doorbell promptly at 8:00 am, although they arrived well ahead of that time. They worked until approximately 4:15 pm, when the job finished. Their time included a 1-hour break for lunch. The endpoint was storing all moved items in a local storage facility (about a mile from our home).The crew emptied and packed items from our full (stuffed!) attic, upstairs bonus room, upstairs bedroom and office, and packed up multiple books in our downstairs living area. The bonus room had become a second attic over time. They moved heavy furniture from the bonus room into the upstairs bedroom and vice versa. I call their service to us “Phase One” of our moving saga, i.e. getting our home ready for real estate listing.Halley, the crew leader, appeared to be excellent as she made suggestions to crew members throughout the day, as needed and when she deemed necessary. I did not hear condescending, denigrating, or defamatory statements to the crew, nor did I hear the same from the crew.My husband and I felt that All My Sons did an excellent job and did not waste our money or prolong their time with us for their financial gain. The entire crew was likable and very cordial.We hope to retain this exact crew when it is time for “Phase Two”, moving from our current home into our new home. I am sure that All My Sons Moving & Storage has other exceptional workers as well, but this crew has warmed our hearts as they provided services that we were not able to do on our own.

The movers were nice BUT they said they only move heavy stuff last which Im sure is so they can add time on to the end (which they did try to do). My husband said he didnt need any boxes to box the last of our stuff and the crew said they would throw them in for free. Guess what? We were charged. They nickel and dime you to the end. I had to speak with Gerald, apparently the supervisor, and he was incredibly rude. Its a shame. I do not recommend using this company. Ive moved with them in TX and had a great experience but after this... never again.

I didnt even pay for these movers (my current apartment hired them after messing up my move in date), but still felt compelled to write a review. Despite my awful move in experience with the apartment, these movers did everything they could to make it bearable. Rick, Neil, Dallas and Brent were hardworking, careful and efficient. Definitely ask for this team if youre making a move in the future.

Very pleased with my service! I hired them to move my grandmother last Friday and she couldnt be happier. She hasnt stopped talking about how good they were and how they listened to her about where to move stuff. They took extra care of her antique curio cabinet extra wrapping and all. They were very good and we will use them again if we move again.

I enlisted All My Sons for my move last week after having an “OK” experience a few months ago. I understand that it was a mistake on my end for leaving my checkbook in my nightstand. That’s on me. But I haven’t used it in over a year.The day of my move “Team Ironman” were nice guys. Later that night I got a call from an Advanced check cashing store nowhere near my home asking if I wrote an over $2,000 check, which I did not. They took my checkbook from my nightstand!! They even had the audacity to cross out my phone number and put their own. When I contacted a supervisor at All My Sons he was very defensive and said that the woman who the check was written out to was not dating or married to either of the movers (as if that has anything to do with it. They could’ve just been friends for all I know). They also made a fraudulent debit card or used the account information to make another $600 purchase. Luckily, my bank has reversed these charges and the account is closed. Furthermore, All My Sons refused to refund my charges and I was a promised only a partial refund of $250 for a move that cost me over $600. It’s been days since my report and the refund has yet to be processed. The fact that I let someone into my house and they robbed me blindly, but they are still demanding full payment is ridiculous. I have notified the authorities and filed an incident report to further investigate. I hope the investigators are able to press charges against the company and whichever person did this. Stay away from this shady company!

This is my fourth time using All my Sons. The last time I used them, my experience left soThing to be desired. But Vaughn’s crew today more than made up for my last experience. Everyone was moving and working. Even helped us gather the last minute items the experience of moving tends to lead us to forget. I would use them again as well as refer them to my friends that are moving soon all because of Vaughn’s crew.

Personable, hard working, and dedicated movers will make sure that everything is properly taken care of with extreme vigilance. The crew that I had the pleasure of hiring showed up on time and completed the job sooner than expected while making this stressful event much more enjoyable. 5/5 would hire again. Company was very accommodating for the last minute request to have movers come to handle large heavy items. The two guys that showed up were very professional and hard workers. Thank you Nick and John for doing a great job. I know it wasnt an easy task but you two handled it like pros.

Terrible experience. We hired them for a morning move and when we contacted them they told us that the call center was not equipped to book a morning move and they could not come out that morning. We were then told - after missing work that morning - that to wait for the 1pm window. 3 movers (when promised 4) came at 8pm and move was not finished until midnight. Furniture and boxes could not all be moved upstairs because kids were sleeping at that time. We were told that it was not their problem since the call center booked it incorrectly and we were not even given a discount for the poor service and missed work day - DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

The whole company was fantastic. They kept in touch right up to moving day, easing my moving day phobia. Two very nice young gentlemen showed up right on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and had us moved and unloaded before the afternoon. They even hooked up my washer and dryer with no extra charge, put everything in the right spot and there was not one thing broken or even scratched....and I had some very heavy furniture. If I ever move again I will certainly hire All My Sons in Murfreesboro, and I recommend this company for anyone who wants a smooth, stress free move. They are inexpensive, but they genially care about their customers and their belongings!

The price was fine & the guys that moved my stuff were great, however, I scheduled a 10:00-11:00 a.m. move & they didnt show up until 4:00 in the afternoon. There were no phone calls to let me know they werent going to be on time either. I finally called at 12:30 to be told the weather was holding them up & they would be about another hour. Long story short, by the time the showed up at 4:00 I was not happy.I would not recommend this company & the only reason they got a star at all is because you cant click post without clicking on a star.
