I go out of my way to get my makeup at this location because they always have stock of the makeup I’m looking for, and the employees are very friendly. Chloe is awesome at helping me find what I need and finding me colors that look flattering on my skin! I don’t feel rushed or pressured to find items I don’t need.

Giving 5 stars because of the awesome customer service tonight! Lisa was so helpful and sweet answering all my questions and foundation matching me. I love bare minerals products because I have noticed that they dont make my skin irritated or break out, and I am excited to try out some different products she recommended for me. Love their makeup. Its just sometimes hard to get help. They used to have a really great employee that worked there, he was always so good at helping me. I definitely dont buy as much as I used to when he worked there. Id give 5 star if it werent for the current employees. Maybe he just raised my expectations of the people. Love their makeup though. Basically all I use.

There are some products I really like at Bare Minerals - that and MAC have been my go-tos. Overall this location has been hit-and-miss with their customer service and unfortunately today was a big miss. :( As a result in the future I will be doing more of my shopping at the MAC store down the hall.

This is the only make-up my wife will use. Each time we have gone there the staff has been very helpful with explaining all of the different products and they dont have all the fillers and other ingredients that can cause issues with your skin.

Went in to buy something for my wife the Saturday before Christmas, the mall was extremely busy but there were only three other customers in here besides myself. I first asked if they could look up my wife’s “profile” and the woman was rude from the get go, I stood around for a few minutes while I heard numerous other employees chatting up a storm in the back room. Well the woman who did “help” me couldn’t find my wife’s profile so I suggested I would just buy a gift card, her immediate reply was rude and snarky “we don’t have any”. No explanation just that they don’t have any, I will NEVER come to this location ever again, I may even suggest my wife simply goes to Sephora or Ulta to buy makeup. It was an older Latina woman who was rude, Bare Minerals needs to work on training their employees or you’re going to have no customers left.

I called Bare Minerals in a professional capacity to obtain the name of the health care on an employee-just an insurance name! I gave my name as well as the doctors name. I talked to the manager, Shirley, and was treated with disrespect to say the least. I could not give the name of the employee as I am bound by the restrictions of HIPAA. If this is how a store manager treats people look for this store to fail! RUDE would be an understatement! This manager need to go!

I went in there yesterday ( 9/28/2017)between noon and 2pm. Im looking for a light cover powder make up. Im Latina so my skin is dark and I dont usually wear make up because I dont need it. Im a master Aesthetician and I take good care of my skin. I came in and this woman blond and older asked what I was looking for, I told her and she showed me press powder (not what I was looking for) I said that we should color match. I stopped her because she started to apply make up on the side of my cheek with a brush. She was in a bad mood and got worst when I said why dont you use the cotton tips and I need cotton rounds to removed the make up you just applied. Then she moved away and Im thinking to buy all the make up there and have someone else get the sale bonus. Then I thought nah... I cant support a business that doesnt invest in proper training on their employees. This is a free lesson for you... when you do a color match you use cotton tips on the side of the face. Yeah? Good!! Lesson learned! Thank god theres Sephora where customers feel welcome no matter the color of the skin! I spent $300 yesterday on makeup for my trip to South America. I will never come back to bare minerals!!! Check your cameras Im the woman with the red headband and you will know what employee needs more coaching.

Came in today at 2:05 terrible I asked for matte foundation all the girl said its right there never cared to ask if I knew what color nothing but another gal comes in and she right away goes and ask her is she needed help to take a sit to find her correct color I wonder if I looked not apropriate to purchase there
