A somewhat spacious and brightly lit store, this Bath and Body Works is an excellent place to get a good selection of bath, and well, body, products.They have the usual offers on their products, though a little more selection than other stores as they have a little more space.Staff were friendly and though it was busy queues to checkout were short. Would definitely shop here again.

This place smells so good, and they have sales ALL THE TIME so buy some candles so your stinky house doesn’t stink so bad when girlfriend’s parents come over

The ladies there are very rude. Treated my mother and I like we were stealing when we were doing an exchange. The manager with black hair gave us nasty looks. We spent more than 100$ and they threw everything in a bag and when I got home I notice the wallflower refills I bought two of them were broken because of how full the bags were. I heard two of the ladies talking about us and even pointed at us as we left.

Needed some shower gel and body cream. At check out, they told me I could get 1 more item for free, which I didnt know! Bonus stuff is always a nice surprise!

Bath and body and White Barn always has a great selection of lotion, body wash, soaps and candles. They are always running sales. Sign up for their emails to save even more.

I love thier mens products. I get so many compliments from thier ocean line. I have the cologne, body lotion and hand sanitizer. I wait for thier buy 3 get 3 sale. The customer service in the mall is amazing like expected. Its a bit crowded, but they are good about crowd control. Dont change your service and especially the ocean line of products 😉. This place is muy bueno.

My wife and I love Bath & Body! We get their soaps and candles and recently are trying their car scents. So far we are loving those as well!

I dont use a lot of their products because of the cancer causing ingredients. but I like their lip gloss and air fresheners. they work really well in the car.

So great! All the staff are very nice. There was one employee that was especially attentive and was fantastic at promoting several products and my aunt and I ended up buying multiple of one of the products!

This Store is great. I have been to many Bath and Body Works stores all over. This one has a lot more stuff. The staff is great I had a gal named Jessica help me and she was amazing. Everything she suggested I bought. It is worth going to mall just to go to this store.

Today, their coupons brought me in.4 TIMES, I got in line trying to use them.4 TIMES I was told I couldn’t with the combination items I had. 2 times I asked for help, they said those combos should work and 4 TIMES they didn’t.Mind you, I was lining up in HOLIDAY lines.I left sweaty, moody and disappointed.A 5 minute shopping trip turned into AND HOUR AND A HALF because no one could bother to actually look at my coupons and show me what was included.I left with nothing and will not be going back.

Last minute Christmas gifts, stocking staffers for daughter in laws. Very busy, lots of help. Shelves were stocked. Limiting those allowed in.

They were out of some things o wanted to get. The salesperson kept coughing because the smells get to me she said.... when I mentioned the outage to the cashier she just blew me off and laughed.... good part was they were having a good sale and I picked up some great stocking stuffers for Christmas!

Awesome! Took advantage of the soaps on sale and had a 20% off my entire order! Cashier and employees were super helpful and friendly.

I could live in Bath &Body Works, I could go broke because I love the Summer Coconut Fragrances I wish they were all year round. I also love the Brown Sugar Fig and wish it would be brought back along with Midnight Pomegranate. Amazing Employees and amazing stores.

I love visiting for the smells. The prices are fair and the employees are helpful and nice! Also- They dont press you which is awesome, and may understand your specific choice of aromas and be able to find you new and similar products to the ones you love.

Was sooo disappointed in how poorly sales were displayed and presented.Staff was not helpful just rude and I think I was charged full price for a couple things that were on sale .Store was a pig sty

Who doesnt love this place? The sales women are always so nice and helpful. It does get busy & kinda crazy at times. And I think that is to be expected. Especially with the sales. Make sure to sign up for their emails. They are always sending coupons. And that definitely adds up!

Whats not to love about a store that smells so good!All of the staff are super friendly and most of them are very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience when coming in to purchase or exchange items. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because a lot of the sense that I love are being discontinued or technically isnt by fault of the store.

Got here during a great sale. The staff is super friendly, and was eager to help with recommendations. There not usually a lot to say about chains but the staff here made everything easy, and my toddler boy’s night.

Sometimes prices are crazy but they always have a deals going on or coupons and that semi annual sale though! 😍

Helpful staff who let you know all the deals. Definitely one of the retail spots you will want your email with as they always have some discount to gift out. Good spot for little gifts!

Their products actually dry out my skin. Ive found more organic products that smell great and actually leave my skin feeling and looking good. People are always nice there though, and the scents smell good.

Got some good scented candles there as well as some body lotions. Love their products in general and store smells amazing

I had tons of stuff in my hands it would have been nice to have an employee give me a basket or offer to set my items on the counter for me while I finished shopping. But I was very happy to see they had a fragrance back and stock!

I use to love coming in this store. Friendly workers always willing to help. I stood at the cash register door 15 minutes waiting to be checked out. Only for the woman working to shout across the floor they would ring me up at the sister store if I was ready. I brought this up to the cashier in the sister store and she just shrugged it off. Horrible customer service.

Super fan of B&B. BUT today I went in for a candle sale and for some reason the new candles advertised on the website werent on the store shelves yet. I dont shop this store. My experience with the this store was not very good. I went with my daughter to take some things back because she gets headaches from products with perfume in them, and they told her she couldnt have a refund with cash unless she had the debit card with her from the person who bought the gift for her . Well right on the back of the receipt it says that you can get a cash refund, well they told her no she cannot. So she had to get the person who lives far away to come here and take it back to the store to get the refund. I was not impressed. I would not ever shop in this store. I could of understood if she didnt have the receipt with her. But to have to even go back to the person who gave her the gift and tell her to take it back. Lots of time, gas, and everything to just get a refund. Bad management, Im sure you get the point.

Linen and Laveder air freshener is a truly calming scent that brings soothing comfort to an otherwise hectic schedule. Unplug with this pleasurable fragrance in the home.

I love their Black Chamomile lotion. It is only available occasionally. It was in stock today.

Terrible customer service. I asked a staff if I could find some hand lotion for my wife and she looked at me like I was stupid or something and was not friendly at all. At the cashier check out, the staff said nothing, not even thank you or did you find anything okay?.

I always buy all of my hand soap here. Retail price is expensive, however, they frequently have good sales going on so you should never have to pay full price. I dislike the lotions here as I find them to be too perfumey.

This store sjares location with White Barn. When i tried 2 purchase something here i had to go to the White Barn side cuz there was no cashiers on Bath & Bodyworks. How annoying cuz when i got there.... Line. Why cant they open another register if number of customers warrant it? Its not like there was no staff behind the register....
