Physical place was great, but having to wait for a phone to be shipped to me is not.
Dont bother going to the store, their internet is always down and I always have to go to a different store across town.

My son purchased an iPhone here and was treated so kindly and with respect (which we all know can be very rare these days). He left pleased and so did I. Very clean location and the gentleman there was very professional and knowledgeable about products.

They lied about the price of an item. Charged us 4 times the amount said! Then said they couldnt provide a receipt! Only found out when we saw our bank account. They refused a refund. DO NOT SHOP THERE! they also lied about their plans and how their service works. Stop paying them commission and make them get paid for doing their job correctly. What a joke!

First visit they was very helpful. They have a 7 day return policy and when I tried to exchange the phone I purchased on first visit for a different phone the employee Pablo refused to help me. He first Told me that he didnt have enough money in the register to refund my money. I told him I wanted to exchange it for a different model. He then told me I had to come back and talk to the person who sold me the phone. By the time he worked again and I would be able to make it back there the 7 days time frame would be over. Now I am stuck with a phone that I hate. I will be changing my service now.
Great service there, I felt like they actually cared that I was getting just what I wanted and didnt feel pressured or rushed even as busy as they were. Way to go cricket youve made a long term customer today!

They said all I had to do was pay the $25 bridge payment and my service would stay on. I paid it and... No service. I had to pay the $50 bill ontop of the $25 bridge fee.
Just paying my phone bill. Kinda silly that when I pay and need six dollars change back they ask me if I could pay with the exact amount .
