I had a terrible experience at this store, it’s a long story but essentially I was tricked into purchasing $200+ accessories that I didn’t need/want with my new phone. When I tried to return them I was threatened with an $800 charge. Basically they wanted me to ignore the fact that they had lied to me about what I was being charged for or else they would remove the promotion I had signed up for. When I got Verizon customer service involved I realized this isn’t a legit store, it’s some sketchy 3rd party setup that doesn’t follow Verizon policy or respect Verizon customers. In the end corporate Verizon made everything right and apologized for the horrific experience I had with this store. Lesson learned: always go to a legit Verizon store to avoid being scammed by a mall kiosk :)
Pretty awful experience here with Hayden W.. Indicated that I would only have to pay for taxes and fees when switching to Verizon and that a case, screen protector, and charger would all be free. Turns out I paid $235 for those items and taxes would come after. Additionally, they gave me a carrier refurbished iPhone 12 mini when he said it was new.
They claim to be open Sundays but arent. Everytime I have come to pick up am online order there us no one here. They dont know how to process pick up. They have wasted hours of mine over the last 2 days!!!!

Super smooth on that phone trick. The manager really good guy too. The whole experience was really good. So far service is great.

Brian did an amazing job tonight helping me get my new phone activated after losing my phone while snowboarding today. He was very knowledgeable and made my crummy day a lot better with his friendly and caring demeanor. He also suggested a way for me to access my Apple ID after having issues logging in. Nellie was a great support as well and made for a very positive experience. I highly recommend visiting this location at the Fashion Place Mall for any of your Verizon needs!!!

We purchased 3phones today and were dreading the usual sales hype experienced in other places. If all sales persons were as personable, patient, knowledgeable and exact it would revolutionize phone sales!! What a different experience than in past years. This was so nice and refreshing. Worst experience. I was inquiring about moving to a cheaper plan. After getting told what amazing deals that had on trade ins and moving to a different plan I decided to upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan. I was told and signed the paper stating I would get $500 for my trade in and my phone bill would be about $90 for my new plan and the low cost of my new device payment ( being so low due to the amount getting for my trade in). Great! Sign me up! Was told to leave my old phone and the rest would be taken care of! I was pleased and left the sales associate a great review!....fast forward two days when I get a voicemail stating that the trade in had been done incorrectly and I needed to call or come in to get it finished up. I call in and am told that they can’t find the promo where it had stated I would receive the $500 and now my trade in would be worth $350....not happy about it, the sales associate stated that he would have his manager (Brian) look into it and get back to me. The associate also stated that the gal who had helped me “was new and didn’t know what she was doing. I shouldn’t have let her do it solo.” I waited another couple days to hear back from Brian, never happened. So, I called back. Surprise, Brian is the one who answered the phone. He knew who I was and started right in with “ I’m contacting corporate so we can get this taken care of for you. I can’t promise the $500 but can guarantee the $350 for you trade it but I will try. I’m trying not to get my sales associate in trouble for doing this all wrong. You weren’t even suppose to leave your phone. We will get it taken care of though and I will call or email you with an update!” Alright, sounds like it’s getting taken care of!.....nope, a week goes by and I still don’t hear anything. I stop into the store (it’s been over two weeks now since all this started) and Brian isn’t there but the sales associate I talked to originally and the guy who I spoke with over the phone were both there. My phone was still there, they had no answers for me AND pointed out a crack that they “noticed” was on there and they don’t think it qualifies for the trade in value they originally quoted!?!? WHAT? They looked over my phone multiple times the first time I was there, no crack was apparent at that time but now that my phone (that shouldn’t have been in your possession to start with) which that had had for over two weeks now has a crack? Definitely not happy at this point, again. I get told by the original gal that she promises Brian (the manager) would call me in a few hours when he got in. Never received a call....fast forward a month and I get credited $47 for my trade in!?!....after calling Verizon directly they did their best at resolving this issue. I have never had this kind of issue with anything regarding Verizon. Next time go to them directly and do not use a verified dealer or whatever this place is. They over promise and terribly under deliver.
Brian is the best. His ability to connect with customers is something that can’t be taught. He is quick because he knows what he is doing. All around great experience!
Brian is beyond an amazing sales rep. He hooked me up with upgrades that I thought I’d be paying double my current payments. He strives to find you the best deals and sets you up so you’re walking out of the store (or mall in this case) without anything to do but enjoy your new products. The staff really goes above and beyond. Sydney was amazing. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even if that meant using her lunch hour to run to a different location to pick up the phone I was asking for. I would recommend this store. They value their customers and provide exceptional service.
I’ve had an amazing experience dealing with Brian. Whenever my husband or I have questions regarding our usage or need assistance understanding something with our phones, Brian has helped us with patience and knowledge. He’s definitely an asset to the Verizon company!
The staff here is probably the most outgoing, enthusiastic, charismatic, and lovable. Anything anyone needs, they’re always there ready to give you your best possible offer. If you need anything for your phone whether it be an upgrade, a case, or even if you just want to talk to someone about phones, they are there for you ready to listen and ready to assist you in anyway possible.Ready the google reviews for this place; it seems to have some negative comments. Please let us remind ourselves that if one is a negative customer, they will have a negative experience. These people are humans too and vibe off of the personality you present. If you’re going to be rude to them and mouth off about how you know it all, they are going to match your attitude because they’re human just like you (: but if you’re a nice customer who comes in looking for information and presents him/herself without any prejudice or predetermined negative thoughts, you will be treated with nothing but open arms and positive interaction.

I bought a phone off KSL, and took it in to get it connected. Alex helped me through the whole process and made everything so simple. I was done and out within twenty minutes. He was super nice! I really appreciated that
I met with Ryder at the Murray store because my phone was not charging. We chose to update the phone and secure an I phone XR. He spent 2hours with this digital dinosaur setting everything up with autopay, a new all inclusive data program, a new screen protector, and phone case. He couldn’t have been more helpful!! I would give him 10 stars if possible! You have a superb employee!!
Went to Verizon yesterday and was originally going to get a quote on adding a line and a cell phone for my niece. As soon as we got there Daniel and Ryder were welcoming. They mentioned a promotion going on where you can get an iPhone 11 at an amazing price with a trade in. Well, long story short I opted to get my niece the new iPhone 11 and both Daniel and Ryder helped out so much. Daniel stayed overtime to assist with porting over a number from metro pcs which they knew would be a hassle. After Daniel left, Ryder stayed and he powered through with having to call metro pcs a second time just to get something as simple as an account number! Bryan, the manager was around making sure we got every promotion we could. His managerial skills were superb. Another associate named nelly was knowledgeable on iOS and helped with some tips and tricks. Overall, I’m highly satisfied and strongly recommend coming to these amazing folks for any Verizon needs

I went in to upgrade my phone. After over 120 minutes of this process, I ended up completing the switch myself because they couldn’t get it together. They also convinced me to buy a tempered glass screen protector for $20, what sold me is that I could come into the kiosk and get it replaced anytime I needed to. Cool. Come in 45 days after purchase and now all the rules have changed, & the new manager doesn’t allow it and it has to be done online. Which is fine besides the fact that its $7 to get the replacement. So now instead of spending a convenient $20 to get what I thought was an easily replaceable phone screen, is now a waste of time and $. Also, I went in and calmly explained the situation, the new manager claims they don’t allow it in store anymore, has no customer service skills and was extremely rude, interrupting me and didnt even take the time to listen to me.Honestly my entire “upgrading”’of a new phone was THE WORST experience. I would never go to this kiosk again and would hope Verizon fixes this before someone else has to experience anything similar to what I did.
Wonderful experience here. My wifes iPhone broke so we came to see about the insurance we have through Verizon and ended up getting a new iPhone 8+. From the minute we walked up to the kiosk the manager Wendy was friendly, helpful, and detailed. We were incredibly grateful for her help. We could tell she really cared about our situation and wanted to make sure we got everything we needed. Reccomend this kiosk 100% . Ask for Wendy when you go, shes a rockstar!!!!
I recently went in with an issue on my bill and all the employees were very helpful with helping me fix my issues, not only did they sit down and listen to me complain but offered much more help than what I originally came in for even though I came in a few minutes before close, they didn’t seem bothered one bit. I would 10/10 recommend this Verizon.
The guys helping me were very informative, nice and quickly fixed my screen. I left my phone with them while shopping and came back twenty minutes later to a new screen. Thank you!

I ordered a phone 2 months ago, and was supposed to receive a phone call on the 26th when it arrived. They never called and now wont take my Note 7 on Return. Literally the WORST experience of my life. THESE GUYS ARE NOT A VERIZON STORE!!!! GO TO THE VERIZON CORPORATE STORE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!

Went to switch to Verizon from Sprint. Was told by a rep that it was possible. After signing up and 20 minutes of activation, it still didn’t work. A week later I still can’t use the service but had to pay $40 activation fee to get out of the service....that I didn’t use
