Needed new iPhone screen ASAP. Walked in and out ~30 minutes, paid a pretty competitive price for this area, got professional service, everything is 10/10 with the phone.

Ive had several iphone and macbook repairs at Tech-Knowledge, and theyre always helpful, timely, and affordable. They have done a great job with the repairs on all of my Apple devices, and I recommend them often.

So I walked in, needed a simple soldering job on a remote where the battery holder came loose... was told, sorry... we cant do that... we dont do soldering... REALLY?Thought to myself, itd sure be a good place for an electronics shop... ya think?!Response... You are in the business to REPAIR ELECTRONICS... that requires soldering... dont ya think?You even said to the other employee, hey will (a third guy) we in tomorrow. That he does the soldering jobs. Then the guy you asked said, hard to tell when hell be in. Never know about him... then tell me... sorry, we cant do it.

Best experience of a tech store ever. I got a phone from them and it was messing up and they offered to fix it for free. The owner and staff are friendly funny and fun to talk to. Its a great place to hangout and watch movies or talk tech. Prices are awesome and service is quick. Can not recommend them enough. My Last bad review was meant for the computer guy. Dont go their go here and you will not regret it. I would give 10 stars if possible

Replaced a screen on my iPhone. Quick. Had an issue a week later and fixed it on their dime. I’m hard on phones and they have taken care of me quick and a very reasonable price

Went and got my phone fixed. The next week I had a problem with my battery dying fast. Then, I couldnt even use my phone without it being on the charger. Took it to them and they said that they couldnt do anything.

My experience at tech-knowledge was very fast, very friendly, less costly than I expected and Micah was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely be taking all my devices to him in the future. And you get to see the adorable dog, Moses, while you’re there!

I work with an adult with intellectual disabilities. My client comes to Tech Knowledge often and frequently asks about multiple items. Micah is always very sweet and helpful even when there is no financial gain on his end. Micah spends long lengths of time to help find the best solution to help my client or the cheapest alternative even if it is not a financial benefit for him. A great place to go for excellent service, honest answers and the fairest prices.

Micah really hooked me up! He fixed my phone very quickly and did a superb job! He buys high quality parts and it definitely shows, they’re prices are extremely reasonable! Overall great visit and 10/10 would recommend!

I was recommended to Tech-Knowledge 517 by a friend because of their fast, friendly service. They did not disappoint! They had the part for my phone overnighted and fixed it quickly while my little one and I waited. Their waiting room was full of entertainment with big screen tv’s and a sweet little girl that colored and played with my little girl! Even better was the price which was very reasonable and they didn’t even charge me for the overnight charges incurred. I highly recommend this business and hope they continue to grow and do well!

I called not knowing if theyd be able to help when I dropped my Nintendo switch in milk and after taking it up there and miccah looking at it he ordered a new piece and I have it back a week later working great! They are very professional and so polite!

Customer service was horrible. They were never rude, simply did not do what they said they would in the time frame they gave themselves. I took two laptops in and according to the both have mother board problems. When I ask for a receipt listing the problem he could not print me out a receipt- I thought it was rather strange that a tech shop could not figure out how to print a receipt. He did offer to hand write and I declined. I will be taking one of the laptops elsewhere- this was my first and last experience with them. Will not recommend their service based on my experience.

New in town and needed phone and computer assistance in a multitude of issues from small to complex. Did a little research and through a process of elimination decided to give this company a shot before heading off to Nashville or Evansville. I am here to tell Murray look no further but tap tap your ruby slippers and look no further, tech nirvana is right in your own backyard!! These guys are HIGHLY professional, know their stuff and fixed my issues from A-Z and then some. So no matter college age, senior, middle age if you need help of any complexity level either big or small, cant afford to buy new, you can be confident to give this place a try for your business.

Called them, explained my phone wouldn’t charge properly. They said bring it by and they would look at it. I took it, ten minutes later and it’s like brand new! Great job!

The owner is great but the staff could be more friendly. The problem was my MacBook charger and not the computer itself—I should’ve checked this first. I feel like the $50 diagnostic fee should’ve gone toward another charger as I was initially told it would go toward any repairs. They did solve my problem relatively quickly!

Not a great experience. They were nice, and had a nice looking place. Had a broken phone screen. Was told would get my phone back Thursday, didnt get it back till Saturday, and had screen issues with it after.
