They dont even deserve one star I was just here 7:31pm Oct 19.The girl working needs to be trained on everything! She did NO help at all, I asked her the simplest questions like can you check to see if any other stores have what I needed. Her response was,no I dont know any other stores numbers...I understand not knowing them by heart but come on, even simply offering to help look them up would of been some help. She was either lazy or this was her 1st day, even then one should @ least offer more help or provide an excuse.

1 1/2 hr wait so far and theyre still helping the same customer. Seems like as soon as the Merger happened everything keeps going down hill fast. Cell Service and customer service keeps getting slower and slower.

Im very un happy with metro T-Mobile. There service has neen garbage been waiting for a replacement phone for over a month. Im sick of the wait

Great place always little freebies like a phone case, Pay your bill 5 times get several different little items for your phone. Come pay your bill here or plan to switch youll regret not coming to this clean cool spot

Today SUNDAY I went to this store, it was a really good experience, the lady that helped me was so nice and I bought a nice phone. In the page say that they are not open Today but they are open on SUNDAYS from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. I was very happy with this because this store is really close to my house. Thank for your help and nice experience.

Google says you open at 11 on Sundays, I got there at 11 and the sign says 11:30. OK fine i wait until 11:45 and no one shows up!!!! i broke my phone on a Saturday night and needed a new phone on Sunday. Ended up going to the West Valley store who was actually open when they said they would be. if you say you open at 11:30 you need to make sure you are open at 11:30. The nice lady that helped me at the West Valley store got your commission.

I had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that helped me out today. Quick, easy, no pressure. He was also very professional, calm, and honest. He made the deal go smooth and easy. I have been to many stores in the valley that dont compare. I will be returning. Thank You.

Tmobile is an excellent company. Not impressed with this Metro location .Totally impressed with Tmobile. In salt lake I actually love Tmobile and Sprint. I have both and love them both

I had originally left the store with a good impression. Then realized they had opened a 2nd account in my name. I am trying to fix the situation and unfortunatly the customer service rep spent 20 min complaining about helping me in Spanish ... They didnt kbow I understand them. They were insulting and refused to help. The lady trued to look up a phone number several times... Every time she got the number wrong. And insisted I cannot fix the situation. ... It was a good visit that turned into myself loosing respect for this team. #1 rep i delt with was guessing my personal info for me against my wishes (fraud) #2 rep refused to help and spent 20 min insulting me to her manager. They even called me pendajo! ... I wont use them again. I suggest you dont if you dont speak Spanish.

I put five star so you guys would be able to see this...This store smell terrible like a bathroom after somebody was in there for too long) and was hot on top of that.They dont greet you when you walk in and they barely mutter back at you if you speak to them first.They took forever (hr give or take) instead of saying well be with you in a half hour, 20 minutes, 45 minutes, an hour!They didnt say anything. Worst Metro store have ever been to. Customer service was horrible.They had the personalities of a rock.I dont know why theyre in this business.Highly recommend if you care about your friends and family- never send them to the store unless its a life-or-death emergency and you might even pass away before they get to you...

My husband and son purchased new phones last Thursday. Typically we have bad experiences with metro pcs. However this visit to a first time store was so great! The lady that helped us was super quick and friendly. We will always drive that extra 30 min to visit that store. Their great customer service was more than worth it! My only regret is not getting the gals name because she definitely deserves the acknowledgement! Thanks so much

The people that work there are great my complaint is the phone number to that store is not a good number the number on website is wrong which is very frustrating when u try to call and its 1 ring the busy signal its been like that for along time not only that the hours on website is wrong too they say they are opens on Sunday and there not other days they say there are open till a certain time and not whats the point of having a website it everything on it is wrong fix plz it would be so much more convenient if everything was right other than that the employees are awesome.

Awful experience. Last 2 trips in this store have been utterly frustrating. Forget the fact that I was sold a phone I can not even Talk on! I am disgusted with the female hustlers they have working there. Do Not Shop HERE! Both my sons phone and Mine bought brand new from these ladies have issues!
