Ive never had such a good experience cancelling a service! I needed help getting an account number and pin from a phone number connected to a busted device, which was a nightmare to begin with trying to get past Sprints security setup. But Lily was so helpful and friendly for the entire process, and she got me the info I needed for the port just in time for me to get it to my new carrier before they closed for the night. Thank you Lily!
I want to thank this store, not only did they go far and above the normal service that I want but they exceeded any expectations I could have wanted. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I truly think this experience has been the best I have ever had in a customer service setting. I worked exclusively with Alfonso, and he was, to say the very least, an absolute delight. He was self- composed, polite, and attentive. He listened to my needs and wants and made above and beyond suggestions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra, only encouraged, so I could get the most out of my devices. He was friendly, genuine, and sincerely had my best interests in mind. I wish all customer service experiences were like this one. Way to go Alfonso!!! Thank you!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. After activating the phone there was some process that needed to be done on my phone since I was using a phone I brought with me, the agent didnt run that process with me so we had to go back into the store after we got to the car and it wasnt working. Kind of annoying since we had little children with us but besides that excellent service.

I really liked this store since becoming a Sprint customer in November. Everytime I have been there, we usually see Adrian. He is awesome, hes customer service is great. Hes gone above and beyond to help us with our new services.Unfortunately today I had the unpleasant customer service experience with Riley ( assistant manager) he was horrible. I went in trying to purchase a new phone for my son. He grabbed the phone, I went to the counter, the only thing he asked was will you be paying for this upfront, or monthly? Of course I said monthly. He placed the new phone on top of my purse and walked away, he said I need you to sign some forms. I waited, I started to open the box, after I signed and he told me my monthly payments will be for $4 a month. I had no other questions besides getting the phone started. I opened the box in front of him. Still nothing is said to me. He then proceeded to tell me theres a few if $30 something dollars for an upgrade. I h couldnt pay that at the time. He then proceeded to tell me, well youve already opened the box, which he never said I couldnt do, neither did he mention the upgrade fees to me. He pretended this was my fault, he stated for future reference you need to pay before opening. Even though I opened the box in front of him. I proceeded to tell him that for future services he needs to let customers Know everything ahead of time, any fees and rules that may apply...etc. he had a horrible attitude with me. I think with that customer service he shouldnt be assistant manager. Poor communication, not even a smile from Riley. I suggest if you want great customer service see Adrian. Adrian thank you for everything.Riley needs to be sent to a customer service representative class to adjust his attitude, and learn how to communicate everything to the customers he serves.
You CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT get TING SIM cards or any other “third party” cell phone carrier SIM cards at any sprint store. They were really friendly at explaining to me their service plans and what they have to offer. They said I could order a Ting sim online or through Ting care. They do have some great deals though, I’m just too cheap to go with a national carrier so I chose an off brand carrier. Either way I loved their friendliness. I wish Tings customer service was as good as this store was. If you have sprint service or not they will explain all their plans and deals in great detail. 10 stars!

I’ve been in this store multiple times as I’ve been a customer for years. On my birthday in December Efraín, Riley, I believe other dude was Adrian helped me out with upgrading to a new iPhone and getting an iPhone watch. They were patient and helped me transfer all my stuff. I am super happy with the purchases. Today I came in quickly cause my watch was stuck on a screen and Martin literally fixed my problem in seconds. This store get packed but they are pretty quick.

Get EVERYTHING in writing.I transferred to sprint and was very hopeful working with agent at this location. I was told I would receive a buy out if I brought proof within 30 days of signing up with sprint.Today I was told my the manager that I was not there during the purchase of our plan and that my phone was damaged.The phone was in perfect condition after I took my screen protector off.April is unprofessional, not helpful, extremely rude, will talk over you without listening, and will lie to customers.If you do want to go with sprint. Go to another store, I would recommend 400 south and 700 east.

The worker with the half shaved head was extremely rude and short with my boyfriend whenever we asked a question or wanted an explanation. A salesperson is supposed to be helpful and willing to the extra mile to make someone comfortable with their decision. Guilt tripping someone into buying something is not the right move.
My wife and I came in with problems with our plan. We were helped out my Soulmaz, who was friendly, helped us right away, and answered all of our questions succinctly. She looked through our bill and spoke to us about how she could get us the best deal possible. Amazing service and an especially kind employee. This location fixes youre phones as well as the regular phone store business. Theyve fixed my phone several times with no problem Id go out of my way to get to this location whenever I need to go to sprint.

I broke my phone, and I could not get help from apple, but Sprint helped me get insurance, I brought my phone in, and the process was very hastle free, and everyone was nice and helpful. I brought my phone in, and I picked it up the next day and it was completely fixed, and it was only $29. I had a very easy, and pleasant experience. :)
I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I came in with a crashing phone and I expected to lose a lot of my contacts and photos and possibly have to get a new phone. The tech guy worked hard to make sure I lost as little as possible before rebooting my phone even though I told him I expected to lose a lot. He was able to save my contacts and most of my pictures, having me check for sure that they were saved before hitting the reset. I appreciated the extra care, especially since it was a free fix.

As far as Sprint stores go, this is a decent one. They will be more than happy to sell you anything for top dollar prices. As with all Sprint stores, they have little power to help with any account issues. Should you need any service beyond paying a bill or buying a phone, you are best clearing out a whole day or two so you can deal with customer service over the phone, and then just pray that solves the issue. Count on hidden charges, unannounced changes to your plan, and downright dishonesty when dealing with Sprint.
I used to have many problems with sprint, until i went to this location. Service is outstanding, they take the time to listen to my concern, and offer great solutions. They also help me through the problem, and I am very impressed with the store because of that!
Poor customer service! Ordered phone online it had me set an appointment to pick phone up. However appointments mean nothing to this store. I understand when your helping someone you need to finish with them. No acknowledgement when sales associates walked by. I have watched many people come through the door without being greeted. Finally after store had more than 8 customers waiting, and a customer asked, they started a list. As of now i have been waiting 45mins and there are a good 10-12 of us waiting, and some have left. Yes i am writing this while i sit here and wait. The 2 sales people, yes only 2 working tonight, have been with the same customers the whole time. Bad management of scheduling! I would just leave if i had not already ordered phone online and selected this location for pick up.

Came in just to activate phone and install SIM card. We had an uncommon phone. No other stores were able to locate the card. This store was able to do everything we needed.
Needed a new battery. They were very thorough, helpful and accommodating. In and out in less than an hour, even though they were fairly busy. Will return for any upgrade, repairs, accessories or other needs.

I had a not so great visit to the Sprint Corporate store near Fashion Place Mall today. We were here to get a new phone for our friend, who had just had his iPhone X Stolen last night when he was robbed at gunpoint.We were helped by almost everyone in the store (mainly the Vivint smart home employees), who were able to help us and point us in the right direction. Then, we met Grant.Grant was very unhelpful and came off very sarcastic. We had ran into a problem with the phone, as our friend lives in Colorado and is in the military and can’t wait the whole weekend without a phone. Grant advised us he “can’t sell us a phone temporarily if we were to purchase a phone and return it” once his stolen phone claim was approved on Monday, as today is Saturday.Grant also stated that it “takes away from his commission” if we were to make a temporary purchase and return. I understand why this would be frowned upon from the store, but it is not illegal nor against store policy.Given the circumstances, I feel the store should have done more for the customer and it was not, especially Grant. He was a know it all from the start, and he does not put the customer first. Will never be back here again, and they’re luck we don’t file a BBB complaint for pure ignorance from their staff.

I only go here to make my monthly payment and i use the automated computer in the very very back. people seem nice always greeting and asking if they can help but, i have seen first hand how quick the young kids turn into vultures. they pretty much make most there income from sales therefore commission. i always by my phones online and do my own research the only thing the young assoc. know is about the package offers rarely do they know about any of the phones etc..,

Not much too say. Tried Sorint to save money and ended up with the worst service, both cell service and personal service. Spent way more than Verizon. We went back to Verizon after contact expired. Never again. Live and learn.
The employee that helped me said he didnt care if we got a flip phone or the most expensive phone he got paid the same. Then he wanted to sell us the most expensive phone and I said I would go to Verizon and he said I dont really care.
Horrible customer service for guests cancelling. April, the manager, and consultant Soulmans? Gave my friend false information and didnt take accountability for their SMALL mistakes. Kept making excuses and told the customer that is they cancel BEFORE 30 days, they wouldnt get a full refund. Please fix this. Nothing against Sprint. Just horrible customer service.
Id give this store ZERO stars if I could. I took my husbands phone in two days ago to get fixed. The tech said to come after 5PM and he would have it all fixed. I gave him till the next day. So I returned around 10AM to the Sprint store, he wasnt there but the lady said it looks like he was still working on it because the phone was taken all apart and everywhere on his work station. I call around 5PM to check the status, the person on the phone said specifically that the phone was working and ready to be picked up. My husband went to the store and they told him his phone is broken and would need to be replaced. Those people there need to work on COMMUNICATION because they are lacking! I hate Sprint and the people that work for Sprint. DO NOT JOIN SPRINT. The customer service at the stores and on the phone in whatever country theyre in are HORRIBLE.
Got my phone repaired very fast before my flight I was amazed at the speedy service provided at this Sprint location and thankful that it got repaired and was on time to my flight 😁
Vivian was very helpful. She allowed me to pay off my phone and transfer it to another account. Normally this must be done online but we were having issues with sprints website. She saved us a lot of time and stress we are very grateful.
Leda Jones is awesome. Sprint mailed me a replacement phone and it had etching lines in the camera glass for whatever reason. Leda looked at the phone closely then simply did an exchange. They were awesome to work with. Basically, you get back what you put out there. Would go back again in the future.
Placed an order online to pick up an iPhone 11. Made an appointment. I had to buy out my previous device so my card was charged. Come to store location and Its closed. Called south town spoke to Peter asked him what I should do. He said they should have device. Put me on hold then hung up. Called customer service. They said they do not know why store is closed. They cannot transfer order to another store and do not know when this location will open. Said I have to cancel and resubmit order. I told them I was charged and they said money will be back in 5 days. Meaning if I want device for pick up( which I do its a gift) I have to pay again.
I had the back of my Samsung 7 Edge replaced as it had been cracked from several drops. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes, along with my repaired phone. Great service. I would recommend to my friends and family.
Disclaimer: My review only reflects upon this particular store, and is not related to Sprint at all. I had to call Sprints customer service, and they made the situation right. Sprint is awesome.I ordered a tablet that was a promotion online, and chose to pick it up in the store instead of delivery. What I ordered from online was the tablet, and I chose the promotional $5 month data plan for the tablet. Also the activation fee was waived.I received confirmation from Sprint, as well as a confirmation from the store that it was ready to be picked up.When I went to the store, I was told that they could not give me the $5 a month plan and had to go with a $15 a month plan, and that I would have to pay for activation as well, even though my confirmation email from sprint showed that I had selected the $5 a month plan and the $36 activation was waived..I left the store and called sprint. essentially what I was told to do was to go ahead and pay for the activation, and it would be credited back to my account. And that I could change the data plan to the $5 plan as soon as I got home. Customer service even apologized for things not going the way it should. They even offered to call back in an hour to make sure everything went okay. (Awesome Kudos to Sprint for professional customer service on the phone!)So I went back into the store to proceed. This time the Store Manager and assistant manager were very snippy with me. When I told them what the plan was, they told me that if I was locked in to the plan at $15 for 6 months, and that if I changed it I would be charged full price for the tablet (approx $200); and if I decided to bring it back I would be charged a ludacris $75 restocking fee. At this point I was quite angry and left the store.Sprint did call me back as promised and made everything right with me, and even gave me free shipping. I really like Sprint, but avoid this store until the managers understand that they cant treat customers this way. I am sorry that this store did not uphold to the professional level of customer service that I have received from Sprint in the past.(I am also quite suspicious about how there are so many 5 star reviews, often after a bad review of this store.. I would not be surprised to see a 5 star review shortly after posting this bad review.)
When I upgraded my phone in the store, the sales person told me I would receive a free screen protector, case and wireless charger with the upgrade as well as a credit towards my lease payments. Several months later I noticed I am being charged $17 for the accessories. I was told the only way to stop this would be to take all of the items into the store to return them and then I would only have to pay for them for 3 more months. Ive already paid for 3 months. I am quite upset as the sales person told me originally they were free with my upgrade. However now the screen protector is cracked and I no longer have the case and wireless charger as I did not need them in the first place so because they were free I gave them away. When I would call trying to sort this all out I was told several times that the sales representative was on vacation, or out to lunch and would call me back. Then I would not get a call back. When I call Sprint they tell me only the store can sort it all out. I will NOT be going to this store again! Very disappointed they lied to me.
Love this store! Apparently they have changed their management and reps, and the wuality of service has changed outstandingly. Keyvan helped me upgrade my new phone, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Definitely coming back to this store!

I live 300 miles away from this Sprint store but because Sprint took out all our tech centers in the town I live in this is the closest tech center. I have had to come here twice for different reasons and the employees are super nice and the techs have solved my problem each time. They are fast and do a great job.

This store is usually good. Today when I took my phone in for a problem, they were not friendly and were very unhelpful in fixing the problem. I had to drive across town to another sprint store to get it fixed.

Went in with my family to upgrade 2 new phones and to add a 4th line on our plan. Ended up leaving because I did not feel my business was important or wanted. As a consumer, I do not feel entitled to much, but this experience encouraged us to swing by a Verizon store. After 4 years of loyalty, its time to part ways with Sprint.
The workers were quick to help and very informative about their products. One of the employees even picked up a product that I wanted to purchase from another store and brought it back so I didnt have to drive to sugar house.

Called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment to upgrade my phone and was told no. I get there, and get put on the waiting list and was told it would be 10 minutes. 40 MINUTES LATER some kid approaches me asking if I was waiting for a repair. I told him no, that I was waiting to upgrade my phone. He scrambles for a minute to see where Im at on the list and confirms with a manager that Im next. When its finally my turn, the kid who is helping me clearly doesnt know what he is doing and somehow there are no managers available to help. Needless to say, I ended up leaving and will not be returning to this Sprint location.

I would give negative stars if I could. I read the reviews on this site before going in expecting them to have changed since previous reviews, however 3 months after renewing our contract with Sprint in which my wife and I were skeptical at first, we found out that things were promised things to make a sell that just werent true. They want to make a sell and not follow through. I am extremely disappointed in this store, in this company and the employees that have no clie how to retain loyal customers. I would recommend you go to a different cell phone provider, one that understands customer service.

Called in the night before to see if they had the new phone I wanted. Make an appointment for the morning, show up 10 minutes before my appointment but did not get help until 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. They were busy but they had no sense of urgency or any sympathy for the extra time they wasted.After I get up there they say they are only selling the new phones with a minimum purchase of $100 of accessories unless I wanted to order one and ship it in. Decided against the entire thing since I did not like being extorted by my phone provider. I would go elsewhere for help and now I am thinking I should look around for new service as well.
This was the worst experience in cell phones Ive ever had! I am currently stuck in my plan renting my phone that I have had and paid on for 2 years but it turns out it isnt mine, its sprints, which is fine because my phone hasnt had data in or around my house since I switched to this network, if you can call it that since It doesnt work anywhere. I had to use my wifi to post this review. Also I cant give back my phone without paying 200$ because the screen is broken. I paid every month for insurance that specifically said on the Giant sign in the store that it would pay for a broken screen, but the screens on this phone dont have replacements available, in fact they dont exist, so I guess the insurance was just a con, just like this whole service has been a huge con. No one should buy anything from sprint, Ive had boost mobile and it worked beeteer than this
Absolutely terrible. I paid online 430 dollars to pick up a new phone, and when I got there they couldnt find the order, so after I showed the confirmation email and sit around for 10 minutes, they made me answer these ridiculous questions with some corporate lady and THEN she gets back on the phone with the rep, and when Gonzalo gets off the phone he tells me I cant have my phone that I paid for, and even worse, wont refund my money on the spot. Absolutely terrible service Ive never seen a place treat their customers this way.

Oh man... This store really needs to be staffed more. Some poor lady when I came in had an appointment for 5:45 or something like that and did not get helped till hours later. I ended up being helped by one of the Assurion guys with glasses and he was super helpful and attentive with my phone issue.
I have a 5 line account with Sprint, I had 3 lines pulled from TMobile and 1 from Verizon to the same account with Sprint in hopes of consolidating accounts and lowering our monthly Cellular expense. When arriving at the Sprint #518 store (located on 6556 South State Street in Murray, Utah), I was helped by a young man named Jackson Walkoviak. He was very patient confusing requests as I still needed to pull one last line from our TMobile account and was pretty frustrated with trying to call into customer service and being instructed to do it online. This young man exhibited Customer Service you rarely see anymore, even when the process was stalled due to errors with pulling the line from TMobile. He was clearly dedicated to helping my husband and I and made sure to keep communication flowing so we were aware of what was going on during our wait. This is something you end up relying on the in store individuals because trying to do it myself was frustrating and time consuming. His attention to detail, information regarding the account and what to prepare for, his knowledge of accessories and what would work best for OUR needs rather than what he prefers was refreshing as it was clear he was listening to his customers. He also picked up on our reactions and made sure to keep us informed when I may have looked worried because this process can be very expensive if you dont have someone looking out for your best interest. He remained professional, personable and reassuring through the process...a process I had been avoiding specifically because I did not understand how it works and was afraid of paying a large amount of money we simply didnt have budgeted for this expense. He seemed to pick up on the fact we were a little worried and took the time to give us all of our options available and did not pressure us into anything we clearly didnt feel comfortable with. This is something I truly appreciated, I actually can say I enjoyed my visit because of how pleasant he was and how well he helped us.People are quick to post a negative review but not celebrate the people that go out of their way to provide excellent service. I wanted to be sure to take the time and acknowledge this young man as he clearly exhibited all the traits that Sprint offers with their staff. Thank you for all your help Jackson, thank you for making it the easiest trips to a Phone store I have ever had! Our monthly expense for cellular service went from almost $400.00 a month to $180.00. for 5 lines. You literally cannot beat that.
They sold me insurance without telling me. I get insurance with a different company so I would know if I wanted it from Sprint. They wont refund it either. Also, Im trying to call and no one will answer and yes, the store is open. I tried 5 times already. Yikes, how do they stay in business.
