All of the PC parts he pitched fit what I was looking for and agreed and made the purchase.He couldnt source everything that I needed but I honestly cant fault them for this given the current PC parts market. Im just happy that they tried and did what they could. Sam even remembered to call me back a couple weeks later when something I had requested came in stock which Is super cool. After all is said and done itd be a crime not to recommend these guys.OLD REVIEW...I had a great call with Andrew but ultimately led to a bad call with Jerry. Some of it is probably my fault so its not a one star. I sent them a parts list to try to match and got told by Jerry that they couldnt order Corsair parts at all. I said I wasnt married to them and wanted to feel out other parts. He didnt listen to me and kept suggesting I look for parts elsewhere because he couldnt get anything I wanted though I asked for his suggestions. He even sent me an e-mail after the call telling me he cant order Corsair parts and thats why he wasnt able to help me. Very confusing call and I wouldnt do business with them personally. Their other reviews are great so this is probably a one-off or something. I cant recommend them but I cant recommend avoiding them either.

I have built desktops for myself and my 3 college-age sons as a togetherness/learning activity. I sourced all my parts through REVO. I went to Revo Jan 2020 to see if they could save my laptop (8 years old), but they did everything possible to recover items from the hard drive, but there was no way to save it. They offered a selection of desktops that might fit my needs and they let me customize what I wanted AND educated me of what to expect. The owner and staff were nice, easy to work with, answered my questions, and theyre reasonably priced too. I went to other places based on similar specs and none of them came to the price range or exuded knowledge that Revo gave me.Ive now had the computer over a year, and still LOVE the computer for gaming and daily use with NO problems. I know people whove built their own at a cheaper cost, but honestly the cost wasnt super significant. I honestly thought about building my own and just educating myself on the process (as I done this before with other things well); however, it wasnt worth the risk of making a mistake (even slightest), then have to take more time to research and money to fix it, then using Revo. Plus they have a great warranty program and have given me tech support (that Ive had to use once). Ill be upgrading my desktop from them again when Im ready, but absolutely recommend them.

These guys are awesome. A friend recommended this place to me, and Im so glad I took their advice. I live in Layton, and it was totally worth the drive to Murray for this kind of service. The guys at Revo are amazing! I had previously taken my computer into PC laptops after it was having some issues, and they were really pushy and tried really hard to sell me stuff I didnt need. These guys knew exactly how to help me and were super open and straight forward about the whole process. 3 months later my computer is still running better than any computer Ive used. Thank you Revo! Great customer service. I purchased my current custom build from them 3 years ago and it went through really well. Now, years later, they still will clean my PC for free, saving me the time and money of cleaning it myself. Im kind of a lazy person so it was just nice to take my computer in, leave it with them while I shopped across the street at the mall and then was ready within an hour later. My drive was failing and they went above and beyond to successfully migrate my data over to a new drive. Then they worked over the weekend when they are normally closed, to update my system to Windows 10. This was really exceptional service, and they are very good at what they do.

I recently conducted business with this company in regards to building a new computer as my old one was very outdated. I went through multiple different outlets in search for the best prices. The thing that sets them apart is that they didnt attempt to shove anything closely related to up-selling down my throat. I was excited to see such high ratings for Revo Technologies. I would much rather support a local small business than going elsewhere. Unfortunately my experience was not the same as everyone else. I purchased a Dell Inspiron just over a year ago and the power button stopped working. I took it into Revo to have it looked at. After about a day they called me and said that it would be cheaper to buy a comparable laptop instead of fixing mine. I took their word for it and purchased a new laptop. 3 months passed and I decided to look into the issue myself. After a couple You Tube videos, I found the part online for $30 to fix the power button. Once the part arrived, it took me about an hour to fix on my own. I feel like a full service computer department should have been able to diagnose it as well as I did. I guess not....

Great service. I placed an order for a custom laptop, they made sure I got everything I needed - quickly. It only took a week from placing my order to be completed and ready to ship. Andrew made sure I got all of the programs I needed, installed and ready, he also upgraded my hard drive, and gave me the one that originally came with the PC. Jerry was accommodating and willing to help in anyway I needed.

I fried my CPU. After three days of looking online for help, I finally found Revo Technologies. George (an interesting guy in his own right) had me up and running the same day. Reasonable price, great service. They even delivered the computer to my house! Tough to beat that. Highly recommended!

I had called the week prior to see if they could help me replace the battery to my Inspirion Laptop. They recommended bringing it in to verify they could get the right battery. From that point they ordered the battery on the spot, I took my laptop in 2 days later when the battery arrived and they had it replaced that day. They were fast and reliable. We discovered Revo just over a year ago when having issues with one of our work PCs (it did not come from them). They brought the computer back to life, saved all the data and it works great to this day. I first went to another computer repair store who quoted me $400 to fix and old computer which needed a new HD. For the service as well as a new HD it came in less than $150. Great service. Great communication.

I run a small business in Tville. I had worked with several other companies to help me with set up of my in office network. Also with our network security. Over several years of experience with these companies they all were difficult, slow, and over priced much of my needs. Revo was fast and price point was better than others. I only need a tech around 2 times per year. They fit this need better than most. Jerry was very polite and wanted to work hard for the job which I appreciate because other companies didint seem to put much effort in for my business. Will be using again in future.

I was so sick of shopping online for computer parts because I would rather shop local. So I luckily found Revo as a recommendation on Reddit, and I am glad that I did! Not only was the exact part I wanted was in stock, it was also comparable in price. I checked their website first, then called, and sure enough they had it. Anyways, fantastic shop for computer parts, and I had a great conversation with the owner. From what I could see good selection of CPUs, GPUs, and motherboards. Great service! Just found my favorite computer shop. They worked on my sons laptop and they are the only ones that did the job right. Custom cases to computer parts. If they dont have it, they will try to find it for you; and fast!

The scary thing about a new computer is what if there is a problem. It is a nightmare to have to return a computer to Dell, or, worse yet, Amazon. Revo computers are competitively priced, and if there is any problem, they fix them right away without any hassle. They designed a machine to fit my needs, and didnt try to sell me every bell and whistle.

I have been here several times now and have been super impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and prices. They offered me free diagnostics, which I havent seen anywhere else. The recommended that I switch by hard drive to ssd, which for only about $75 greatly increased my computer speed. Its like having a brand new computer. This is the only place I will shop for computers, parts, and service from now on.

These people know their S#@T! I needed a BIOS update, and I did not have an older generation cpu to do so. There was a potential of really ruining my motherboard if I chose the other route, and did it myself, so I called these guys. They had me updated in a few hours, at an extremely reasonable cost.
