The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They give great deals, and always are wanting to make sure you have everything you need.

Delivery guys were cool and busted there a**. CS were also cool, very helpful. The screening process is a little hectic but ...bey...no credit needed...so

Always the last one to get delivery last!

The guy that helped us back in July get our furniture was great! Oscar however, not the best. We came in the store to pay off 1 loan we had and make a payment on the other. He needed to do something with our account so took the payment of another customer in the store first which is fine, it doesnt take long. He than took 2 payments over the phone before finally getting us taken care of. Ive never been in a store where the people on the phone were more important than the customers in store. It took us over 30 minutes to get finished up when it should have been something that took 5 minutes. He also took another phone call and finished up with them while we were at the counter waiting to be finished up.

Great experience!!!! I got away with selling their 75” tv 2 months after I got it. If they say they are calling the cops it’s a lie. Also they called and pretended to be the police. But yeah anyways this is a great place to screw over. Cesar is so dumb.

I cant believe the store on state in Murray. I used this store for years paying off at least 7 different items and then store manager changed and I called to make payment one day give card over phone everything good after repeating card 3 times. Few days later after my bills all paid they call and say I never made the payment and if dont pay it all plus late fee would come pick up item. Seriously great customer service. I understand u need money but threatening to cancel account of a long time customer is not way to go. Will never use this store again after this experience. I miss golden the old manager he at least took time to remember customers names.

I got a call after I had paid off everything and had to bring them all my proof of payments! They attempted to scam me I will not be scammed....Make sure you have all your proof!!

Ive been a customer for over 5 years and never had an issue until recently. The inconsistency of management makes it frustrating for customers like myself. Customer service is horrible and I will not continue being a customer in the future.

I would not recommed this rent a center to my to my worst enemy. I got a bedroom set from here which when i got it delivered it wasnt even the set i looked at or wanted. I went back there and picked the set i wanted before. The second delivery the set i got was exteremly damaged not the set i looked at. I had to glue the drawer together myself. So i brought in pics of the damaged bedroom set. They told me they would deliver the one they had on sales floor. I never got it. I pd way to much for a severely damaged bedroom set. You would be better off finding used furniture at a garage sale or on KSL. I am very unhappy with my over all experience with rent a center. I wouldnt go there for anything ever again even if its the last place on earth. My rating for rent a center is no stars. Worst company ever and a rip off. U pay more than full price for JUNK!

If it was possible to give then negative starts I would they are a joke very rude and the delivery guys smell like pot and are very rude and disrespectful as well
