We got to the store, and they were very Friendly, and Respectful. They didnt have our product their they would have to go get it or we could choose a different one. We will definitely be doing more business their in the future.

I haven’t been able to put everything where it belongs yet but the couches are perfect for what I wanted them for! I wanted to do a beach theme for my living room and that is what I’m doing :-) I had no clue that Ragan could make it happen in one day. Great sales and customer service. The delivery was great very simple. Ragan is great!! She even did everything basically on the phone and I signed the papers when they brought them. Because she knew I was busy :-)

This place has went down hill since Rent A Center to over, I had a front loader that was used and the door was not closing all the way and would leak water from the door. The replacement washer is a top loader, and even though its deeper than a regular top loader, the employees that installed it did not have the tools and left the holes on the back of the washer lose, I tightened them with my bare hands, and I cant use max fill because I will have a puddle of water in my bathroom floor. Something has to change, or I will take my business elsewhere. I have been here for 2 years, and it the beginning I was happy with the service, now Im frustrated.

I have friends that rent from here and talk about how great the store manager is. I went in today and asked for the manager and the lady said that she was the manager. She acted like she was better than I was and I felt like she was looking down on me for even being there. The way that she was talking to the other employees there was very rude and degrading. Needless to say I left and didn’t get anything! If she’s the store manager I won’t be back. If she isn’t and the store manager would contact me so I could deal with him/her directly I’d consider giving y’all another chance.

I’ve been in this store a couple of times now. The first time I talked to the store manager and he was very helpful. I didn’t purchase anything that day because I was still looking. I went back a couple of days later To purchase the furniture and the man that is missing front teeth wanted to preach to me about his salvation, and God. He said he’s there to witness to everyone. I’m sorry but I will not be preached to especially after he was asked several times to stop. Unfortunately because of this and how pushy he was to “witness” to me I went somewhere else. He was more concerned with talking to me about God than he was selling me the furniture I was looking at. I asked to talk to the store manager and he wouldn’t let me, (said he was busy in the back) so I left and went somewhere else.

I was in there on Saturday and talked to a lady that said she was the manager. She was very rude and degrading. She acted like she was better than I was and looked down on me. She talked very rudely to me and acted like she didn’t have time to help me and that I was bothering her. I WAS going to pay cash for a couch and loveseat and then do the 120 days same as cash on a TV and TV stand. But because of how she treated me I left and went somewhere else. As long as that lady is managing there y’all will continue to lose customers.
