Great store. Clean and neat. I couldnt turn around without someone asking me a bunch of questions and if I needed anything. I HATE this. I know many out there love to be catered to but thats not me. Would have been 3 stars but I know how some people love an employee to hold their hand as they shop. All in all a good place π
Curbside pickup at this location is awful. Tried 4 times:1. Worked like a charm2. Sat in my car with 2 other cars having already checked in for 45 min until someone else went in and they said we didnt know you were out there!3. Sat in the car for 30 min with 1 other car waiting until I honked at the door and they said we didnt know you were out here!4. Asked the person at the door if they had someone working curbside and they acted like it was a crazy question. Went to my car to check in, got an error saying it wasnt working and go inside. Tried to go inside and wait in line but toddler was grouchy (do was I tbh) and we couldnt wait in a non moving line. Left without my purchase.I really like best buy normally but am beyond frustrated by this. Choose a different location if you are planning on curbside.
We waited overnight at this store to buy a long awaited graphics card. There was a good process and order to make it fair. The store staff was kind and cheerful for such an early morning event. We didnt get the model we wanted, but we did get a card after trying for more than a year to buy one online to only have the bits swoop them all up.
We purchased a DVD player that would not interface with our television. Eric helped us to select the correct type of player, made sure we had all the necessary cables, and was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. Excellent service.

A Best Buys associate by the name of Eric, was extremely helpful.Im sure I was looking confused, while trying to figure out what kind of micro card I needed for my dash cam, lots of different kinds. He approached me asking if I needed help. Which I was very grateful I didnt have to wander around looking for an associate to help me.He was able to figure out, and find exactly what I was looking for.Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable.
Have bought any things from Best Buy in the past but will no longer shop with them after refusing to reinstate my warranty on a pair of lost headphones less than 5 hours after it was refunded and the broken headphones were found.

Sat 6:30pm - Was expecting the air to be stuffy & full of cologne like a middle school gym locker room, but this one didnt. Surprisingly the air was cleaner or circulated properly, something. Anyway, we were greeted at the door asked if we needed help right away and directed as needed. Im guessing there was a shortage of employees tonight because our wait was long. I guess that worked out because I was able to take the time to get online approval through Progressive Leasing to get the washer/dryer appliances we were looking for. Once we met the employee to help us it only took about 20min to get through the paper work and schedule delivery. We got out of there before closing (8pm) feeling good. The store representative that was at the door at the end of the night (Caiden, I think) even came out into the parking lot to make sure we got everything we needed.
Eric really took his time to help me find the TV that was right for me. I got a great deal and he was super patient and explained everything in detail! If you come to this store, ask for Eric to help you!

Usually my go-to place for special electronic pieces and the customer appreciation is totally awesome there for they will do their best to help you out even if they dont have the product it will help you find it if they can.One such gentleman directed me towards a Nintendo switch when it was impossible to find one and or get one shipped to you, he found one it was in Salt Lake upon a mistake and it was next to impossible to even order one at that time, it wasnt even in store and he gave some awesome effort and I feel blessed because of that effort because other wise I would have no other way to contact and talk to and play with my kids especially at that time of October 2020.So even if I think they might or might not have it I go there first and ask questions because these people really care about you being happy going out that door
So the store ship the wrong item to my house and then we went to costumer service and she had no idea what she was selling and sold above price for 300 more. And what more is that we had to travel to South Salt Lake to pick up the computer so great job on fraud.
Brandon was amazing, patient and kind as I was looking for a game that my son had been rewarded with. I initially was told, to ask the cashiers at the front and theyβll get it for me. Once I mentioned PS4 Batman game, she immediately started to ask a million questions 70 mph and with the rudest attitude! At that point I said Iβll look myself and to forget trying βNOTβ to help me. Ive already had a long day and it was only 3pm, but when I go into the store with the intent to purchase products, I would only assume to greet a customer service person that actually wants to be at work, even though itβs Sunday!! Otherwise give that opportunity to someone thatβll be nice, smiling and happy to be at work. Geez! If it werenβt for Brandon, my day wouldβve been worse than it is now. Came to Buy a 75 hisense Tv, had done my research came for that exact one. Met a sales person (Eric) he informed me on a few options and I actually with his help decided on another TV. Which I love. He informed me on promotions and even ran my credit for a inspire credit card. I told him my credit was bad and wasnt going to work. He insisted so we did. He put a $350 credit amount. I was approved for $1000. Walked out the door no money spent! Great feeling

The store used to have energy and great staff. Came in yesterday, it was like a graveyard. The greeter didnt greet, the sales staff seems annoyed having to help. The girl at checkout was a zombie with 0 customer skills. I get with covid staff is sparse but this was another level.
We came in to buy a freezer and we were clueless about specs and needs. Eric was so helpful and made sure we got the right thing. He also helped us get our item delivered safely to (and In) our vehicle. He spent a lot of time with us and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. We could buy an appliance at a lot of places but the customer service really made a difference for us and we surely will return to this location!
They have a sales associate named Eric who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had some issues with product price match, in which he was more than patient figuring out & maintained a great attitude.
I know theyre short staffed and theyre doing their best. The staff is always pleasant and they try to be as helpful as possible to people like me who cant find anything thats in front of their faces.During the pandemic they also handled insane orders with grace, as people like me tried to figure out curbside delivery. Love this location and will continue to go back!

Stay away from this store if you plan on buying anything Playstation related. No consoles available, some games are on display. Others games are hidden in their backroom storage area.Most frustrating part is I tried to do a basic purchase for a PSP Plus card to have the ability to play Playstation online. Best Buys computer system couldnt even process a basic transaction to activate a card that was on display in their own store.
Good place and knowledgeable staff. The only thing that I found confusing was nobody asked me if I needed help. I had to go find it. I thought that was like again Best Buy policy

Im writing this review standing in this store. Itβs been 40 minutes and no one has made contact with me yet. There are signs everywhere that say βNeed Help? Check in with the host at the front of the store.β Problem is, there is no host at the front. Ordering from Amazon is quicker than waiting for a blue shirt to help.

They helped me pick the perfect gaming PC for my money, they helped me get the best tablet I could afford, they helped me choose the right work laptop, and they helped me pick out the perfect Wi-Fi router for my home (all on different visits, of course). Never condescending, never pushy - and if the person that was helping me didnt have the answer to my question they would quickly find someone who did. Say what you want about big chain stores, but Ive never had a bad experience here.

I went to best buy to purchase a copy of Windows10 home. I picked up the box (which felt empty) and took it to the counter. I asked if there was usb or disk inside to which I was informed there was not, I would be e-mailed a code and given download instructions. The representative took the box from me and placed it behind the counter, because I would not need the empty box as it was just cardboard. I never received an e-mail. I called customer service to figure out what was going on with my $133 purchase, and after being blind transferred twice and told I cannot speak to the store directly, I was informed that I was sold a physical copy of Windows10 home...... Now I must travel another 40min to the store to inform them that I was never given the product I was sold.

We had them install a refrigerator that was shipped to us from out of state. The price was reasonable, and most importantly, the crew was exceptional. Wes and Armando wore masks and booties, worked very professionally and efficiently (had to remove doors from both the old fridge and the new one to get them through the door), and cleaned up everything after they were through. They even sanitized the new fridge, removed all the stickers, and put in the bins and shelves before they left, so it was ready to be loaded.
