Used the appointment scheduler which made things very efficient when I got to the store. The girl at the front that helped me was extremely helpful and very friendly. Sure beats the customer service over the phone.

Good service. Automatic system is difficult at times. And some employee need to be taught more so they can help customers better. Miss the free movie passes wish they bring them back. Its little pricy for internet and cable combo but better than direct TV vs service by far. Been loyal customer for ten years and I do recommend Xfinity over direct TV any day of year.
I think the last review I wrote was years ago....I went here and was literally blown away by the CS that Brad gave me. Not only was he SUPER kind, but was timely in explaining what was happening as he was figuring out my order &then promptly giving me direction on how to set up my cable box.Couldnt be happier! What can I say about visiting the Xfinity store? Having to deal with Xfinity in person is about as exciting as visiting my local tax office.However, what I do appreciate is the fact that they require masks, have plexiglass barriers at each kiosk, and are meticulous with enforcement of six feet between customers.The associate that helped me was super helpful and friendly, even though she was unable to rescue my issue during the visit.

People in the store are great. However their automated system when you call is absolutely ridiculous. Especially if you are trying to speak to someone. Wasted 15 minutes of my life and got absolutely nowhere. Don’t understand why you can’t just speak to someone that can help you.

Bad costumer service. They didnt help us at all. We cancel the service a moth ago. My wife call and she talk to a asian person we made a mistake not to write her name. Well she toll my wife that we didnt own anything that everything was ok. So we receive a bill a week ago and Netflix was charging us a lot of money. So we went to clarify this problem and get some help. But so sad the girl that suppose to help us she was saying that they didnt do anything and that we need to pay that money. So at the end we have to pay that money. The sad thing is that they suppose to record every conversations and have everything in record. Thats what we toll this girls but she never never show us the record at the end we got screw. For now and on we are going to write every person we talk. Time and day and record every conversation.

I made the mistake switching to Xfinity. Truly the biggest joke of a company. This is my 3rd modem in 3 months. At least 30 hours with customer service. Finally here in store, they have 2 people sitting here doing nothing while 2 help customers with all the bells and whistle sales tactic talks that’s taken 45 minutes. 4 additional customers waiting and authorized install sitting here waiting to swap out hardware. No drive to do anything for anyone. All I’m doing is exchanging a modem that I already have noted from customer service should have been a 2 minute swap. Truly the worst company. If you have another option. Please do it.

He was such a great listener and he took the time to work on the problems I was having and fix them. He is a true asset to the company and I highly suggest asking for him. Im really glad I paid alot of money for internet service 2 weeks ago. They FINALLY sent a guy over today to the WRONG ADDRESS and sent my roommate an automatic message saying the guy was here. I tried to call the store and let them know the guy who made the appointment said he would correct the address and he never did. Now my options are to make ANOTHER ACCOUNT AND START OVER (paying for a new bill because Im clearly made of money) or to back track and have them come some other timeP.S Dont get your hopes up that they can simply call the installation guy and correct it right now because in a professional business the dispatcher cant reach the agents. Makes sense to me.

I wasnt expecting the level of unprofessionalism. The lady walked in before me was helped immediately. I was told to wait. So I waited about 5 minutes while I watch 2 people stare at their screen like robots, and 1 lady staring at her phone. In stead of saying we will be right with you(an example of good customer service), sorry for the wait, etc. I am not too upset because its expectations that I have with this wicked world. I absolutely loathe this place. Its a product of how we were taught to treat each other. False kindness! Paid to be nice and helpful instead of doing in kindness.I sincerely pray for the individuals that work here and everyone else thats a product of predictive programming and mind control.This is a deep comment but true
We went in wanting cable and internet we got helped by Vanessa Garcia, she was so nice, knowledgeable, and very quick. She made it getting in and out easy. But also made sure we got all the information needed. She was awesome if you need see someone to set you up i recommend her. And all in all i saw that all employees were really nice and very helpful. Ill recommend all family and friends to go to this location the Murray, UT location.

I was really blown away by how organized and efficient the employees of this store were and the measures they were taking to keep everyone safe. I was helped by Musa Aden and he was absolutely amazing at explaining my service and my new modem. He really brought my confidence in Comcast/Xfinity back, in just a short visit. Please be patient with these sales people and recognize they risk their health to help us with our service and still manage to be so friendly and upbeat.
My dad and I went into this store to change our internet plan because I was renting from him and we wanted to put the internet in my name as well as get a better plan. The person helping us was really helpful at first.I was unsure of an internet plan because my husband was on the phone with me and thought it was too expensive. However the person helping us promised me that if we wanted to change our plan that we could within a month. So we went ahead and got the plan. Well the last week of the month my husband told me that he wanted to switch to a cheaper plan and when I called they said I could not do that. I tried emailing the person that helped me and got no response. I also want to note that we found out that we were being overcharged for the internet plan we were currently on for YEARS. The internet was always cutting in and out which was why we decided to switch out internet plan in the first place. Overall I think that Xfinity/Comcast have horrible service and I am not impressed.
My 83-year-old, walker-bound mom went in to change the name on her account. She was there for more than an hour, in pain, standing.Unbeknownst to her (because they gave her NO paperwork), she was given a new account number.Later that day, she lost Internet and landline service. Again, this was nothing they prepared her for. It took me about 4 hours to get her account resolved that evening and the following morning.At least I thought it was resolved. I couldnt connect her email address to her new account because they hadnt closed out the old account. This didnt happen for almost 2 days.No paperwork concerning the new account, no instructions for setting up the new account, and no explanation of what to expect for the next few days.This is how they treated a disabled senior citizen. Shameful!The only resolving grace were the phone techs; they were very polite and helpful, once I was able to speak to an actual human.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever ever ever ever go to Xfinity Mobile. Dealing with them has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! I ordered a new phone a month ago. It took 4 days to get the phone sent to me. It was the wrong phone, when I called the customer service number (waiting an hour) she called me a liar saying I needed to take it into a store location. 3 HOURS yes 3 HOURS at the store and they still had to mail me another new phone! Got that new phone another 4 days later. I then couldnt get the new phone to activate. Another 2 hours on the phone he got it activated. Thats not all folks.........I then send the original phone back but FedEx sent it back to my house bc the FedEx delivery ticket was wrong (Thank you Xfinity). After another 3 hours on hold I FINALLY get the correct FedEx information to send the phone back to them. A week later I get an email saying they do not have the phone and will charge my account the full $979! Of course I call and wait another hour on hold. He assures me I will NOT be charged and all is well bc they do indeed have the phone in the warehouse. Now today........guess who got charged for the phone? Yup! This girl right here! I am STILL on hold after 2 people cant help me and another hour on hold after an already long day! This post is public so PLEASE SHARE IT!!!

This store is amazing! Just got back from this location and they were wonderful. Staff was very helpful, even if my issue was a simple fix. Store has been open for 3 days and is obviously well kept. The place was easy to find and even easier to get access from the main road. Also this place is a mere 3blocks from my place. I will definitely return when needed.

Horrible service, wanted to charge me $70 to move modem into another room .already paying $200 a month !!! Was told for the internet to work in my house I need a wifi pod because the metal and tile in my kitchen is blocking my wifi service...

The environment when I walked in last week I met with Nancy and was overwhelmed with how great her customer service was! It was fast and simple, she explained everything I needed to know and how to do things when I get home! Definitely an overall 5 stars for Customer Service. The place was nice and neat and very clean, I dont do reviews however, this was so well deserved!

This was joke we had gotten phones and told we had 14 days to return them well we wanted to switch everything to my name from my wife’s and close the account and return the phones we have been given the runaround three times now way shady including the manager I have had 2 different people from the phone customer service tell me that they are trying to make it so we can’t return the phones so Ridiculous
This was the best customer service I was ever given!Jill walked right up to me as I was coming through the door, say me right down, exchanged my old modem with a brand new one, and gave me total assurance in the product she was selling. Jill totally understood me as a consumer, and got me in and out. She gave me the best customer service I couldve asked for!I had put a lot of blame on Xfinity for our internet issues, but it was our fault for not taking advantage of all that it has to offer, however, these employees were happy to help and solve the problems. I have never been more impressed with customer service experience than I was with this.Thank you again Jill!!!

Their internet service has gone down 3 times in 12 hours. No customers service reps by phone. Their online chat isn’t working. In the store they just tell me, oh maybe you’ll have service later today. They would not check to find out what the problem is and offer another service. Going to find something else and a company with customer service.
Amazing and beautiful new store! I’m so glad that they moved to a more central location! And if you haven’t checked out the store, you should! Everything is updated and modern! Comcast internet has been out for six days. They say it will be fixed in 6 hours on their app. When the time is reached, they just add another 6 hours, and have done so for days and days. Each call to get more details is simply hung up on, again and again. Worst customer service ever: A Comcast speciality!!!!

Do not get this service! Its basically a legal scam! They hike your bill and change due dates without notifying their customers and when you cancel service, they keep billing If youre automatic bill pay. They are violating so many laws.

Wow! Incredible service. I went in 20 minutes before closing, doubtful there would be time for me to be helped, or whether my problem could even be resolved in the store (I needed a modem). I was immediately greeted and put on the waitlist, and an employee was available to help me within 5 minutes. Zach was very professional and truly seemed to care about providing great customer service. He resolved my issue in like 3 minutes, even though one of his computer systems was down! He worked around it like a pro and I got exactly what I needed. I spent less than 10 minutes there overall! Nice store.

BUYER BEWARE:The only reason for the single star is that I feel that the customer service provided by the in-store reps is the only bright spot when dealing with this network. I feel bad for them as xfinity has THE WORST customer service platform.Here are my issues:This company tried to charge me for a damaged phone although I have paid for complete damage protection for the entire period I have had this service.This company was supposed to allow for a full upgrade at 1 year which they did not honor, and decided to inform me that they have suspended this service in light of COVID without any offer to reimburse me for the protection I purchased mainly for this feature.The phone which was a $1,100 samsung note 10+ display went out, I have total coverage on the phone, and in the exchange they tried to charge me $350 dollars even though I have full protection. The phone was never dropped, was in excellent condition, and never was immersed in water. It seems that the company tries to find every possible excuse to not honor their service agreement, and attempts to charge you even more in addition to a 15 dollar monthly payment.When the service worked it was great. This network is essentially Verizon, with leased data from comcast. But.... xfinity mobile is the WORST experience I have ever had in terms of customer service and frustration and I have used, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon.So even though it might sound like a good deal, and that there is an opportunity to save money. You are not going to save money, and you are going to be met with false promises, and you are going to deal with a lot of frustration if you have to have an interaction with this companys customer service process.I do feel that once you do get to talk to a rep they are pleasant, but they are limited by policies of a TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL where customer service is the very last priority.

Got charged months full service for a weeks worth of internet, we moved and returned our router to this location and the employee said our service would be exchanged for a simpler and cheaper service but it was not the case. Called to see if theyre could be any compromise but the employee was just annoyed by my asking.

I went to this store to exchange my modem. The agent was helpful but a little awkward talking to my 8yr old. Thought he was trying to be nice but no just very very racist. He asked my daughter if she was “the porter”. Then explained that a porter is “someone who carries things for their master.” My daughter is black. A day later and Im still shaking so upset that this would happen with my young daughter. I have been contacted by xfinity, and they were very apologetic. The agent emailed me apologizing, ok. That didnt feel good that he had my info. They have told me that it has been resolved.
Just saw an Xfinity van dc967 almost hit a young boy crossing the street. The Xfinity van was making a left hand turn on 1300e and 3900s. The boy had crossing signal to go I guess the Xfinity van was in a hurry. Glad nothing serious happened but they really should get qualified drivers out there.
We went in to upgrade our equipment and one of the gentlemen opened the door for us, took our old equipment and got us checked in. It was amazing! We waited for maybe 5 minutes and another gentleman assisted us with getting the new equipment and helped us sign up for a program to troubleshoot our connection problems

Glad that Comcast decided to open a place around here. I used to go to the nearest one in Holladay and I hated driving over there to pick up or trade equipment. Keep opening up more locations to make it convenient for others!

*AVOID* Garbage store with new / in-training employees - I had to go in several times just to meet with a rep to do a simple upgrade on my mobile phone. I was told Id need to pay a couple hundred dollars total to upgrade, that evening I was charged another couple hundred dollars.After calling Xfinity customer service they confirmed the rep who helped me lied about the totals and how much to expect to pay.
Nobody answers the phone, when you tell the automated systems to speak with an agent it tells you good bye and then hang up. What joke tbh

New to Xfinity Mobile, but Ive had internet and security through Xfinity for years. Went in to the Murray location to add mobile and was advised that my SSN would be required for verification and possible credit check. Obviously not wanting to give that information out, esp. when the employee confirmed they did not have a SSN on the account, I said I would buy the phone outright. Not good enough. Apparently, that is the ONLY way for Xfinity to verify customers in their system. This should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Considering the vulnerability of electronic data in todays environment, companies should have alternate means of verification; for example using Acct Info/History of EXISTING CUSTOMERS.They did not have the phone in stock and have to ship it, but they send it FedEx, which requires a signature, (information that was provided after the transaction was complete) so now theres that to coordinate.Overall, incredibly dissatisfied with the experience; in its entirety. Very rocky and unpleasant start; will be evaluating if I will stay, since Ill own the phone.
