Bought a used 2004 Nissan Sentra in 2010 with less than 100,000 miles on itToday that same car hit 300,000 miles.This car has been many places and experienced so much in it.Great investment.The people at the dealership didnt seem too impressed because I wasnt there to actually buy a new vehicle. They are all about their $$$.

1.Didn honor voucher offer on Facebook.2. Wouldnt give me the voucher when I asked for it. Had appointment.3. Employees wrestling behind sales counter.4. Sales manager encouraged us to walk out over $250 difference on trade in value.5. Not friendly.

We have a fleet of 10 Altimas; all are 2018 models. These have been really great cars and they even get better fuel economy than the sticker indicates.And the Service Department crew here is second to none. Steve and Thomas are professionals from start to finish and keep things running very smoothly. They fix it right every time and there is never pressure to spend more money.The cashiers counter is also very courteous every time. Muskogee has a dealer that cares about the customer!

I went on their website and scheduled an appointment for Saturday to get my oil changed. I received an email confirming that my appointment at 10:00 am on Saturday 8/28/21 was all set .... appointment information with Ryan Scott. Then Friday the day before my appointment I received a text reminding me of my 10:00 appointment. I arrived at the service department about 20 minutes early and was told they don’t take appointments. The wait time was 2 1/2 hours. I think they need to take down their website or at least update it. I drove an hour to get there. So basically I wasted 2 hours of my day on this BS!! Needless to say I do NOT recommend this service department!

Avoid shopping with Nissan of Muskogee. I am very dissatisfied with their service and have been waiting on my title for 2 months. I have no complaints with the salesperson, it’s mainly with the finance department. I’ve taken several check stubs to them to verify my employment, several documents to verify my residence over the last 2 MONTHS. Only to have to my original application expire and resubmit all over again. My first experience with them was phenomenal!!! I enjoyed it! Everyone was friendly and I got really good service and it’s why I decided to shop with them for a bigger vehicle. Unfortunately, this time around, I’m regretting my decision. Someone has dropped the ball and my credit is taking a huge hit as they have not paid off my trade-in. I’m a person that believes in integrity and wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone. Anytime you reach anyone they always say “oh I’ll get on this first thing in the morning” but… morning never comes… this whole experience has been bizarre and I’m questioning their credibility…Signed,A frustrated consumer

I bought a car from them and it got paid off early because I was trying to get another car from another dealer and they paid it off and they would not let me get another car from them and my brother bought a car from them and my mom bought a car from them and theyre both paid off too but its so hard to get into there... Grace... Or whatever you want to call it unless you have a great high score on your credit its hard to get a car there or SUV or truck unless you want to pay $800 or so a month.. they get your hopes up and they let you down thats been my experience with them you might do better I dont know but to me it was a waste of a couple of hours.. I did better going on Facebook and paying a car off and not have to worry about payments at all

Went in because our 2016 Rogue stopped working in the middle of a cross country move! Purchased a truck from them back in march, 3 days later the transmission went out. After arguing with some they agreed to replace it since the “extended warranty” I purchased wouldn’t cover it. The truck also didn’t have door speakers when I bought it but they were supposed to order them and have them put in. One month later the truck was ready for pick up, I get there and it drove good but still no door speakers. I ended up putting my own in there. 2 months later they call and said my speakers were ready for pickup. They never gave the person who referred me their check, I had to call and argue with them about that as well. After about 3 more months the truck ended up getting totalled. Went to talk to them about refunding me my “extended warranty” which ended up being $1,900 and some change. Was told it would be to me within 4 weeks. We’re now on week 8 and still no check. I’ve called to ask about it multiple times and keep getting bull$h1t answers or them beating around the bush. If I could give this dealer zero Sara I would. Definitely do not recommend. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to them. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible experience.

It was an easy and pleasant experience. Since I did not have a way to get to the dealership, Josh picked me up in the car I had selected online. After arriving at the dealership, paperwork was ready for me to meet with the finance officer so everything went smoothly, watched videos on operation and features of the Kicks, met the Service Manager then out to review operation and features of the car and ask any questions. All in all a very pleasant experience and I was home within hours.

Ive never enjoyed my time at a dealership but Nissan of Muskogee really made sure I was taken care of. It was a quick and fun car buying experience for once.

Took my car in to have the antenna replaced and while I was there I asked them to check my finder and see if they could get it fixed or pop it back into place. They took it to the body shop and had it fixed and they still had the car ready in time.

This is the place to go to get a car, they have the #1 salesman around, Dalton Tolliver. He helped me get into my chevy Malibu today! He made the entire process very smooth and easy. Always a great experience when we bring our Nissan in for service. Staff is always friendly and service times do not take long.

Sadly disappointed. Went there for repairs and explained several times that my car is under warranty. I even brought in my warranty paperwork. Long story short, after the repairs where done, they charged me $400 and said I have to call to make the claim. Unfortunately my warranty says they would have to be notified by the service department prior to repairs. Obviously they new this and the problem on my car is still not fixed.

Absolutely loved the staff. Ray Jenkins was our sales consultant and he was awesome! Worked with us to get the deal we were happy with and the whole process was really smooth from start to finish. I loved the down to earth atmosphere of the place and the workers. Very happy with my purchase and appreciate you guys. Hey I tried to buy a car from here they tried to be a 3rd party and buy the car from another dealership then sell it to me. all for all the manager guy said he couldn’t get it so I left and want straight to classic Chevrolet in owasso and bought that exact same car with 0 issues

Finance was simple and straightforward, they didn’t try to add on a bunch of additional cost and had us out in a hurry. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours..I have been to many dealers over the years and it is normally an all day or 2 day deal...Not at Nissan of Muskogee.. They we all very friendly and helpful.. Was a long time customer (6 vehicles purchased, 5 being new). A couple of weeks ago my wife’s transmission went out on her car, I called Nissan of Muskogee and asked for a ballpark price of a new transmission, and was told I would have to bring her car in and pay the $118 diagnostic fee before they could tell me. I called another dealership, they quoted me a price over the phone and offered to diagnose the issue for free, so we took our car there, and they will be getting our business from now on. Nissan of Muskogee will harass you, and sometimes bribe you to give them all 10’s on your survey. If you guys provided excellent customer service, you wouldn’t have to worry about that.

Took my vehicle in to get it fixed last week and still not fixed and its still doing the same thing and this is ridiculous to say the least!

Benjamin was very helpful. I went in to look at the Kicks however it did not have the features I was looking for. Benjamin suggested I look at the Rogue Sport. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I was shocked to fine Nissan did not have a better warranty than 36,000 miles unless you paid extra. I guess I need better negotiating skills. I will most likely trade it in before the warranty runs out. Love my Rogue.

I brought my 2018 Armada in yesterday because my wiper fluid light kept coming on and the wiper fluid was full. I explained to the service rep that it comes on after the vehicle is running for about a minute. I also told him I wanted my tires rotated and that I saw a nail in my rear tire. I left my vehicle there and came back to pick it up after they called saying it was ready. I picked up my vehicle and the wiper fluid light came back on immediately. They earned a star from me because they did rotate the tires. However, the nail is still in the tire. It’s just now in the front instead of the rear. They totally ignored fixing the wiper fluid light and the nail in the tire. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN.

Purchased new car 2 years ago. Check engine light came on. Took car to dealership. Was charged $600 for repair. Shop rate is $126.50 per hour. Took approximately 2 hours to repair. They definitely padded the hours. Asked for a detail on the hours and they would not provide. Definitely wont purchase another vehicle from this dealer or have any repairs made again. This is the second bad experience. Had the oil changed and carpet, dash and steering wheel had grease on them. Not professional at all.

They treated me good and got me a car when no one else could ! Actually have a pretty good interest rate and payment. Worked with me in everything and still take awesome care of me even two years after I bought my car! Best deal around for a synthetic oil change! Thank you guys again!
