This review is based solely on my recent service department experience with Jay Hodge and is not a reflection of the previous level of customer service received during the sales process.First, if you are going to negotiate contracts for other services such as tire coverage and warranties, you should have copies of those documents on file to verify eligibility for coverage, rather than the customer having to go home and get the paperwork to prove it! Next, why is anyone waiting approximately one week for one tire? An obvious problem in manufacturing or shipping exists, as I waited several days for a tire from Jim Norton just a few months ago. The difference is the type of tire, standard SUV versus LOW PRO RUN-FLATS. Time is money and with that, wasting my time is wasting my money. I hear the COVID explanation(s), but Im not here for excuses. You play as you practice! So when the pandemic is over, and its game time, will the service department continue to be deficient? If you plan to stay ahead of James Hodge, I hope not!

3rd time visit for oil change/tire rotation. Each time we scheduled ahead online, selected the service and coupon offer. 2 times we arrived at 715 am, waited a little over 2 hours. They appear to prioritize by “who” is waiting. This time was again frustrating. I was there before any other cars, they pulled 2 in front of me, I asked and the service manager why this is happening. He really didn’t know what to say except to say that he would get mine “on the rack first” and ultimately offered me free oil change. I explained that I didn’t want a free oil change, just for them to honor the appointment. I asked for the manager and he insisted “he is the manager of the entire place”. NOT True! I went inside, eventually spoke to Rick, general manager, explained that I don’t work there so I don’t know why they would assume that I know how it works. I just come there expecting them to honor appt. Finally, went to cashier to pay, she said she did not know of any online coupon? I got coupon from their website when I scheduled 4 days prior. So, exactly same experience 3 times in a row? AND.. I originally asked for a quote to repair a plastic bumper piece. I asked the cashier, who asked the service writer, he said “sorry I forgot, you have to go to auto body”. The people are generally friendly, especially the lady at cashier! But I didn’t feel like service manager or Rick understood that perception of customer service level is very poor. Offering a free oil change is not the solution to poor service!

By far a dealership I would not recommend!!Found a new truck to purchase, and put down the deposit for the vehicle to receive a phone call on the way to my bank that they had no idea the truck had already been sold by the owner.The sales guy that I worked with was great but other then that I would not use them.By far the absolute crappiest management at a dealership.

I HATE the process of buying vehicles at a dealership (due to many past experiences) in fact I bought my last one from an individual. I must say this was a great sales experience from the internet interaction to the salesman Jeremy. We didnt feel pressured in any way at all and would highly recommend. I only wish there was more inventory, totally out of your control so i do not fault Jay Hodge for this.

Brought a 2021 Tahoe in for a recall only to have the seat cover ripped by the technician. After over a week of waiting we find out they ordered the wrong seat cover and that it would be another day before the repairs were made. Well, that day came and went and the work is still was not completed. Picking up the vehicle and asking to speak to a supervisor. Strongly advise against using their service department.

I had a check engine light on for about 6 months. I took it to a chevy dealership near Tulsa, twice, and they said the problem wasnt where the scanner said it was. Service writer said he would have to put two techs on it to start unplugging connections until they found the problem!! That wasnt acceptable to me. I took it to Jay Hodge, 3 days later it was fixed! They replaced 2 parts on the engine, and the drivers door switch!! I will be back to Jay Hodge Chevy, for anything else I need for my Volt!!!!!A big thanks to Mike in the service dept, and the tech that worked on it!!!Many thanks, Bill Blakeslee.

Just replaced my 7 year old Infiniti QX60 with a Cadillac XT6. While I had lots of service done at this store over the years, this was my first time to buy there. The new owners (Jay Hodge) are doing a great job of making this a good place to purchase a vehicle as well as service them (although I have to say this service department is the best I have encountered in 30 years of owning GM products). Good selection and great prices, respectful sales and finance folks. Strongly recommend them!!Just had some warranty service done at Jay Hodge Chev/Cadillac and it was great. Still!! Very happy to have found a brand AND a store I can depend on them.

They were courteous and fairly quick. They fixed a problem with a bulletin that was out on the car, it seems to be a lot better than it was, shaking is gone and the hard shifting is better but its still having a problem shifting from first to second gear so I am hoping that GM will soon issue a full recall on whatever is wrong with the car so that it can be repaired correctly. I cant remember the guys name in service that helped me but he was very professional and polite and called me when he said he would and did what he could to help me get the problem taken care of. GM/Chevrolet, not sure whos problem it is, should do their part now to get to the bottom of the problem and get the recall out to the people.

We arrived first thing in the morning with 2 vehicles, both needed service. We dropped the car off and told them we would leave the truck when they finished the car. They took our number and said they would call when it was finished. We were at breakfast and they called and told us they were finished. Wow! it had only been about 30 to 40 minutes. We told them we would be there soon with the truck. It was no problem at all, we had great service, very friendly. We talked to Mike and Wesley in service. They always are very friendly and helpful, they will even stand a minute to joke around. We enjoyed our service experience and will go back again. Jay Hodge has our vote we will be back.

I am currently deployed overseas, and am needing a truck for when I get home. Worked with them to get info on a truck, and my friend took a 4 hour round trip to look at it for me. Wife and I submitted the credit application and told the dealership we were ready to buy it. Up to this point, the staff was very friendly and helpful. After submitting the application, they called back saying someone was there looking at, and didnt process our application because that person ended up buying the truck. I guess the main lady that was helping me was off that day so there was a major lack of communication from her to the rest of the staff about our interest in the truck. We submitted our application that morning and they didnt process it, and let someone else look at and buy the truck. The other lady I talked to said they would do whatever they could to help us get the truck, and the only thing that happened was them letting the truck go to someone else after we sent our application in. Due to the time difference of where I am, it was the middle of the night when my wife got the call that the truck sold. My wife said the dealership tried to make it seem like they did us a favor for not running our credit. The way it looked to us, is that they didnt process it because someone else was there in person looking at the truck and it was just easier to deal with them than someone on the other side of the world. It seemed too coincidental that we get a call AFTER we submit the application for the truck that someone else was looking at it, and they never processed it when I submitted it. Maybe Im overreacting but that doesnt seem like the right way to do business to me. I strongly do not recommend this dealership to anyone and I hope whoever bought that truck is enjoying it as much as I would have.

Mr Jay Hodge. Tim McNabb, Nick Pettit and Mark Grogan are some of the best employees that store has EVER had. I had purchased my vehicle from Kyle Edwards GMC . I had a situation with my heater. I took it to Kyle Edwards first because that’s where I bought it. The old guy over service and parts over there is the rudest man I have ever met. So I left and went over to Jay Hodge Chevy. There I met Tim McNabb I believe he’s the guy over the service department. He treated me with respect and understood what my concern was. He took care of the situation in 15 minutes then I was on my way. I want to shout out to Nick Pettit and Mark Grogan for helping me as well. Next time I buy a vehicle I will definitely do business with Jay Hodge Chevrolet Cadillac of Muskogee.

Wasted half a day here after I talked to two salespeople on the phone. Was given an internet price, a price over the phone then when I went in to the dealer two more prices. The trade in value changed dramatically from what I was given on line to what they told me in person. Dont believe its ironic that it changed to exactly what my payoff was. Complete waste of several days.

BEWARE!!!! Horrible dealership. I was approached by a guy named Chad. I think his last name was Kafar and he asked if I was interested in a particular car and after I said I was just browsing he immediately switched and began insulting me and calling me anti-semetic names and slurring his words. It took a lot for me to go out of my way and browse, after that experience I certainly wont be back at this dealer. Their staff is clearly not the greatest and dont treat customers or potential customers with any respect.

We went to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter, the dealership was easy to work with. Donnie the sales manager meet us outside showed us some cars in the price range we were looking for, then handed us over to one of the salesman Brett Duvall and he finished showing us vehicles. If I could give these guys six stars this is one of the few times I would! Just bought a new Cadillac Escalade from Jay Hodge Chevrolet and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received! The Finance Manager, Joseph Perrimore, took care of us from start to finish and gave us a rock bottom deal on our vehicle. I did my research online and shopped at a couple other dealerships so I knew what kind of price I wanted to pay and Joseph made it happen quickly and honestly. But the person or persons over the loaners doesnt like to call people back after leaving 3 messages for them !! HmmThe Purching of the vehicle was a pleasant experience and every one was friendly. Awesome friendly staff. However when I asked for the inspection of the used vehicle I bought from them they said they would get it to me and never did. Ended up noticing a couple of issues with the truck I bought so I took it in and had it inspected. Turns out radiator was cracked and coolant reservoir was damaged as well as a handful of other items.
