The salesman was rude, actually blamed me for a plastic piece popping off when I barely touched it. Then I called and spoke to the manager about it she was ruder than the sales person and the owner called me and cussed me out for talking to the manager rudely after she was rude to me... He wouldnt listen to me at all, so I went to Toyota of Muskogee and got better service a better car at a better price. Dont waste your time go to Toyota and save yourself the headache.

Came in just looking around at a maybe-buy and found nothing but great enthusiasm in Kyle. He went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience at the dealership. Unlike most I’ve been too; he didn’t pressure me into anything nor try to talk me into something I had no intention on wanting.Easily got everything rolling once I decided on a truck and had a great experience. Brought our Jeep in for a problem. They threw a fuel pump at it and it didn’t fix problem. Shop looks like an 80’s shop very out dated and service department is lacking. Jeep came away with a dent at fuel door that isn’t even worth going back to haggle with them about. I wanted to stay local but made a big mistake this time.

The water pump went out on my 2006 Dodge diesel truck. I called the service department Tuesday and told them Id have it towed in Wednesday. They said if they could get to it Wednesday they would and if not it would be Thursday. They called late Wednesday afternoon and the truck was ready. Do not buy an oil change contract from this place. I did and then to my surprise there was and expiration date on it. I was not told this when I bought it. So my oil change today was paid for twice by me. That wouldnt be too bad except for the fact that on a diesel pickup the cost is over $200. Beware of this dealership.

They try.. if you dont have the best of credit expect to use a cosigner but they will try to lower the price to where you can afford it. It changed to Tommy Nixs in Muskogee.. I havent been there since the change so I dont know anything about it. Hopefully they still try to get you in something good at a good price.

Smh. Looked at a starter car for my kiddo here, and it was priced decently... until they add on the $400 document fee. Salesperson had absolutely no clue about mechanics of vehicles, nor any actual sales ability. Hard pass on this place.*Edit: Spoke with Chris 4/30/19. Chris advised that they would revisit the document fees when associated with a cash purchase, so they may work to change that. Im still looking for a couple of vehicles, so theres a possibility I may revisit them to see what they have. If I do, Ill update on this issue. Chris was very friendly, and did attempt to make it right.

They totally mislead and lied to me on the phone I set an appointment with them after an agreement was reached I was told bring in x amount of dollars & they could finance me on this vehicle I was willing to purchase. Today I was there an hour early for the appointment only for them try and pull a bait & switch I lost a half a days pay, time, gas, energy, it really was a afternoon of letdown and hell. I would never refer or recommend anyone to step foot on Riverside Autoplex of Muskogee.

I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from this dealership back in Feb 2016. Not even 30 days after the sale of the vehicle the engine and transmission blew on the highway. When I contacted the dealership they told me well if the car is in two pieces I guess you need two tow trucks! I put $6,000 down on a vehicle that lasted 21 days and then needed $8,000 in repairs!! Not only was the car a recent trade in but nothing was serviced to check and make sure the car was in good mechanical conditions and not just pretty to look at. Also during the 21 days it was actually up and running it had started raining while I was driving and rain was coming in literally every crack in the vehicle. Unfortunately for me I now have $11,600 on my credit from this purchase AFTER the vehicle was sold at an auction. After reading recent reviews it doesnt seem like anything has changed in the last 3 years so letting everyone know what I went through with this dealership seemed like a good idea. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! They only care about the sale of the vehicle and the commission they are making!!

I truly appreciate all the help that Johnathan was with getting my payments affordable and that worked well with my budget but the deal didnt go through. They allowed me to drive off without having the vehicle financed and almost a month later called and said I needed to bring my vehicle back but wasnt sure if they still had my trade in. When I came back they were rude and treated me like I was a hassle to deal with.

Had to put one star because zero was not an option. Terrible customer service, financing department and service department! Crooked! Sold me a jeep with a bent frame to drive my two toddlers around in, thanks a lot I’ll be sticking with James Hodge from now on. What a disappointment.

Almost 2 full months after the purchase of my new truck here, still no title. Was given 3 separate purchase orders with different dates and 2 separate paper tags with different dates. Both have ran out. Then was offered a dealer tag. Still no tag or title. Cant even drive the truck I purchased.

Dont be fooled by their flyer for winning the $1000.00 or the $10,000. you still have to go in and match your claim number to their winners board to see if you won, which the flyer says nothing about in the fine print. I will never go back to that dealership even if they had a vehicle I really wanted. There were about 20 other $1000.00 winners when I went in last night that had the same number as me, granted I saw one win a $5.00 gift card from Walmart.

I have bought many vehicles from many different dealerships but no car buying experience I have had comes close to this one.From the first call I placed to the dealership because I live 2 hours away and wanted to confirm price and availability, to the sales manager I talked to, all the people on the phone were great and helpful. When we arrived Jim was waiting for me and had the truck ready for me to test drive. All the salespeople treated my family great like we were their customer. Jim was a great salesman the whole way through.I absolutely dread going to the finance department anytime I am buying a car due to the high pressure sales, bait and switch tactics, and fighting over price and interest rate details. Fear not here as I guarantee you will never deal with as honest of a person in finance as Austin. Austin had all the numbers right and ready to go, discussed our options for additional contract items like GAP and service contracts without being pushy or over bearing, and didnt try to change vehicles or lenders or rates on us. Every car dealer should send their finance guys to spend a couple of days with Austin to see how it is supposed to be done.If you are in the market for a car you should be looking to these guys.

Great place to get a new vehicle! Steve Van Worth was great to work with and very patience. He let me take my time to make sure it was the correct buy for me.

Made the trip from Tulsa to meet Jack, a great guy to work with. After being told the internet sale price was $4800 I was told the lot fee was over $300. We entered into negotiating the price and after 3 or 4 trips to the new sales manager and the owner, Jack came back each time and said they wouldnt budge. So I left the lot, drove 10 mi. and called and said I would pay their price. They said theyd be ready when I returned. Jack met me and said they were refusing to accept their advertised price and decided to raise the price to $7000.00. I got online later and the price had been changed. There are reviews for Riverside Autoplex elsewhere, many of them with negative reports. There are plenty of other car lots to do business with.

Everyone was very good at apologizing. I was told one hour to service transmission, so I waited...five hours. No repairs were completed. Kindly charged me $100 to upgrade the software. Best day ever.

Took them over 31 days and still no title, no funding because they lost paperwork and dropped the ball. And they ran my credit so much it took a hit and even the lender we were approved with there cant use the old numbers so they completely screwed us out of a vehicle. Me and my girlfriend were looking to buy a new car with our taxes and saw this flyer and some of the prices seemed great. they were having an event and figured we would try to take advantage of this offer. we go in they tell us everything is great they just need a down payment. told us we could wait for our taxes to come back and still get the deal if we left a deposit I guess on the event prices and said we would get the 200 back when we came back in whether we bought the car or not. we went back in and what a surprise everything was different they couldnt get us financed for the 5 years they were telling us and could only get a 2 year finance which means huge payments. not only that 95% of the time we were there we were by ourselves and we were there for like an hour or so. then when it came time to leave there was no one there to refund her deposit. they supposedly went to help with another dealership this afternoon. they would have to mail it they said and would call us when they mail it, and they also didnt even have the $25 gift card we were supposed to get for the event the time before. any offers these guys put out are total scams. Im just hoping they are honest enough to give the money back. I will update how that turns out soon as I find out.*Update* 3/9/13Today we received our money back after a lot of hassle and being told we were already refunded. I called the other day and talked to a guy named Ty and he told me he would help and to have my girl go in. she did and he refunded the money and gave her $20 out of his pocket for the gas shes had to waste. A business is only as good as its employees. so if youre thinking about going to this place, and Im not saying anyone should or shouldnt, I would say to ask for Ty.

Having some issues with paperwork on the vehicle I purchased, I am not going to bash them til I give them a chance to correct it. I am praying it was just a clerical error! I can just tell you to check the paperwork very carefully.

This was the 3rd dealership I went to while looking for a truck and the last. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the process was quick and easy. Id recommend them to anyone.

My experiance wasnt to good. Took 3 wks to evaluate a transmission problem. It was rebuilt in TX. Last April and modified. The people from mangers to techs couldnt fix my problem. There is a problem with communication between customer and dealership. My 99 dodge truck is in worst condition now than when when I brought it to them. They can probably change parts from a box that complete, no assembly required. If I ran my business like this, I wouldnt have any. Do your homework and I dont recommend this dealership .

I spent a good portion of my day dealing with the internet manager regarding a truck. I drove after work from Broken Arrow to Muskogee. As a matter of fact, they called me at least 10 times over this vehicle. This vehicle was Sale priced online for $37,884. The price was verified. When I got to the dealer the price changed to 41,995. Of course this was after I worked all day, drove 45 minutes to them and spent my time test driving it.

“Too busy” to try and work with us. I will never recommend them to anyone

Wow Roy Ive seen all these bad reviews. I shouldve known better.. This is the worst dealer to go to. Unless ur a blue collard citizen who can purchase a hellcat on command. Roy is very rude and all he cares is about commission he will make you wait until whatever contract you signed has expired.

If you want a great staff that are very professional and give YOU their time. This is the place for you.These gentlemen here Eric and Joe are very patient and understanding and allowed me to work with Arlow who was on point with customer courtesy.I will be doing business there from now on.

No matter how good the deal sounds dont buy from them they well screw u anyway possible rather it be forcing u to buy a warranty or they wont sale u the vehicle or by jacking around on how much they are gonna give u for a trade in then taking over 30 days to mall u the title and which they blammed the bank called the bank and they said that they was simple waiting on one paper to be faxed then when deal was made they got a 30 day pay off which they made me take the loan for a couple hundred over 30 day pay off which they didnt pay off in 30 days which ended up me getting less money and then they try telling me that I didnt have an overpayment Becuase they sent the bank the exact pay off which they did but the contract stated they was supposed to pay off more then then that finally after calling every day for 3 weeks and getting hung up on or told Id get a call back and never do finally I actually got a call back after telling them I was gonna take them to court for breaking the contract they finally mailed me a check for less then what I was told id be getting back when we signed papers this place well do anything to screw make the drive to somewhere else u wont regret it

They were friendly. But when it came to the actual deal we got taken advantage of. I stayed in the car because we had our granddaughter and she was being difficult so my husband was taking care of it. They told us over and over it will help your credit....not but anyway the truck was listed at 6,000. We put 2,000 down in cash but way later I found out that the loan they took out was for almost 9,000. Plus interest. Not all happy. They gave us a warranty on the truck. Two weeks after we bought it my husband discovered the heater didnt work. Took it back to have it fixed. Got it back a week and 1300 later. Of which the parts where 175. Plus it tanked my credit. We struggled for two years to dig ourselves out of that whole and because of them we are back there again dont do business with them.

Not very good customer service. Generally, when I call the service department, i cant even speak to a person, but have to leave a message. I needed service for a Jeep recall. I got the VIN number and gave all the information to the person. He told me they would order the part and then we could come in for the service. One week later, I still had not heard from them. I called, had to leave a message, and never heard back from them. When I called again and a person answers, he doesnt remember anything about it, and needs all the info AGAIN. My husband drives this vehicle to work: I dont have the VIN number just sitting around. I shouldnt have to go through all this again because he didnt follow through like he should have.

I moved to Tulsa, but when Im ready to buy I will be in Muskogee buying from Curtis Jenkins. I would trust him enough to point to a car and tell me its mechanically sound and purchase without hesitation. As a woman buying a car is an extremely scary thing, Im glad I know I have Curtis when Im ready. That takes all the fear out of it for me.

I went to Riverside Autoplex and at first I got turned down but then someone else referred me and a good car came in that I could afford and they had to have my mom help me co-sign which I didnt like and they put it in her name only which I didnt like so what I paid on it I didnt get credit which I didnt like but I did like the car its hard to get a car financed there because they want you to have a lot of money down or co-signer and they pass the blame on who to talk to to get the credit that you are paying on that car sometimes you might get a car other times you might have to have loads of people that help you get it but they do have good cars thats why I give it a 3

My girlfriend and I bought a car from here april 27, 2018. We ended up having to call them cause our temporary tags expired. We had not received our title in the mail yet. Come to find out they did the wrong paper work on our vehicle. So we had to drive back up there which is a 3 1/2 hour drive to do the correct paperwork. They had given us a new temporary tag until we could get our title and the correct paper work mailed to us. Its now 2 months later and we still havent received our title.....beyond annoyed at this point....customer service how ever was awesome but we did pay for our car in full with cash.

Do not trust these people or buy a car from them. They are snakes who only care about selling you more then you need and their cars will have surprises for you when you leave. They sold me a car without a working horn. Plus they will screw you over on the price of the car. Do not trust the managers here for any reason they lie and bully you into buying their cars and won’t tell you the price till you are signing

Theses people were amazing!! Rikki was our salesman and she was completely down to earth and down for whatever it takes to make us happy. We saw a lot of salesman throughout the process and Rikki stood out the most because she was relatable and she acted herself. My wife just loved her! As for the sales managers and others involved that we talked to, they were awesome, friendly and never gave up on getting us the best deal. Pete Mears the GM was phenomenal. He went to bat for us with the banks and even when we said “it’s just to much” he said “watch me work!” He exceeded our expectations in every way and was very personal with us and we felt like family. Top to bottom, the best experience we have ever had at a dealership! Ohhh and by the way, since they were so awesome to us, we didn’t just buy 1 vehicle...We bought 2!! At an amazing price! If I knew how to give 0 stars I would have. After a series of emails with a salesperson plus filling out paperwork, we spent way too much of our lives being told Come sign final papers not 1 time but twice. There was some suggestion of the finance officer being new to his job and the salesperson only being there a couple of months...they sent us home in our new vehicle! This after being told exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Needless to say at the end of the ordeal we brought our original 2015 vehicle back home and have sworn never to go back. A confused mess.

Lost my business. While some of the people here were helpful some were incredibly rude. Most were at the very least unknowledgeable in products other then the Wrangler. How hard is it to research your inventory a little bit?

Awful experience! I bought a Jeep from here my sales person was rikki ! She lied to me from the start ! After giveing them 12,000.00 cash dwn on my Jeep the very next day a payment was prossessed for my trade in ! I go back and ask rikki she assures me I’ll get that back ! 4 weeks latter nothing so I call ! I have been put on hold for long periods of time ! I have been hung up on and the “man” manager even cussed me out ! And now rikki the all mighty sales lady that will rip u off so fast u don’t even know what happened it messaging me not to help me but to let me know if I go public with this or cause a problem she will screen shot all of my messages and post them ! We’ll go ahead ! It’s all true everything I said ! This place is awful and does not deserve your hard earned money !! Stear clear !!

The used cars were in horrible shape. I test drove 3 all were no good.

The people at riverside were very helpful and nice and worked with my mom to get her a vehicle that would be the best for her we thank them for there kindness and well will deal with them again in the future.
