I went into this dealership about a month ago looking to finance a vehicle for my family of six. I could tell right off hand they were full of it but it’s the only place that had a lender that would work with me so I had faith and went ahead and worked with them. I was approved and about to sign paperwork when they decided to try to finance in my husbands name I guess to possibly get me a better deal. We told them my husband works for gentlemen and gets paid weekly in cash. They assured us it was fine never asked for checks stubs from him but they did with me when the vehicle was going to be put into my name. We put down our $4500 dollar down payment and left with our vehicle. Last Friday we got a text message from Rikki the salesman about 7pm saying my husbands employment could not be verified and we’re possibly going to have to return the car. My heart dropped and I was scared about what was going to happen. It took about 50 calls and a week later we finally get an answer..... that we’re going to have to give the car back. I’m worried sick about getting our down payment back. They’re telling me they can’t tell me anything and when I come in it will be discussed. It was a horrible experience and I don’t wish this worry on anyone. Hopefully we get out money back to purchase another vehicle for our family.

Brandon helped me get my dream car and really listened to me when I stated what I wanted. This was my first time buying a car on my own and he explained everything really well and never made me feel dumb for asking so many questions. If you are looking to get a new car I highly recommend calling Brandon. My only complaint was not toward just him but the place in general, there were several staff members vaping inside the building which I thought was very unprofessional but other than that very wonderful place with very helpful people.

This place is amazing. We started our search during the big freeze. The first day here, it was so cold, the vehicle we originally wanted to see was literally frozen shut. We checked out the Pilot in the show room instead and Rikki took her time explaining the differences between the packages and years. She knew we werent going to purchase that day but remained extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. I shopped around for 2 weeks without the usual bugging you get elsewhere. This is one of the reasons I came back. We test drove 5 vehicles! Yes, i wanted to make sure I was getting something I truly wanted. The whole time, Rikki made me feel right at home. My 23 year old daughter went to buy a new car. The car she picked was $23,000 . She traded in a Pontiac G6. They gave her $1,000 for her trade-in. She put $1,000 down, and then they gave her the $2,000 credit. When she got home her dad looked over the paperwork she bought the car for $24,000 how does that happen with all the trade in the down payment and the credit her dad took her back down to get explanations they said it had been too long it was two weeks ago and they already received a check from the bank so they cannot do anything it is so sad that there are places like this I guess thats why they are not with the Better Business Bureau check that out before you buy from them I sure wish she would have

Absolute BEST car buying experience ever! We found a car on their website and placed an inquiry for a callback. We received the call in about 30 minutes and spent 30+ minutes on the phone with Brandon (Opie) doing a video walk through of the vehicle. Brandon was so patient with us and showed us every ding/dent/Scratch he saw while inspecting the vehicle. We live 1.5 hrs away and got there about 25 minutes before they closed. We decided to purchase our vehicle and the negotiation process was amazing! Opie didnt make us feel like we were asking for too much or that what we wanted was unreasonable. Seem like really nice folks. The reason for the review is that hey had a new Honda Ridgline priced in the 35k price range and the salesman was ready to take my deposit for he vehicle. The disclaimer at the bottom of the webpage says that the price is good for 2 days. I was then told less than an hour later that the price was 2 000 more and there was an error in price. I was disappointed to hear that. They were willing to cut the price slightly but no where near the original price.

The car I bought is great, I love it. But the experience I had with our salesperson, Jim was not good to say the least.He talked about himself THE WHOLE TIME. (We were there about 5 hours.)I can’t tell you how many times he said “I’ve been doing this for 25 years” before proclaiming his knowledge. He’s a veteran and brought up his time in the marine corps/the wars he was in several times - as an excuse for his behavior I might add.He threw one of his coworkers under the bus saying that said coworker yelled at him for putting too many addresses on our application and that he yelled at him and said “I’ve spent my time being yelled at in the marine corps you’re not going to yell at me like that”. - putting us in the middle of his confrontation? Blaming his coworker for his mistake?He said “pardon my French” before every single one of the many times he cussed.He brought up politics.He told us a story about how he went into a papa Murphy’s to get pizza and the employee there told him to put his mask on and he basically threw a fit again, saying he’s been in 3 wars and that somehow means he shouldn’t have to wear a mask? Then took the time to give them a bad review online. Because they asked you to wear a mask? I personally find wearing a mask during a pandemic to be very important so I found this offensive.He took several smoke breaks saying “I’m gonna go pollute my lungs” every single time. And again, because he’s earned it for being in the military.He talked about his bad habits including his nail biting.He talked over me.He gave us way too much personal information.He didn’t look at the car fax before we came to see him so he couldn’t answer any of our questions about previous ownership before he printed them out and we looked at them.I was seriously so uncomfortable the whole time. I wanted so bad to tell him how unprofessional and rude he was. I was honestly very close to walking out and not but buying a car at all.

I have been looking for a certain Subaru for the last few years, always talking myself out of it. Yesterday (a Sunday) I saw the Subaru I wanted at Honda of Muskogee and put in for information on the website. Brandon (Opie) text me just a bit later and ended up coming down to show it to us even though they were closed. I went back today after work to test drive it and ended up coming home with it. Before leaving Brandon helped me set up my Bluetooth and helped set one of the clocks. He made sure I was able to get all of my lights working. I had a fantastic experience buying a new Odyssey from Rikki Rutledge and Honda of Muskogee. I live about 2 hours away, but decided to buy my new van here because they were able to help me get everything I wanted in my van and still stay within my budget. Found a 2015 Honda Accord online. After talking with the internet sales associate for a few days, I decided to drive over 3-1/2 hours to Muskogee to take a look at the car. We arrived about 3:30 on a Friday. It was very DARK, OVERCAST AND RAINING. Went for a test drive and made a deal to purchase the car that day. Walked around the vehicle and neither my mother nor I saw any visible damage nor was told of any damage to the car. Even the carfax indicated no damage reported. Drove the car home that night. The next day (Saturday) as I was about to get in my car, I noticed a VERY visible dent on the top of the car. Now that the sun was brightly shining you couldnt miss it. There were also some long scratches to the paint across the top and another two very visible dents on the opposite side. It looked like a branch had fallen on the car. Monday morning came and I texted the salesman who sold me the car. I claimed that they knew about the damage and didnt disclose it. He claimed to have not known and said that was the first time hed shown the car. I was told there is nothing they could do, that it was pre-owned vehicle and they arent perfect. I told him, even if he claimed he didnt personally know, the dealership knew. I know pre-owned cars arent perfect but you dont expect them to have very visible damage either. Next the General Sales Manager Shane Roberts leaves me a voicemail saying he heard I was unhappy and wanted to make me happy and take care of me within his abilities to do so. I thought I was getting somewhere so I called him back. When I confronted him with the idea that the dealership knew about the damage he agreed and said thats how he bought it and reason it was priced so low. Also claimed they DONT HAVE TO DISCLOSE DAMAGE to their cars. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with my car or any others they sell with this business practice in place. His only solution to all this was that he would buy the vehicle back not fix the damage! On top of all this he tells the BBB regarding me finding the damage We were not aware of what he was talking about. Flat out lie and contradicting himself from his phone call with me earlier about why the car was priced the way it was. Wont be returning. Buyers Beware

My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle for a while. We had a 12 year old Honda Odyssey that we bought new that we were trading in. She initially thought she wanted another Odyssey but when she drove the Pilot she knew that was the car. We ended up driving Chrysler’s, Chevy’s and Toyota’s but always came back to the Honda. Once we figured out what we wanted, we started looking on the internet to find pricing. We tried multiple dealerships but when I talked to Cliff at Honda of Muskogee I knew we found the right dealership. Cliff was upfront and honest from the moment I first started talking to him. We starting working out the details on Saturday and Monday night we were driving home in our new Pilot. We drove 1 ½ hours even though there are dealerships a lot closer. Cliff gave us the price we were looking for and the terms we were looking for. We had floor mats as part of our deal that was not in stock at the dealership when we picked up the vehicle. They promised we would get them and within 2 days after we picked up the Pilot we received them. Dalton in the finance department was great to work with. He made it quick and easy and wasn’t pushy at all. Bryce in parts made sure we got our floormats and we had no issues. We will tell anyone we know to talk with Honda of Muskogee 1st before anyone else. I am sure they are all really great salespeople at the dealership but Cliff was the best we have dealt with in any of our car purchases in the past. Thank you again for helping us get the car in the color we wanted at a price we could afford.

Shawn was awesome in trying to find me a vehicle. The GM is not. Everything I got approved on he would deny and send it to the auction. Even the Pathfinder after the first denial he suggested the Pathfinder to me. When all was said and done and ready to sign on the dotted line he denied it. Wont be going there anymore.

Our experience here started out great. The sales guy, Jeremy, was super helpful. However, we waited over 2 months to get our paperwork for the title and for them to pay off our trade-in. They issued us 3 temporary tags and were 2 weeks away from having to get a 4th before we got the paperwork for the title. I will say that our finance guy, Dalton, was helpful too. But overall, I will not be doing business here again. Giving 2 stars only because of the decent employees that helped us.

This place sold a vehicle that was wreck for a market value of a never wrecked 1 owner car. Didnt see the damage till it came out of detail paperwork already signed... (which my 5 year old could have done better) Had they put it on the carfax would not have been able to sell it for the price they were asking. Then say they are gonna fix the car That was bought and had it for over a week . Was told to come in cause the car was done drove 1.5 hours to pick car up to find put its still not there and is just now leaving Tulsa. They then say it will be another 3 days before I get the car back and they give me a loaner with the fuel light on after I just filled the one up. The new one that was giving immediately starts throwing several codes. These cars are not taken care of not serviced correctly and the guy they have detailing the cars ripped the tint off the window and the car was still dirty and smelled bad. The managers are rude and think its normal to sell cars that are definitely going to give you issues WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WILL ALSO BE NOTIFYING THE CREDIT UNION THEY WORK WITH TO LET THEM NO THEY ARE SELLING WRECK INSERVICED VEHICLES STATING THEY ARE NOT AND HAVE BEEN SERVICED.SHAWN IS THE BEST PERSON THERE AND SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB SO HIS NAME DOES NOT GET PULLED NOW WITH THIS COMPANY

My mom purchased a car from here and had to wait to receive the car, we were told it was being checked over before being delivered. Then, it was further delayed by a sanitizing. Upon finally getting the Car, the air conditioner didn’t work and the company wouldn’t address it without charging for it. They knew it had problems but assumed it was one issue when it turned out to be different. Seeing that it’s summer, and my mom has COPD, more care should’ve been taken to ensure her comfort and satisfaction. To top it all off, it’s been a month and she hasn’t received or heard about her title! We are not very happy.

My current car got totaled after being rear ended and I’m waiting on insurance check from other driver’s insurance For down payment. Was looking for a car since I’m in a rental. Inquired about a car online and was contacted yesterday 1/17/20 by Jim. Told him I was rebuilding credit and explained situation and he said I needed at least $1500 or so down in order to be approved. I left it alone since I was at work. Later a manager named Jared text me and I told him Jim already told me about the down payment. He said not to worry and to calls him so I did and he said he wasn’t worried and would get me into a car and have me two appointment slots and said he would take care of me and make sure whatever I needed and even have someone drive my rental car back to broken arrow. I had plans but I said I would call back in a few minutes and let him know if I could rearrange my plans and come down there from BA.I called him back and no answer. I left a voicemail confirming I’d be there. I contacted the salesperson Jim and he said there’s no deal and never was and he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He said the GSM said when I call back to tell me not to bother coming down unless I had $1500-$2000. I was confused and he basically said it is what it is and I ended up just feeling dumb. Never heard back from Jared.Recently went through divorce so credit is bad but I’m a responsible parent and adult and have a good job. I’m also realistic and understand my situation and wouldn’t even be looking for a car, but I didn’t have a choice since I was hit by someone not paying attention.I won’t do business with anyone who operates this way. It was the stereotypical car sales experience without getting a car.When I get my settlement I’ll be going somewhere else.

0 stars if it was possible... Dont waste your time or money with Honda of Muskogee. They dont hold up to their end of the deal. Ive been lied to and given the run around for over a month on the scratch repairs they promised to fix. They did a terrible job after having the truck over a week and are now trying to get me to have my $37,000 Denali painted in some guy named Terrys 2 car garage. Very unprofessional of them! The people Ive talked to wouldnt have their mower painted by this guy. By far the worst experience with a dealership in my life. They even had me pay an extra $500 more than they agreed to sell the truck for for the repairs!This is the short of it. If you only knew it all.June 2020

Staff was incredibly helpful in trying to find me what I want! I walked in there not knowing how much I wanted to spend, how much I could spend, or even what I wanted. Hayleigh Bush asked me several questions to get a better understanding of what would be available to me and took me to test drive some cars to broaden my taste, in the end she ended up helping me find an updated version of my current vehicle at a sister store, neither she nor or management could’ve been any more helpful than what they were.
