Ordered two identical office chairs online. Once we assembled and sat in one of them, we knew they wouldnt work. We took them back to the store so we could check out replacements - and also sit-before-we-bought. Sounds easy enough, right? Nope. The first thing the cashier tells me is they cant take back the chairs unless they carry them. (Uh, ordered from Office Depot online and cant return to Office Depot store?) Ridiculous. Sometimes you dont want to/or have the time to wait for the whole pickup and reorder thing... Lucky me, the chairs we ordered were carried at that store so I got my refund, but doubt Ill be ordering online from Office Depot again.

I bought a printer that was on clearance for $279. Epson ET-4750 ink jets. It was a floor model and did not come in a box. When asked if the printer worked the employee assured us that it did. When asked if we took it and it did not work, would we be able to bring it back and get a refund, we were told that we had 14 days to do so. The printer is receiving the information and printing blank pages. We have contacted every technical support line available with no success so we called Office Depot and explained the situation (we bought this on Friday and it is the following Tuesday) and were told that we buy as is. That is not what we were promised. I dont even know how a business like this could even make a sale of a defective product of almost $300 and then tell us too bad.I own a business manufacturing cabinets. I would never sell my customers a defective cabinet and then say, too bad. It wasnt until we threatened to have our lawyer contact them (as we are running behind on our business due to not being able to do our job after disconnecting a smaller printer in order to print more and at a faster speed with this bigger printer that does not work) that the woman said she would see about getting us a refund. Weve yet to hear back. Its only been 30 minutes so far. I will definitely let you know the outcome.

Looked up the product that I needed. It was available for pick up in Muskogee. Joined the e-mail club which will result in numerous emails but printed out a discount coupon. (good deal) Drove 40 miles, couldnt find the product, had to chase someone down for assistance and it WAS NOT IN STOCK. Waste of time and an 80 mile trip. I deposited the discount coupon in your trash.

The young man, Mark Saddler, was able to build excellent customer rapport. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and I was able to learn several things from our discussion. He spoke fluently, calmly and understandably in a professional manner; while maintaining a confident demeanor as he discussed the different quality and brands of the merchandise that was available... He promptly assemble the merchandise that was purchased, and notified me when the item was ready for pickup. He did exactly everything he said he would do. All of this is critical for any customer service sales associate. I ended up purchasing a 3 hundred dollar Serta chair, and im very happy with it. He gets two thumbs up.

Terrible customer service. First person wasnt a manager, spent 10 minutes on hold while they went to see if they had product in stock (thermal paper rolls for a label printer, a pretty common item); they didnt. Told them we wanted them to get that, he said he didnt know how but didnt offer to get the manager; we had to ask for him to get the manager.Manager (Kate? Kay?) gets on, tells us we have to physically come into the store to ask them to order the product, even though our business has purchase order systems setup to pay for anything we buy. When asked if all of those cases of PostIt Notes they have simply laying around were ordered by people coming into the store, she got huffy and said, Of course not, dont be ridiculous... and told me she was going to get someone else to talk to me. I asked, Arent you the manager? she said Yes! and then hung up on me.This is pretty much the only (monopoly) actual office supply store in town and they treat customers like redheaded step children.

This location doesnt seem to stay too busy but they do have a fairly wide selection of office supplies. They also have a packing, mailing, and shipping center where you can ship via FedEx and USPS (not sure if they do UPS). They also have a copy center available.

Employees are nice! But if your shipping Fed Ex and you want a receipt, it will cost you 0.16 cents smh😂 Im serious! That is crazy... its like buying a TV from Walmart and Walmart says... if you want a receipt for your TV its going to be 16 cents 😂

I went here last week to purchase a new computer because I take college classes online and needed to be able to access the Internet for more than an hour (local library rules). I ended up going with a Lenovo S21e laptop. The customer service associate who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. He even suggested a great security software package that would work with my computer.

Sam was an amazing help I had contacted online office depot before going to the store I clearly asked by text to a customer service help to give me the cheapest priced ink for my printer for price and amount of pages could be printed out was not concerned for quality due to alot of it would be used for kids schooling she gave me the ink that would work for my computer but not at all the cheapest price I ended up spending half the price with Sams help and got 3 cartridges versus 1 and at half the price SUPER HAPPY will for the next 22 plus years unless a better deal comes my way be buying my ink from Office Depot 😳

Lack of service was appalling. I found the cashier to be very rude and the manager extremely aggressive. We might as well not have a office depot here. Go to Walmart or another location because this one is not worth anyones time.

Everytime I need printing done I email it in and they let me know when to swing by to pick it up. I also appreciate that I can ship packages here and they price compare for me!

Ordered 100 small notepads for our business. they charged us over 600$ for them. even told us we had received a company discount when we complained. no apologies or anything. very low quality work. after spending thousands of dollars with them, will never go back!
