Greg started the great experience by coming out and going over all the options for my home and giving me his expertise on the products. The installation crew came out and did an amazing job, and a pleasure to work with. When I received my panels Justin did a wonderful job on showing me on how to install the system and answered all my questions. They were on time for each of the appointments and provided excellent customer service.

This company is well run, they have a great product. We had our Hurricane Shutters delivered today and my Wife and I are very pleased with how Mark the installation technician explained everything and marked the panels for the different size windows we have, he made sure that all of the panels fit correctly. I really feel like this is a necessary preparation for anyone living in the coastal region of South Carolina and especially the Myrtle Beach area. Your home is a big investment, this is a great way to protect it.Once again we are very happy with this company and their products.

Mid-Atlantic completed the installation of the aluminum storm panels and I cant say enough about what a great experience it was. Rick and his team were very professional all through the process, from the measurement phase and hardware install to the final delivery of the panels. Mark mounted panels on each window to ensure proper fit and also marked them with the appropriate window location numbers using my floor plans. I recently moved from Maryland to Conway, SC. After purchasing a home I contacted Midatlantic Storm Protection LLC for information & an estimate for the hurricane shutters. I was so impressed with their product & the price that I placed an order immediately. My shutters were custom made & delivered within a few weeks. I was personally taught how to install them when they were delivered. There was absolutely no way I would have been able to install the wood panels supplied by the builder. These shutters are light, easy to handle, very little room is needed for storage & I will be able to install them very easily myself. The employees are very respectful of your property, very patient with teaching you how to install the shutters & accessible should you have and additional questions or concerns.

When they came back to drop off the actual window protection, they checked every window and explained all aspects of the installation. Highly recommend Midatlantic Storm Protection. Rick came, gave us the cost and an estimated timeframe when they would be there to install the brackets. When the guys came to install the brackets to hold the panels they were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My only issue was we had to pay extra to have the brackets powder coat in almond to match our trim but the screws they used to install them were white. When they delivered the panels they explained how to install them and gave us a demo. We had a question after they left, as we were going through all the panels, and they promptly answered us. Highly recommend this company.

Rick and his team are true professionals. Great after the sale customer service...something that is missing from some businesses......little things like losing a wingnut or screw...always ready to give you a replacement or offer additional tips on how to make installation and/or removal of the panels easier. Locally owned and operated - we like that idea. Just purchased some additional clear panels (very reasonable cost) in addition to the two that are included in original installation. Hope we dont need em but its nice to know they are there.

The hurricane shutters are amazing but what is even more impressive is the customer service. They were more than willing to come out to assist me with a problem I thought I had with my hurricane shutters the night before Dorian hit us. I managed to get creative to resolve the issue. When the problem was assessed the day after the storm, it turned out to be a user error on my part! OOPS...the installation videos are amazing!

Had Rick give us an estimate and install Hurricane shutters. Having worked in an industry that does close tolerance work I really did appreciate Ricks attention to detail while measuring and installing our shutters. Rick and all his crew were there when they said they would and did everything with precision. Rick showed me how to install and remove the shutters before he left and has a video online to review that. Dont think you will find anyone that is more customer oriented then Rick.

We used this company to install the Bertha, 0.050 Aluminum panel Hurricane system on all exterior doors and windows. Called to ask for a quote and Ricky, the owner, stopped by later that afternoon to explain the system and provide a quote. Quote detailed the materials, cost, SC tax credit for storm mitigation and timing for install. When the panels were delivered, Ricky provided hands on training on how to install each of the different configurations: 1) door, 2) vertical window, 3) horizontal window and 4) second floor window. We are 100% satisfied with the product and this company. The entire process went exactly as planned. We would use this company again.
