I bought a car from Michelle in April of 2021. From the day I bought it there was a noise under the hood that Chris, Devin and Jordan all claimed was from the turbo( air in take). I brought in continuously to get looked at, fixed, anything. They claimed they fixed it, but never did. June, my knock sensor goes out, I fix that out of my pocket, they wouldn’t fix it under warranty. August, I take it up for an oil change and the “ air in take “ noise was still there, it had gotten worse. Nothing was done about it. September 20th I was driving and the whole car starts shaking. I take it to advance and the computer read, knock sensor ( that I fixed already), spark plugs, coil pack, and a misfire. I replaced it all! September 23rd, my engine blows up. I contact them to come pick it up to be fixed. It was October 23rd before I had enough, my car was never fixed. I was without a vehicle for a month AND STILL AM. I finally just went and signed it back over to them. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! They don’t help with anything. They wanted me to spend $3500 on a engine when they could have at least PUT ME IN ANOTHER VEHICLE but they claimed they had nothing but a PARKING LOT FULL OF VEHICLES.

Superb buying experience! Of all the business cards I collect, very few are kept longer than a day. The Car Store one for Michelle Dougela will stay in my wallet and cell phone contacts as the go to source for used cars. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and sincere. Michelle has rewritten the stereotypical used car sales person image in my mind. It was our day to fly home from vacation. Our flight among many others, were canceled at the last minute, and checkout time from our hotel was at 11am. With no rental car company having anything available for at least two hours away, my options were limited for getting my family of 6 home to PA. We decided to just buy a car at the last minute. I recently bought my second vehicle from the Car store. During my purchase, the customer service was top notch. Once I started experiencing technical difficulties, I made a call to the office for them to tow the vehicle back to the shop on site. This happened less than 2 weeks from the purchase date. According to mechanic ( I will not give names) the motor seized up. 2 months later, it happened again for the second time. How is this possible when I already brought the car back 1 time for the same issue? I was told the motor was replaced. The first time I had issues with my vehicle, my car was at the shop for one month. I still continued to make payments on time. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while they worked on my Sorento. Here we are in the middle of a pandemic and the car was filthy. There was dog hair all over the floor and seats. There was a red circle K polo shirt in the trunk, crumb on the seats and the floors. I was highly disgusted and felt like I was being taken advantage of. I was so upset I started to cry because I could not believe I was being treated this way. Here I am trying my best to be a stand up citizen and not act out of character in their place of establishment. I can not tell you how much I feel neglected and taken advantage of. I HAVE SPENT OVER $500 IN UBER/LYFT trying to get myself to and from work. Also, for taking my two small children back and forth from school and daycare. My first experience was awesome. However, the second experience not so much. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company and I will never refer another indvidual. I have never written a bad review, but it saddens my heart to see people conduct buisness this way.

My husband and I own a few masonry construction companies and heavily rely on our work vehicles to get our employees and equipment/product to and from jobsites.. well... last Friday while on a jobsite, our main transportation truck burst into flames for no known reason! This was heart breaking! My husband and I drive past The Car Store every day, twice a day and just happened to see a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 that would take the place of our destroyed heavy duty truck so we called on Tuesday and spoke with Russ... He was completely compassionate about our situation and rapidly began to assist us with getting the new truck!!! It was literally less than 24 hours and the truck was ours! We just purchased our 3rd vehicle (my wifes dream car) from The Car Store. You will not find a better dealer in this area, and weve been to many over the years. Jordan and staff are great to work with and always so helpful. Their inventory is so much nicer than what you will find at other buy here, pay here places. We have never had even a single mechanical issue with either of the two previous vehicles we bought and I dont expect to have any with this one either. They dont care that our credit scores are less than stellar. In fact, I dont think they even ran a credit check. Pay your bill weekly or monthly, pay it on time and these guys will put you in a car you never thought youd own!

Went in there the other day with low expectations, because I always have bad experiences at dealerships. Was very surprised to find how wonderful the staff were, especially when I spoke with Susan in finance. She genuinely seemed like she wanted to help me and had an answer for every question!
