Outstanding craftsmanship, exceptional installers. The backsplash flows with the countertops, the finishing edges are smooth and proportional. The removal of old countertops and install of new ones, there was no drywall damage, no paint damage, and caulking on new countertops is perfect.I highly recommend Granite Marble USA.

Exceptional service and care! Carolina is an amazing sales person. She followed through on everything we discussed and the turn around time was prompt. She held the granite we picked until measurements were made and tear out complete. Alex measured and he is very competent and friendly. We were very pleased to have him on our job. Our installers were so nice and were so kind and conscientious! We could not be more pleased. The price was much better than our other two estimates! The installation of my island countertop was fine. What I am furious about is the silicone debris and razor blade they left in my yard. I have a young toddler who runs around the yard and I am lucky he did not step on this blade. The carelessness of these employees is unacceptable! I wonder what other careless mistakes they made that could potentially harm a customer. I have been in the construction field for most of my life and I know it’s important to walk through your job site to check for these things. I do not recommend them because of this dangerous mistake.

Carolina Miller is an excellent salesperson who helped me alot when looking for quartz countertops for my laundry. Se showed me many samples of quartz and held the quartz I wanted until they were able to come measure. From the initial visit until the install was less than a week. The installers did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable.

Granite marble USA installers broke plumbing in my home during a careless installation. This resulted in a flood damaging my bathroom and crawlspace. Emergency repair and remediation was required. I paid out of pocket. Despite a verbal confirmation from Karen the manager and countless emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive payment for my damages like she promised. In fact I have been told that the owner is always out of the country and that they will not give me his name. Do not use this company even for the smallest of jobs like I did. It isnt worth it!
