The prices are outrageous. I feel like they robbed me! Ridiculous prices and they should be ashamed of how they take advantage of the consumer.

Great customer service, she was super friendly and explained how everything worked being a self serve ice cream shop, even toppings are self serve!! Great selection of flavors, will definitely return on my next trip to Myrtle Beach. Even my dog loved the ice cream/frozen yogurt 🙃

Mask mandate has ended... come in to Sweet Frog, spend any $80 on yogurt. One of my children needed to use the restroom & there were *Out of Order* signs up! Asked the employee & she said they arent open to the public... 🤦‍♀️A bit ridiculous!

$29 for 4 small cups of very generic ice cream/frozen yogurt. Very dissatisfied and we feel ripped off. The scale kept fluctuating so its likely rigged to overcharge.

Absolute robbery!!Did not have a good selection of flavors did not have good toppings and when the guy said16 dollars for that tiny cup of yogurt I told him he could keep it!

Great clean place with good frozen yogurt. Kids loved making their own and putting all the toppings on it.

Let me say-the counter help was fantastic and very cordial, my Granddaughter and I got small cups and she barely filled her cup, mine was full enough and it cost $21.00 I dont mind using money because its just a tool, but that was ridiculous!!!!

The frozen yogurt was good, they only had medium and large size cups to choose from. There were 4 of us, the total of our bill was $56.00. So be prepared to drop some cash.

Everything in the shop is very expensive so go with money! They were very nice and my children enjoyed going here. The ice cream was delicious. However I wish I could give it five stars because I got a henna tattoo from a lady here of a key with a feather on it she designed it by hand she was a freelance artist and it was absolutely amazing. I just got the real tattoo put on to my left arm. She is the reason I want to give this place more stars. Had it not been for the high prices it would have all stars. If you want to get a henna tattoo in this location I will recommend stopping by when she is here I dont even know her name. Check them out!

Great for a quick healthy snack! You pay for the weight of the yogurt! I highly recommend the piña cola and coconut blend.

Great Experience. The flavors of frozen yogurt are endless. They have a great selection, and the frozen yogurt has a great consistency. They ring you up by weight, so be careful how much you get. It is a little pricey, however it is very worth it for the quality of frozen yogurt. The toppings are also endless. So many to choose from. They have a great outside place to sit at, or you can choose to sit inside. Great place!

My family and I liked it. Good selection of yogurt. They have regular, low fat and nonfat. I had nonfat because Im on a diet and it was delicious. Service is good no complaints there. Also there are tables inside and a few outside.

We were floored when we went to the register for the price! I barely put anything in my cup and it turned out to be $10 for my cup! I was shocked because Ive never paid this much for ice cream at any other sweet frog location. My family and I agreed that something must be going on here. Very disappointed because we love sweet frog.

It’s a trap! Far too expensive, to the point that I couldn’t even enjoy it. Sweet Ice in the Asian Mart has rolled ice cream and better toppings for less, I recommend going there!

Buyer beware. I got to the scale and discovered they are charging 85 cents an ounce. I filled a small cup just about half way and it cost close to 8 bucks. The place was not clean, the AC was not working, several of their dispensers were not working, and they offer more ice cream than yogurt (e.g., you cant cant a plain tart vanilla yogurt). Anyway, Ill never go back. This place puts profit before people.

Went for a walk along the boardwalk, and were craving some sweetFrog. Could not believe the price - $.85 per ounce! Two, admittedly quite full, 16 oz cups cost us $28 😳. Almost fell over.We werent the only ones who were shocked by the price, other customers who checked out had similar reactions.Also, they do no accept the loyalty program, and the two girls working were rather rude to a person who was clearly experiencing sweetFrog for the first time.Beware of this location, and be aware that they charge double the normal price!

I honestly couldn’t recommend this place being that the times I have tried to go to this location, the information for Hours on website has always been wrong for this location. It says its open on Yelp website until 9:30pm and on google website it shows it is open until 10pm. It’s been 2 attempts & still haven’t been able to try their product. Would recommend getting on the same paige.

A typical american frozen yogurt. I came here with my niece and we tried vanilla with different toppings. I cant see a difference between ice-cream and frozen yogurt.

They claim to be a frozen yogurt shop but the 1/2 machines are down and then some flavors (most common ones are regular icecream not frozen yogurt).. if I wanted ice cream I could have stopped at dozens of other icecreamsl stands. I come to sweet frogs for frozen yogurt

We had just gotten to Myrtle Beach and took a nice long walk along the promenade that left me in the mood for something sweet and I looked up and saw Sweet Frog. Ever since I read an article that said that Disney Worlds famous Dole Whips would be available at Sweet Frog I check each one I come across. I learned the hard way that pricing at this place goes by weight so I skip the heavy topping and stick with the yogurt. I wasnt super hungry, just wanted a little frozen dessert to share with hubby so I got 4 small twirls - Pineapple, Peach, Vanilla and strawberry. Most of them were on the runny side, not sure if it was because it was later in the evening or not but no biggie. I will say that when the cashier told me my purchase came to a little over $9 I was floored, we had just enjoyed rolled ice cream a couple of days earlier that didnt cost anywhere close to that and not only filled the same size cup but had 4 toppings as well. Oh well, guess thats what I get for allowing my craving to get the best of me.

Delicious I love froyo joints like this. They didnt have all the toppings and some of their flavors were out while we were there but it still tasted delicious. If you have never been to a froyo place the charge you by weight so get ready to pay lol. But well worth it I would go there again.

Ok. Flavor selection was good. Toppings were standard. Snickers werent crushed, instead were just chopped into sections, depends if you like that. The cashier was rude and had no customer service. Apparently theyve stopped accepting paper punch cards for their rewards program. Thats shady. Overall, left a bad taste.

The hours posted online arent correct. Drove 15 minutes out of our way to get the kids frozen yogurt and they were closed for the season.

If I could give a no star I would. $50 for 5 small cups of frozen yogurt. We just bought the same in Fayetteville N.C. and it was half that amount. Ripped us off.
