Delicious ice cream, spotless and friendly.The best ice cream shop in town. Big variety of ice cream flavours and milkshakes. Friendly workers and owners. I definitely recommend. Very clean shop. I went today for an unicorn shake and it was tasty!

They had their grand opening yesterday January 29th at this location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I grabbed a few different cookie doughs and some treats for my pups

Tonight was the first time I have been to Coastal Cookie Dough and it was EXCELLENT!!! I got a Coastal sundae. It was absolutely delicious!!! The staff was so sweet and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the menu and very professional. I definitely will be returning - Soon!!!

Great ice cream sundaes. I would recommend trying them. They also serve cookie dough, made in store. The girls were so friendly and made us welcome.

My first time there and I will be back to taste some of their other delicious looking ice cream.

Love this place, but I think a bit pricy

My mother and I took my girls over there last night to get ice cream before dinner because my 9 year old has been on honor roll the whole year. What a great surprise it was they had beautiful store clean smells great the ice cream was delicious the customer service was fabulous and I have found my new favorite Hersheys flavor dark chocolate raspberry truffle thank you for opening this location close to our house thank you for having great customer service and delicious ice cream

Very expensive for very little ice cream that is not even homemade. Sundaes are heavy on the toppings without much ice cream. There are so many other places to go that are much better.

There is some delicious deserts in here, and a great staff. Great place to be with the up coming heat.

My wife loved it. Lots of choices and great service.

Great idea and lots of variety. My only suggestion would be that they mix the cookie dough into the ice cream. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!

I worked a day for the owner, with all due respect( Food industry just isn’t my thing so I had to quit), but I’ve talked to The owner, Kim quite numerous amount of times and I can say she is an amazing trainer, very giving, very sweet and professional. For the review that was rated 1 star due to their “nieces experience” working for Coastal Cookie Dough, I’m sure I’m speaking for all that ratings for business are for BUSINESS, not for personal experiences. The cookie dough was great, Kim was VERY professional, extremely sweet to the customers and is always smiling and clean, treated employees like family, best employer I’ve ever worked for!!!Come to Coastal Cookie Dough!!!

The product is delicious. However, I am giving one star because the owner was extremely unprofessional with my neice seeking employment. She spoke very badly of current and previous employees using extremely foul language. Specifically about a previous employee who apparently broke a register. Because of this my niece turned down the job opportunity and got a job elsewhere. Also want to point out that she gave my niece a smart remark about not accepting the offer. I dont blame my niece. I would not want to work for an employer with such foul language who speaks so badly about their workers.Aside from that, I do enjoy the business and the dough that they make. I just wish the owner had a better attitude for her workers and a chose better language to use around my niece.

10/10 recommend. Its literally straight fire. Also the owner is a english teacher and he is straight fire. The milkshakes be hitting different and the cookie monster outfit is fire. i think everyone should own one.
