An uncomfortably close resemblance to Lush in terms of store layout and design. Unfortunately their products do not live up to Lush’s. Their bath bombs seem very cheaply made as they don’t produce much color nor a nice fragrance….just smells very cheap alike to cleaning supplies.

Used literally ONE fingertip full to find out this is how full the container is?! Salesperson (woman) also stated it had the scoop to get it out... where? Maybe if she wasnt so PUSHY she could answer my questions truthfully!

We visited here this past Thursday night after the Cirque show. There were 2 young ladies working and no one else in the store. They were both sitting at the register. Neither greeted me when I walked in. I asked questions about products and they acted as if they didnt want to be bothered or answer questions about the products. I ended up purchasing 1 body cream I did like . They were definitely not trying to increase business or sales, they easily could have with me & I was the only customer at that time. Very disappointing. The creams are great however!

Have been hunting for this for over a year!I use it every time I bathe it exfoliates like nothing I’ve ever used before… nothing at bath & body works even comes close and it’s so gentle I can use it on my face which is very sensitive… .While vacationing I found this place & purchased 2 body scrubs that was almost two years ago!!!It has lasted me forever and I can’t find anything that even comes close to being as good!The smell is absolutely amazing- the one I got was called sexy by splash it was pink in color…I’m hoping I can call tomorrow & get a couple years supply shipped to me here in TN…So excited I found the place that makes it ❤️I had to share a review!!!!

Truly really bad. I bought a sugar scrub, body butter, 2 lip scrubs, and 2 bubble bars. The bubble bars didn’t work, AT ALL I treated one like a lush bubble bar and ran it under the water and the other one I just let soak in the water, neither made bubbles, also were filled with sparkles that aren’t biodegradable, I checked. And they’re very oily. I didn’t even want the body butter, the girl working there shoved it in my basket and followed me to check out, which was very uncomfortable. Lip scrubs are very very abrasive and taste waxy. The scrub was fine. Also no products are filled to the top of their jars. They have jars that take up more volume than they can hold and they still don’t fill them to the top. Waste of time.

We went into Splash and walked around for about ten minutes. Clerk did not greet us, offer to show us anything, or even acknowledge us and we were the only ones in there. She could not be bothered to put her phone down. We left and went to Bath and Body. They were friendly.

I bought the body cream that comes in the jar...I really love it! It is very moisturizing with a light scent which I prefer,heavily perfumed creams do not moisturize as well and Im looking for moisture! I bought the sugar exfoliator body scrub as well.,I love it too its a cleanser and exfoliator! I will be calling when Im out to see if they can send me some more

Rip off of Lush basically. Cashier was taking her nail polish off at the register and had it everywhere. Gave me the wrong change back.

Loved their products so much that I came back the day we were leaving to get more. Website said they were opening at 10 am. At noon still not open. Sad. I wanted 5 more jars

I was so excited to check this store out. There was only melt & pour soap. Everything was wrapped in cellophane and it was a mess in the store. I was disappointed to say the least.

Overpriced and new remodel looks just like bath and body works products. They also no longer have the option to customize scents. Overall a bit disappointing.

I got the Myrtle Beach scented body scrub and it does wonders for my eczema and smells amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and respectful. I will definitely be going back on my next vacation to Myrtle Beach.

I bought 2 jars of the exfoliating scrubfor my boyfriend and I . We love them . It is a little more then I wanted to pay at first . But worth the money ...

Wonderful lady who runs the place helped me out so well. She worked with me to find the right foundation and mineral that matched me and the best part ; no trans judgement! Treated me like every other customer with no discrimination! I will definitely be coming back here for my make-up from now on

Products are fantastic. But that is only if you can get what you ordered. When I was in Virginia at my best friends wedding last April. She graciously gave me the remainder of her gelato scrub because I fell in love with it. when I returned home to Louisiana I called and placed an order to be shipped to me. My order did ship quickly. But it was the wrong smell and it leaked in transport. I asked for a specific floral fragrance. Not the beach fragrance. I contacted the lady who took my order and she advised me that what was shipped was the floral fragrance. It definitely was not. I did offer to ship back my order so I may get what I ordered. She advised me that that wasnt necessary and they will ship me the correct products. After waiting a month I contacted her again and she said that she called me to get my address again. I did not receive a call from her. I even looked at my phone records. After advising her that I never received a call I gave her my address again and she said it would be shipped in a week. Another month went by. And wouldnt you know it. No package. So I contacted her again. She said she would contact the lady at the store to see when she shipped it out. After two days she called me back and said the lady at the store said she shipped it. So I proceeded to wait. After another month. No package. I contacted her twice after that and have not heard a peep. I do love the products. But I would STRONGLY advise anyone to NOT have anything shipped to them.

I used to absolutely love this store, but it is completely different now. It looks like a blend of Lush and Bath and Body Works, but with hovering and aggressive staff. I asked for an older product that really helped my daughters eczema (Myrtle beach balm), and she insisted that their new body butter with the Myrtle beach sent was the same thing despite me telling her that the consistency was completely different and that the old balm had no scent. I left without buying anything solely because of how pushy the employee was, and I won’t be back. Sad because this store was always a favorite.

Went there few times last year and I keep coming back. I really enjoy their products, the fragrances are very nice and the store looks so good after the remodeling . The people that work there are very helpful and friendly. One of my favorite shops on Broadway at the beach

Awesome!! Wonderful and so helpful manager! Was my first time at this store. My husband and I got body scrub and shower jelly amazing stuff wonderful scent!! 😍 Also got Lavelier oh my goodness I have/had laugh lines under my eyes and this made them disappear its phenomenal!! Go try it for yourselves you will be extremely happy. Im definitely going back!!! 😍

I loved these bath bombs! I dont know why they get so low ratings on here. The customer service was amazing and they even let us try a sample for free! Their bath bombs have a lot of color and smell amazing!

Bought bath bombs and bubble rings for our kids, first bubble rings Ive ever bought that didnt produce bubbles, I Could put the whole thing in and no bubbles and the bombs just put a black ring on my tub I had to scrub to get off. Lush is so much better!

This used to be my go to place for bath products and bath bombs, but now Im just mad because I opened a 4oz body butter jar and found it half full. They have changed the store dramatically since the last time I was there and it isnt the same at all. Much more expensive and its obvious that their attention to detail has gone. Plus the lady that was there when I was making my purchases last month was hovering and obsessive about every product I was touching or seemed interested in like she was desperate for the sales. I was very uncomfortable but still made a purchase but felt like I was being stalked the whole time. Ive been a regular twice a year myrtle beach visitor and this has always been one of my must go tos while in town but now I doubt Ill be returning.

Shower bombs are amazing!!!! I purchased one just to see how it would work. The shower bomb was placed in the bottom of my shower and I instantly relaxed. I will be going to buy more!!!! The active clay worked wonders as well!!! Ill be going home to tell my friend about the online store!!!

I tried Splash when I went on vacation a few years ago. I got two shower bombs, a cupcake bomb and a cup with bath salts and a little bath bomb on the top. I was happy with it other than the cupcake bomb was kinda hard to melt in the water and the prices where a little high for what you are getting. It was my first bathbomb experience and I am glad I tried it. I just hope if I ever do go back they have upped their customer service and Quality game a bit.

Bought hello kitty one for my wife on our honeymoon. Left color in tub. Had to tear wrapping off and still missed some. In the end did nothing for my wife. Ended up driving to Charleston to lush to get real ones dont waste your money.

My daughter loved the bath bombs and assorted fragrant sundries. However the smell was completely overwhelming to me so I had to hurry her up on the shopping choices.

Ended up buying lots of bath bombs. But I only got one scent. If they offered more fruity scents I would have bought more.

Absolutely awful. When I tell you these are bad, I cannot stress it enough! In South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, I went to Broadway at the beach and came across this store. I had thought it was very similar to lush, so I purchased 6 bath bombs. They had very few to choose from, and they were awfully small. Customer Service was absent the whole time I was browsing through the store, both employees ignored my sister and I. They instead elected to talk to each other in (French?) and when prompted by me they just gave me a dirty look. I finally got to pay for my items, and left. When I used their black bath bomb at home, it fizzed for 2 minutes and stopped, the color was dull and barely there, it stained my skin and my bathtub, and I can feel myself itching where it’s stained on my skin. -10/10 for an overall experience, from now on I will keep sticking with Lush, and will never put a dime to this company again😒

So stupid, my gf bought me a few things from here and her some as well and all their bath bombs did was STAIN MY BATHTUB AND MY SKIN she had WASTED HER MONEY I would say, save your money and buy a better bath bomb, soap, or whatever else is in there for a lower price and better Quality. When we had walked in there the man that was helping us kept giving us deals, when we would pick an item up he’d change the deal and would confused us. In the end, she had paid the same price as she would have with out all them deals they kept giving us. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a disappointment that me and her could have done something better with our money and time.

Literally the biggest waste of money. The bathbombs dont dissolve unless you continuously break them into smaller piece and the sugar scrub on top of the cupcake bombs is literally rock solid and has no scent. Just buy something from lush or bath and body works... dont waste anytime in here.

I Just used one of the black bath bombs from here and all it did was stain my skin black and stain my tub honestly I was really hoping these would be good. But I’m here scrubbing dye off of my body. 100% would not buy again such a waste of money

Lush cosmetics imposters minus what makes Lush Lush. Which is the ethical buying practices, knowable sales ambassadors who want to connect with others, transparency with ingredients and sourcing and beautiful products that work well too.Kind of a shame.

Brought 3 bath bombs for 16 dollars, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my money. The products did nothing to my bath but give it a weak fragrance. No soft skin or cool color changes.

I wish Id read these previous reviews before I purchased but who thinks to do that when you walk into a store on vacation and make a simple transaction. On August 22, 2017, my sister and I bought raw shea butter and CHI flatirons that were on sale. As far as I know, the shea is fine. I gave mine as a gift. However, the flatiron I received has 1 side that doesnt heat. No problem right? Ill just exchange it. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone nor have I gotten a response to my emails. I would think this business was a pick-up-and-go scam had I not walked into the store for myself. The website looks legit and apparently theyve been up and running for a while. Any retail store that does not answer phone calls is more afraid of dealing with problems and complaints than it is of losing potential sales which means complaints are the norm. As the other reviews stated, do business with more responsive stores. Ive never had a problem thus far at Bath & Body Works. The products are better quality, lower in cost and there are several locations where you can simply walk in and address your issues even if you did not get feedback online. Customer service does not exist post-sale. I cannot recommend doing business with Splash simply because if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you wont get any resolution.

I love the products I bought, the argan lotion with baby powder fragrance and coconut butter cream are wonderful. Wish I had bought more.

Not worth the outrageous price. If you are going to pay that much go with lush. Ring around the tub, and wouldnt even dissolve all the way. Chunks of pink were stuck in the tub even after I ran the shower to try and rinse it. The sprinkles are real chocolate too... I needed to wash the chocolate off me after the bath. And they dont do refunds apparently. Just told me I can get some other product instead. After a not so pleasant store experience with the rude employees the first time, I have no desire to go back and shop there.

Bought 3 Shea creams that were supposed to be 4 Oz. I get back to home from vacation and they were all filled 1/2 filled if that. On weight 2.15 Oz, 2 Oz and on was 2.75oz.

Wouldnt even give them a 1 star but you have to give at least a star to leave a review. This is a very untrustworthy business with questionable products. We were at myrtle beach and stopped in the store. Tried a product liked it and when we got home and wanted more tried to order from them with the information from their business card. Never got the order although the money has been withdrawn for weeks now. Have called and emailed and called. No one has ever gotten back to us and when we call the shop they give us the runaround about the order people not being in blah blah blah. Think this business and their website is a scam and would not EVER order from them again and leaving this review to try and help dissuade others from supporting this type of place with your hard earned money.Update:So after never having emails answered and talking to the 4th person over the phone, they finally tell me they are having trouble getting an ingredient for the product I tried to order, although their website said nothing about the product being backordered etc. and the money has already been paid. So at this point I really just want my money back. I dont care that much about their product if its this much trouble to get. So this is the second person Ive talked to on the phone now that says they have to let the owners know so they can be the ones to give the refund. The last person says the owners are on vacation will have to let them know, this person just says have to have their permission Ill let them know blah blah blah. So basically have gotten nowhere and at this point am just fighting this because its bad business practice.Update 2: So still have never heard back from Splash. Still have not received any sort of compensation such as a Hey, Sorry. Their excuse is they are looking for an ingredient to one of the items ordered and cant find it. Too bad I figure thats a lie because I was myself able to go online and find that very ingredient.....
