The sales associate was very pleasant and accommodating. He matched my requested color perfectly to my color chip. I also was made to feel very much appreciated.

Troubles finding the paints used in my home construction when I was told they had each house in our development that they could easily deliver exterior and interior colors and textures. Stores need to communicate better with needed information.

I shop at my local store about 3 times a year for personal use. The associate is always helpful and knowledgeable about their products and never try to sell me things I do not need. I would highly recommend Sherwin Williams for the homeowner or professional.

If inventory was kept up to meet the demands of the contractors and homeowners that would be much better. The last few times that I have gone into Sherwin Williams(several locations) I was not able to fulfill my shopping lists.

This applies to all Sherwin Williams locations, not just this one. They advertise sales that are not really sales. Their standard prices are ridiculously high and then are still above their competitors even after applying their sales discounts. This is a very shady practice in my opinion. The people and store at this location were fine but the pricing games really turned me off of buying Sherwin Williams paint in the future.
