Excellent work. Knowledgeable, clean work. Respectful of your home and furnishings. Complicated system upgrade from legacy system. Seamless setup and instructions. Inset Frame TV into wall, surround sound speakers also inset. Professional appearance. Wires, modem, and router all well hidden from view, but function extremely well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

Jesse and the staff are great to work with. They hooked up speakers, fixed my remote issues, enhanced my sound system, and hooked me up with a portable speaker that I can move all around. Custom work needs to be scheduled, but they showed on time, and took the time needed to do the job right. They follow up nicely.

Had them install 3 tvs on the walls as well as a Sonos Arc sound bar. The techs were outstanding. Very polite and neat. They made sure everything was working right before they left. And a big point for my wife and I, they wore masks while they worked. I would highly recommend this company for all of your home theater needs. This is an additional comment. The Sonos Arc sound bar is absolutely fantastic.

I had AVPI install the audio/video equipment in my house while i was having it built and they did a fantastic job. I recently finished the room above my garage and had Jeff come to hook up the internet and enhance the wireless capability in that room. He did a great job. Would definitely recommend him and AVPI.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Drove here from NC as Im interested in in-ceiling speaker/installation for a home we are currently building. Nobody home......Called the phone number on line and the female said, We are normally open today but today were closed. I said, WHAT?No notice on the window and the web page has this business OPEN.I would NEVER trust this company to enter my NEW home to conduct any work.

Jeff did a great job re-mounting our existing mount and tv. He utilized some of the holes we had previously drilled for a smaller tv to cut down on the amount of holes in our stone fireplace- much appreciated. He was able to come earlier than our scheduled appointment time, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Would definitely use this company again.

I wanted to write a positive review of AV Performance Innovations. This is the second project that they have helped me with and I could not be more pleased. I needed to have wire run from my receiver to my rear speakers. (A real PITA with cathedral ceilings and no basement.) I spoke to Jessie on the phone and as promised, Bill called me right back and we agreed on a date and time. Jeff arrived a few minutes early. Out of courtesy, I suppose, he did not knock on our door until our scheduled time. He covered his shoes and proceeded to traverse the maze of cables, duct work and wires in our attic quite stealthily, and ran the speaker cables up one wall, across the top of our vaulted ceiling and down though the opposite wall. Before moving my audio system and furniture back into place, he swept up the surprisingly little debris that was created. I’m a little embarrassed to say that the house was actually cleaner when he left.As I said at the outset, everyone that I have dealt with at AV-PI has been professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them a third time.

Have been working with AV Performance since we moved into our new home last year. We first contacted them to install some smart lighting in our home as well as having a few TVs hung and connecting our surround sound system after we moved in. We then had a large project in our backyard which included having AV Performance add Sonos outdoor systems as well as indoor speakers that has resulted in an incredible, integrated experience. Jesse and Jeff have truly been wonderful to work with. Jesse is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He helped develop the plans for our outdoor project as it related to entertainment and he was right in everything he recommended. What is best is that Jesse does not over sell! He makes it clear what options you have and lets the customer decide on the final product. Jeff, the installer, is about as good as it gets. He installed numerous Lutron Caseta switches, TVs, Sonos Seakers and the outdoor systems as well as putting together our previously owned surround sound system. Anytime he ran into difficulty he was able to figure it out. I would highly recommend AV Perfomance as their pricing is fair and their service tremendous!

Bring the popcorn and be prepared to stay a while because this is a dynamite place! This place has a room set up so you can hear great sound and see the quality of items and workmanship even before you buy! And dont worry if youre technology challenged because thats what these guys are here for. I know this because I may be slightly younger than your grandmother and this new stuff perplexes me and I was the one who used to set the clocks on VCRs if you can remember what those are. These guys have it going on! Love the store! They carry from the very affordable items to the expensive so theres plenty to choose from for any budget. Theyve done right by me and they have never made me feel stupid. They are located in a quiet mall right now and I bet their place is probably one of the best attractions there but dont let that stop you from checking them out. I did business with them prior to opening a store and its much easier to see all the products in one place. Most importantly is their service. Theres nothing like their cleanliness on the job. I have all my tvs wall mounted by them with all hidden wires and boxes. I love the clean look and I didnt have to worry if plugs or outlets were close enough. They took care of everything! These guys have my vote! Ive had them back a few more times to do different things and I havent been disappointed yet. I know I should have kept this small company a secret because I dont want their prices to go up!! But, I have to say, these guys deserve it!

AV Performance Innovations is an outstanding business run by true Professionals. I had the distinct pleasure of dealing directly with the owner Jesse Cochran back in August of last year when I bought the incredible Denon AVR-X8500H Receiver. I prefer dealing with Custom local businesses as opposed to big chains when purchasing high end equipment and Jessie did not disappoint. He won me over with his comprehensive knowledge of the AV Industry and his willingness to respond to my barrage of e-mails. He even ordered the Denon Receiver early so it was at his shop when I finally got my hands on the funds to purchase it. He took a big chance on me by doing that and gave me a great deal. Im very loyal to great Customer Service which brought me back to AV Performance Innovations for my latest purchase and installation of a new Samsung 82 Q8FN QLED 4K TV along with the Sony UBP-X1000ES 4K UHD Blu-Ray Player.Jesse actually came to my house for the installation along with the installer Jeff Baker. Jeff is an amazing installer with a vast knowledge of all equipment installed and the Denon setup I already had. I told him exactly how high I wanted the bottom of the TV to clear my current TV stand and where I wanted it centered in relation to my couch. Thats not an easy task to accomplish with an 82 TV and he mounted it exactly as I asked down to the inch. It was incredible to watch him work and I was impressed that he actually measured from one wall to the center of my couch and the other wall to the center of where the TV was going to be mounted. Previous installers Ive dealt with relied on eyeballing instead of measuring with less than spectacular results.Once the TV was installed, both Jesse & Jeff walked me through the setup on my TV and the Sony Blu-Ray Player. Jesse also went above and beyond a typical TV installation by tuning my audio setup with the Denon and my Definitive Technology speakers. He tweaked my subs for a much tighter Bass improving the overall sound of my system. They truly are an incredible team and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional installation at a reasonable cost. Ill be going back to them in the near future for my Dolby Atmos height speakers.I am a Customer for life and Im so glad I took a chance on this great business after finding them online searching for a Denon Receiver. I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse Cochran at a home show in Myrtle Beach. Whitin minutes of our conversation he agreed to come to my home and help me tweak my sound system in my media room. I have been involved in the HI-FI world for over 45 years and am very happy to have found an expert in the field. Its not easy keeping up with the fast changing world of technology but the employees at AV Performance are there to help you stay in the game. While Jesse was at my home he helped me to adjust the settings on my McIntosh MX121. He has a trained ear for how things should sound and was VERY patient to get my room to sound better. I had AVPI installed new 65 Sony tv, panamax 5300 line conditioner and the Anthem avm60, set up everything flawlessly and extremely clean, did ARC which is Anthems acoustic room correction, the sound is nothing short of incredible. If you need any equipment audio/video, I highly recommend AVPI to be your service installers. They also have a store in the Myrtle BEACH mall so you can see first hand what they offer, demo various audio formats and talk to highly knowledgeable experts. Thanks to AVPI, I am enjoying home theater at a new level.
