First timer, here. I ordered a 16 oz 3x Americano (w/ caramel and cream, if y’all were curious) and it was well made! {I worked at a drive thru coffee shop in the Seattle area a few years ago, so I’m picky about my coffee!} Dutch Bros = no; Starbucks = definitely no; Human Bean = eh, if there is no other choice. Flying M and Moxie are so far the best in the area. Espresso pulled well, smooth and rich. Not watery or bitter. Sweetness was just right- not a “candy bar” drink. I don’t care about fast (food) service, or even if the baristas bend over backwards for me. As long as you’re nice and you make excellent drinks, I will be coming back! I understand being short staffed is an issue everywhere, however, one out of the 2 girls working seemed like she hated having a job. She did not smile, nor acknowledge our smiles to her when we made eye contact, she was very grumpy and actually did not speak to the other girl. It took a long time for our 2 coffees and I felt like we were ruining grumpy girls day because she had to make the drinks. The coffee was good but expensive. 1st time going, probably wont try again.

Great local coffee, personally I feel they make the best hot coffee. Their coffee tastes delicious and fresh, not heavy tasting. They have pastries as well which are good. Nice break from other big name coffee places around. Stores need updating, but it appears clean.

The team here does such a great job. They are always courteous and go above and beyond to keep the place clean and organized. My fav coffee shop in nampa!

Awesome service and great atmosphere

I have been frequenting all of the Nampa locations for many years, however I wont likely be going back to this location any time soon due to the fact that each time Ive gone to this shop recently none of the employees wore masks.Its perfectly fine if this business chooses to not require masks, that is their right; I am not necessarily suggesting that be changed. I am only sharing this because I thought it might be helpful to know that some of your frequent customers are bummed about this choice and dont feel comfortable coming in any longer.Thank you for always being friendly, but health and safety needs to be a priority as well.

I come here weekly but wont be coming back. I ordered two large white chocolate mochas with one added flavor and 2 extra shots in one. By my math this 4.95 per drink, .50 each drink extra for flavor and 1.20 extra for the two shots. The girl charged me 19.88. I told her it was an incorrect amount and she decided to argue about it, it is Sunday and the morning church people were waiting so I let it go. But I will never be back to this location. This is nampa 12th and greenhurst. This was around 10 am

2 Stars. Pretty much as expected for a strip mall coffee shop.Here is my first and last experience:The two girls behind the counter seemed disintetested and we not friendly. They made my drink wrong.WiFi didnt workTiny space that didnt give any comfort; the small handful of seats are more decorations than an invitation to do work or study.All I kept thinking was -Shoulda gone to Flying M...- Where I ended up after this no-plus experiment.Wont go back.Wouldnt recommend unless you are shopping at Albertsons and dont want to wait in line at Dutch Brothers.Strip mall coffeeshops always disappoint.

I had THE best hazelnut mocha today!! So creamy and full of flavor...just the right amount of sweetness!! Will definitely be back for this yummy treat!!😍

Moxie Java is a great place to get a cup of nice warm tea or coffee and a huge delicious 😋 muffin.

A great little coffee shop, featuring a rotating variety of house blends, seasonal drinks, and baked goods. Friendly service, and no mask requirement, make this a place to celebrate your freedom. Free wireless internet and good country music in the background make this my favorite little place to relax or get some work done. My hat off to Sami, the owner!P.S. The virus COVID-19 has a 99.99x% recovery rate (depending on your age). This is not a pandemic, or even a public health risk. I like to see smiles instead of diapers on peoples faces at a coffee shop.

Our work always gets coffee on Thursdays :) Normally they are good, but I have asked for whip and dont get it. I also got one a couple weeks ago and everyone at work agreed it tasted burnt, the employee said it was her caramel flavoring but my coworkers get caramel that tastes good all the time.I love the morning glory muffins tho and the friendliness of the staff! Hopefully next time my order will come together and make up for all the bad :)

My family loves going to Moxie. They have an incredible selection of non-coffee drinks. The service is always top notch and I had a breakfast burrito from there that was really good.

Prompt friendly service. Clean and well maintained. Excellent mochas using the tastiest chocolate milk. Very good coffee. The only thing this location needs is more weekend customers. Ive never had to wait to order on a Saturday or Sunday.

This is my girlfriends favorite place to get coffee on her way into work in the morning, and so when Im in town, I will usually accompany her. The coffee is always fresh, and the service is always top notch. Will continue to keep showing up

Love the coffee, but you are driving customers to other coffee places with the lack of speed. Not having working intercoms or people walking the line and taking orders has led to me leaving for somewhere else several times in the last months. Last week I waited over 20 minutes before I left and there were only 2 people in line ahead of me. They make my drinks one at a time, I order 2 every day. They could steam the milk for both at the same time. It is so frustrating especially when I have been a moxie patron for years in Boise and always had a great experience only to move to Caldwell and be forced to go to a. Gain whose coffee isn’t near as good but can get me out the door in less than 10 minutes, allows me to use gift cards, has an effective ordering system and cares about their customers time.

Our favorite coffee place in Nampa. Friendly, knowledgable and very personable employees. A real part of the community. Sammy and her team are awesome.

When I went in there was only one person working and a line of customers. I left and came back 20 minutes later to a long line and one person working who didnt even look up at me. So I left without buying anything...

Coffee is delicious! Not the best place to do homework because there is not that many outlets and there is not that much space to do work. This is personally important to me in a coffee shop which is why I gave it four stars.

For years I have been going to dutch bros but then I started going to moxie Java and this specific location, but for the last month I have been pretty disappointed because I have gone in there and the employees have been really rude and not very nice, between giving the wrong coffee, not filling them all the way up, and telling me that in a mocha you dont put coffee in it which is incorrect, because I went in to get a Butterfinger Mocha and the girl had made it and I asked her if she put coffee in it and she told me no, she said only if you ask for coffee in it which is wrong. She should know what to put in a mocha. At one point I went in there about 15 minutes to close and she had a very bad attitude towards me because I came in before then and made the italian soda wrong so I had gone back in and all she said was oh and put half of what we already had in the old cup into a new cup with some more flavoring, I am not very happy with this place, it makes me not want to go into there anymore because the attitudes and not making the drinks right and back talking to there guest whom they should be treating right which they arent. This issue needs to be resolved, because im about to stop going into there.

This particular coffee shop used to be my favorite one in Nampa, but for the past month i have had some pretty disappointing experiences. For instance, writing a disrespectful message on the side of the cup, or getting a coffee that isnt even full when i buy it. I dont want to spend my hard-earned money on 3/4 of a cup of coffee. I believe this shop has room for improvement right now and that goes especially for the people working there day-to-day.
