Today we picked up a 2022 Honda civic EX sedan in meteorite gray from Mitch Matsumoto! These things are hard to find, with widespread shortages...Mitch and his boss, Solomon, located one from another dealer and made it happen in less than a week from my first contact...other Honda dealers had us on a waiting list until January 2022...Mitch was honest and friendly and wanted to make the whole process as painless as possible...our payment ended up being less than was quoted over the phone which was awesome... these guys are down to earth, customer service professionals and I think you wont be sorry if you give them a chance to get you into a new or used car! Called about a 2021 White Honda Civic Sport advertised for $24,500. Guy takes my number and never calls back. One hour later the price magically changes to $26,490. $2000 more than advertised online. Dealership shows lack of honesty. Would not recommend. Bait and switch at its best!

The service department staff is bully and judgmental. I don’t go to this place for service anymore. I took my brand new car for a concern I had with the engine. I took it several times for inspection, when this one guy at the front counter started accusing me of being frivolous just because he had seen me at the service department several times. I asked if he was the owner or the attorney of the dealership. Of course he didn’t answer. He was just an employee. I told him I had all the right to voice my concerns because of the warranty. I regret buying a honda. It has not even been three years when my car has had several recalls; one the gas tank, and recently with the transmission.

My car had basically every problem a car can have.I was running on bald tires, old transmission fluid, bad brakes, etc. Very responsible of me, I know.Anyways, I took it to Kastner Honda’s service department yesterday and got 4 brand new tires, alignment, new transmission fluid, new brakes, and several other issues resolved.Dan, who assisted me at the front, was very helpful and informative. I actually got my car back the same day and everything was quite reasonably priced. Everyone at Kastner Honda is very courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Was looking a used HRV the guy said he couldnt negotiate price because someone was gonna come buy that same car cash the next day. (Sales man lies😂) He then tried to sell me cars I didnt want. A week later the HRV is still for sale, took my business to Avery Greene Honda.

Nice, clean service department. Watch out for up selling and recommended 5k mile oil change that factory says is not necessary.Also, change your own cabin filters, no tools required.

Then Adam took care of us the second time only because Al wasnt there :( (he told us the next day he would have come in on his day off for us ... What a guy! ) and Adam was great too. I asked for a simple oil, lube, filter and agreed to having the battery changed in my key. When I got the estimate I thought, man, prices have really gone up! I thought the way the estimate was, was the way it had to be done. I get that I should have asked questions because I did not understand the estimate, and I did not. I think Honda has the responsibility to let the customer know what is on the estimate, and what that covers. Kaster did things that were NOT needed. If the customer service guy had explained what was on the estimate I would have declined all that was on the estimate except what I had asked for. Very poor customer service. So disappointed.

OMG I love this place. Soloman, Adam, Mike went totally above and beyond to get the car of color and model I wanted. They are so awesome and patient and aim to please!! I just bought my first Honda CR-V from them on 3/31/17 and I could not of asked for better service! I can not say enough good things about the service there.
