I am thankful that my tire was fixed. It took a long time to get the tire fixed. I went by the day before and the service tech said i should arrive tomorrow at 4 pm I arrived the next day near the time the service department recommended to have the tire patched. To find I had an hour wait and after the the with was done it was $40 for a tire patch. I paid $38 each for the new tire when I purchase them new.

I have to say the men at this establishment were amazing! I called that morning regarding a flat tire and I was told I could bring right in. As soon as I got there I was greeted and my car was taken in. They were quick honest and fair and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was got back on the road. I was updated frequently about the progress and how they felt was the best route to go. They explained everything clearly to me and I really appreciated that. Everyone was friendly and made me feel real comfortable and safe. Thank you guys for all that you did for me.

I had a great experience yesterday. On Tuesday I got my battery replaced and oil changed at my dealer and they never went over the inspection with me. I found what needed to be replaced and called big o for help and they told me to come down so I did. I looked at the inside of my car and they showed me that the serpentine belt was cracked and that the brake fluid was dirty. I was in and out before an hour was done. Thanks for a the help Mike!!!!

I own several vehicles that I have to maintain both for personal and professional use. I called a few small business to try and get a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Several places couldn’t accommodate that, but when I called Big O Tired they were able to get me in quickly.When I arrived I was impressed with their safety measures and how quickly they checked me in. Eric and his crew at Big O are by the by far the best choice around for wheel/tire or any other vehicle maintenance.I had two tires each with a puncture, was told everything was unfixable and had to replace all 4 tires since I have an AWD car. Eric took one look at my tires and new how many miles they had on them, and said that he could patch each tire for $30 instead of buying a while set of tires for $850. (Also found me a new set for $750 if patches weren’t possible.)Long story short Big O saved me $800. I’ll never go anywhere again.Thanks guys!

Walked in and immediately they took my car in and gave me a ride home. In about 1 hour they called with the details of the repair work needed for my car. They were half the price of the dealer. They repaired my car and were finished in a couple hours. Great service and nice courteous staff. I will come again to have my breaks done.

EXCELLENT!Went in for brakes because another shop in Napa told me I needed them but were going to charge me $400 for them. I called this place and it turns out that I was going to be charged for things I didn’t even need like new calipers which would raise the regular price to $200. No wonder it was $400!Then they told me after an inspection that I didn’t even need new brakes, that they didn’t need to be replaced till later, so I actually only got charged $100 for them to clean them up.Big O saved me $300! Man that’s crazy. Thank you so much to that team, I will definitely be returning for my auto needs

We took my daughters car in to get an oil change. Oil change as far as we can tell went great. During the inspection we got a phone call that the CV axle boot was torn and needed to be changed out. We were informed it would be just under $475. I told them that I would have to check and see but I would call them back in 30 minutes and let them know for sure if we would be using them to do this. After some quick checking I found the CV axle runs between $45 and $75 for an aftermarket part. So I called them back and told him just the oil change and the tire rotation would be fine we would take care of the rest. When I arrived at Big O to pick up the car they said that the cheapest they could find the part was $180. I asked if it was an oem and he said no it was an aftermarket. Im not sure where the price difference comes in I do understand shop markups, but this mark up seems extremely high. I know that there are upsells that happen but the pricing does not seem good. Make sure if youre using these guys to double check before you authorize any additional work to make sure that youre not being oversold. Super happy with the oil change and the tire rotation though and overall very nice guys.

Great communication and timely service. I scheduled to drop my trailer off to have the tires replaced. When I arrived they had the tires ready to go and the work was done quickly and professionally. I will be coming back for any future service work when I’m in the area. Thank you BIG O Team!

I unexpectedly needed a new car battery today. I called and Eric, the Manager, checked if they had the battery in stock. Big O had the battery-I literally drove to their business -on a Saturday!- and was back in my car with a new battery in 30 minutes!! Alex, the service mechanic, conducted an analysis to check the alternator and system. I felt confident that a new battery was the correct service that I needed. The work was fast, thorough, and efficient. A pleasant car service experience in Napa! I have been bringing my cars here for over 30 years. Big O is a reliable, local business!!

I’ve been taking my car here for about 3 years now. Eric is super nice! They have sales for oil changes which is great and convenient. The first time I went there everyone was so nice to me, loved the energy.

Eric at Big O is the absolute best! He has worked on my car for years now and I will only go to him. He won’t convince you that you need parts, and never tried to up-sell me or anyone. Would recommend calling ahead because they tend to be busy. But will never take my car anywhere else!

Been taking my cars here for years for all service needs - a 20 year old BMW and a 15 year old Lexus. Knowledgeable, honest and fast. Eric, the shop manager, is attentive to details and runs a tight ship. He goes the extra mile whenever needed and is especially helpful in discussing whats urgent vs what can wait.

Big O Tires in Napa helped me with my Tesla. I thought I needed a new tire, but when Big O’s employee inspected it, only a patch was necessary. The employee and manager were overheard by me, agreeing in conversation they should have on hand a set of 4 tire to accommodate future Tesla clients in need. As a current client, I am happy with their prompt fix, integrity, and good work ethic. As a future client possibly needing 4 new tires, I’ll go to Big O in Napa.

Came in with a flat tire and in need of an oil change. Eric checked my tires and noticed 3/4 were ripping :( he was able to take care of me even though it was in the afternoon. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I’ve been going to Big O for 10 years and they always give me great service and I leave feeling safe knowing that my car is ready to go.

Eric and his crew were extremely helpful when I needed new tires and new tire sensors. He made sure I was aware of a discount on specific sets of tires and other promotions that were currently available. His team was very punctual and professional and they were able to fit me into their schedule and complete the job same day. Whenever I have to deal with car issues, it’s usually a bit intimidating and stressful for me. I recently needed brake work as well as all new tires. When I called Big O Tires to explain my situation, I was asked to bring my car in to get it looked at and that no appointment was necessary! I brought it in on MLK Monday (they were actually open!!), my car was inspected, and I received a written estimate (which I thought would be higher than it was). Due to my own scheduling issues I wasn’t able to bring it in to actually be worked on until the following Monday, but again there was no appointment necessary! They had my car for about half of the day. It was ready for me when I went to pick it up, no hassle! All my dealings were with Eric at the front counter, who has amazing customer service, on the phone and in person! He made the experience a smooth one!!

Great customer service! Eric balanced and rotated all 4 tires on my truck at a very reasonable price. He advised me that my shocks needed replacement but didn’t pressure me. I thought about it overnight and made an appointment for the shocks the next morning. In and out when promised, again fairly priced and friendly service. I was traveling through and was treated like a local. Recommend without hesitation.

I came in for a simple oil change and left with 4 new tires at a great price. Come to find out my tires were falling apart and Eric, whom I assume is the manager, hooked me up with a very generous deal.Normally going to an auto shop I feel like Im being sheisted into shady deals but I didnt get that vibe at all here. He personally took me out to the garage, showed me the problem, and most importantly, didnt pressure me to make any decision right away. He came inside with me and printed me out a receipt for total expenses for the new tires and the oil change with no other suspicious or outrageous charges.After seeing what a great deal it was and how genuinely friendly this gentleman was being, I just couldnt say no. For someone who doesnt normally take the time to write these things I just had to do my part in making sure people know that these guys are trustworthy and not shady like other places Ive been to.Overall it was a pleasantly refreshing experience compared to my past experiences at other shops and I will 10/10 be taking my business here from now on when I need my car taken care of for a fair price. Unprofessional, rude, and borderline belligerent shop manager intercepted me in the parking lot to tell me that he does not have tires, without me uttering one word about tires, for my truck . All I needed is tire rotation but I was berated and pushed away without even being asked what exact service I needed . Inferior business model and poor attitude toward customers. Great price and service while on a long weekend in Napa! Found a nail in my tire, and ultimately needed to replace 3 tires in my AWD BMW vehicle as a safety precaution before our 500 mile drive home from Napa - and I decided on Friday evening to get the work done. I was a bit concerned as the confirmation email stated that I needed to wait for an additional confirmation from the store and was concerned the work would not be able to be performed before we had to leave Napa on Sunday morning. Thankfully, I woke up to an email from Eric with an update, and that he would be able to get the work done with a deposit to pick-up the tires from the warehouse, etc. I confirmed with him after getting my day started, and he and his team delivered. He also guided me to getting the best deal on the tires and alignment via Groupon or other coupons out there, which was greatly appreciated! Thanks to the team, and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Napa!

I went to Big O excited to get brand new Pirelli run flats for a great deal. One day after the install the TPMS light came on, I refilled the tires with air and the light stayed on. I went in and they said it was just a matter of needing to press the computer reset button. The attendant pressed the button, the light went off and they didn’t look at the tires at all. While moving cross country my back passenger tire failed completely after only being on my car for 1,000 miles and only a week. I was left skidding into the shoulder and waiting two hours for Triple A and paying over $200 to be towed.I can’t attest to any other location but this Napa location could not be bothered to look at my tires after I specifically told them the problems and I was put in a dangerous situation where I could have been seriously injured. Do not go here, I only hope that I can now get my tire paid for as I my car waits in a shop in Wyoming 200 miles from the nearest Big O.

Went in for brake replacement but they told me the brakes were fine (the squealing was from the rotors and it wouldnt make sense to replace those until the pads needed changing). They honored my coupon for a synthetic oil change. And they replaced my cabin air filter and rear light for free (I had already purchased the parts elsewhere). They were awesome....will return!
