After trying to work with our local Subaru dealer for work and finding they couldnt event see our car for service for weeks, we checked with Hanlees in Napa. What a surprise! They took care of what we needed quickly and we event scheduled an elective service that they also did quickly and professionally. Highly Recommended!
These guys are pure slime. I sent my car in for a recall and decided to do some maintenance. Whatever maintenance they did caused my alarm to go off. They then tried to charge to me extra to correct the alarm going off. I reminded the manager I came in for the recall and gave them business when I didnt have to and I shouldnt be charged for a new issue they created. He fought me tooth and nail when all I wanted was to not deal with an issue I had in the first place. He eventually backed down, but not after getting heated with me. DO NOT SHOP/GET WORK DONE at Hanlees Subaru.
I had just moved out here and went in for an oil change for my Subaru. I made an appointment, and the oil change still took 90 minutes at 10am in the morning. They also recommended I changed my engine air filter. The process “would only take a couple minutes” the labor fee was $30, nearly double the oil change labor cost. I will not return to this place for service.
The workers here are very disorganized at this place. I called this place and gave them my information because I was interested in a car. They said that they would give my information to someone else and that they would call us back the next day. The day after, they never called us back and I had to call them consecutive times. I came to the dealer on Sunday and they said the car that I wanted was sold yesterday and they never called us about the car that I wanted. I came to the dealer and it was gone. They never called me back and I was disappointed with the staff as a whole. They sold the car that I said that I was interested in days before they sold it to someone else, and they never called me back about the car the day after.
I have always had immediate and excellent service!
A dealership who has been around a LONG Time in the Napa marketplace and formerly was a family owned and operatedJensen Motors. Hanlees acquired them and they did make some changes. I have purchased (3) three Suburus from them over the years (Jensen and Hanlees) and find their sales and service departments to be fair. Worked with Rick Hayes who has been there it seems FOREVER.
Overall experience with Hanlees Napa Subaru was a disappointing one. To begin, I inquired about a vehicle they had listed online for decent price. I received an email back from Rick who offered me an even better price on it! I told Rick Id be coming down from Sacramento around noon if he would be there. Well, I arrived on Saturday around 12:20 and spoke with Rick, test drove the car, everything was great. Then after getting a bite to eat, I returned within an hour and Rick took off for his vacation, knowing I spoke with him beforehand and drove from Sacramento to speak with him specifically. I was passed off to Ron, and we worked out a deal on my trade in value. The whole time he kept walking around between multiple customers commenting on on how long they had until making into he finance office. Once I had reviewed the numbers, I thought we were close to a deal if we could just make an adjustment to the financing length. With the lack of time Ron seemed to have for me, I figured Id head home and sleep on it and come back the next day. I was then hit with the Its now or never on this deal. (When I first met Ron he said to me, The thing Im not gonna do is twist your arm.) As he proceeds to twist my arm with Its now or never all while walking around like I wasnt worth his time. I spoke with the Sales Manager today and come to find out, Rick made a mistake and quoted me the wrong price on the vehicle, explaining the reason for the now or never deal. Now I walk away without my new car, and feeling let down by the brand and very disappointed in the integrity of this dealership. Rather than owning up to their mistake, I feel they purposely gave me bad service so that I would walk away from the car and they wouldnt have to honor the deal.Ill attach the picture of the deal we came to for reference...
Am I happy about my purchase of a new Subaru? A resounding yes. I’ve owned Subarus ever since I started driving and will continue to do so. Am I happy about the attitude of the finance manager? Absolutely not. Don’t get me wrong the sales reps were all out amazing and did a great job of communicating everything. However, the when came down to signing papers the experience changed. I understand sales and the need to sell extended warranties to keep the business model afloat but that doesn’t excuse the rude nature of the finance manager. As soon as it was found that I wasn’t interested in the extended warranty all professionalism when out the door. He went from kind of nice to basically get out of my office. Would not recommend this dealership just because of that experience. By all means buy a Subaru, but buy one elsewhere.
I took my truck to go get an oil change and I came back with the same oil and the same filter two times already. I recommend to check ur oil before u leave if your gunna get ur oil change or anything else check before leaving
Service department was on point! So friendly and efficient! Be careful though, they give you a loaner of a 2021 model that is so brilliant and delightful to drive itll make you want one!
Ron Cooper, the gentlemen who helped with my new car purchase is very friendly, professional and straight forward. whole process is easy and stress free. no playing mind games whatsoever. highly recommended to see Ron if you need a new car purchase!
This review is for the service center for the dealership. If I could give them more stars, I would.I have a 2017 Outback. Last of the good ones.My second time going there for regular oil change and tire rotation last year, they called saying they noticed a leak in my engine. The leak was still under the Subaru warranty so the repair was free and they gave me a loaner car for the week.Next time I went in, I had done some light off roading since the last oil change. Ended up damaging my axle. There was a miscommunication about the repairs and price and they had called Subaru HQ to give me a goodwill discount. I didnt even have to ask for it or call them out on it. They did the right thing without me having to guilt them.Im moving out of state and Im going to severely miss this dealership. I felt they actually cared about my car being in good shape and actually do proper inspections and went above and beyond. The whole team has always been very courteous and helpful :)Thanks, Hanlees!
Dont shop here!!!! I negotiated a price on a 2021 Subaru Forester and scheduled a time to pick it up on a Saturday. The same morning they texted me to say they could no longer honor the quote they sent me via email. The new asking price was $1400 above what the sales person and I agreed on. Unprofessional and shady business practice. Dont give these guys your business!
We came from Sac to buy our Subaru Outback here. The sales Rep and also finance manager at Hainless in Napa were very pleasant and knowledgeable and made our decision easy to purchase a car here. I can really recommend this place and would buy again from Hainless.
Great service!! Many thanks to Carlos he was very helpful ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ this is the second car we buy here. -Great team-
Great sales no pressure, fast loan process, very happy with whole experience.
I had been in the market for a Subaru Forester for a long time and after much research we went with Hanlees. Cherry was by far the best sales person I had ever met. I had bought two cars previously and had never met anyone like Cherry she was Super friendly and super formative. Not once did she pressure us into buying a car. I recommend everyone if you go to Hanlees ask for Cherry she is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Great place. Great service. Great experience
Just purchased a new 2020 Subaru Forester. I worked with Ron, who was easy going and informative. He was easily accessible to answer my questions and worked with me throughout the process. He didnt make me feel pressured to buy like other car salesmen. Highly recommend him!
Great experience at Hanlees Napa Subaru. First time car buyer here. I was in the market for a 2020 Forester and after contacting multiple dealerships Hanlees was the most responsive. I had great service from Ron and Mike, both were extremely helpful and informative. After a short amount time I was driving away with my new Forester. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership in the future.
I took my Forester in for an airbag recall and they put everything back together very poorly and they broke my stereo. I took in to get it fixed and things are still not back and working to how they were before I brought in in for the airbags. I will be taking into a different shop when I can find the time.
Always an amazing experience
All the departments have provided us excellent service every time we go. We drive 40 minutes to have them service our car rather than use the local Subaru dealer. It is worth the extra time and effort.
We had a great experience purchasing our used car from Hanlees Napa. Victoria was very communicative and easy to work with. We love our car and feel like we got a great deal compared to other dealerships in the Bay Area.
Great service! Big thanks to the Finance Guy! I really appreciated his honesty and how well he worked his magic to get me the price I wanted. Thank you!
Quick Highlights: Responsive, Quick, Attentive, Low Price, Family Owned Feel, Great Overall ExperienceThe Hanlees Team, especially Cherry, embody the slogan Love, its what makes Subaru a SubaruI had been in the market for a Subaru Forester for about a year. I had done extensive research on exactly what I wanted and what I should be expecting. Last month I was in the process of closing on a used vehicle from a different dealer in the bay area, and had to walk out for various reasons. I cant be thankful enough I did.I began my search again when Subaru had new incentives. I emailed a number of dealers with varying amounts of success. Then I received an email from Cherry, and what a God-send she was. She had immediate response time and kept me updated as I endlessly asked for clarifying questions. I thought I received a good offer from another dealer and then Cherry let me know that they were able to match that deal on a beautiful new car. I was apprehensive to drive in because it felt like it was a too good to be true scenario. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not. When I walked into the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Cherry. She walked me out to see the car and answered all my questions. I went for a test drive and I knew I wanted this car. We walked back into the dealer and she confirmed the quote price, and she worked on the paper work. This process took maximum 20 minutes. Which was very appreciated. Once everything was confirmed Cherry sent me over to Mike for financing. Cherry was such a kind and helpful sales woman. I cannot thank her enough for the help. If you are looking to buy a new car reach out to Cherry.Mike continued to expedite the process. He was no nonsense and no funny business, traits I did not expect to experience from financing managers. He offered a few different extended warranties at competitive prices, while I did not purchase all of them I did thoroughly appreciate the educating discussion. After about an hour in total from walking in the door to finishing the paperwork, I was driving home in my new 2020 Subaru Forester Sport, with the added luxury of eyesight to make the drive a joy. Thanks to Cherry, Mike, and the entire Hanlees team this will not be the last vehicle I buy from the Hanlees dealership.
Mike was awesome and got my car back quickly 😁
If there was another place closer I would go there instead
Great experience with service staffs but the shop needs updated to be competitive with other modern looking repair shop.
This started as a 5 star review but unfortunately deteriorated quickly. I originally took my car in for 60k service, and I was very happy with the experience. They said my car had some possible oil seepage so they put some dye in the oil and to bring it back in 300-500 miles. So after about 350 miles I brought the car back. Indeed something on the scavenger pump appears to be seeping a little oil. So I waited there for about 1.5 hours for a quote, finally went to ask service guy if I could just get it over the phone, as I needed to get back to work. No problem he said, in fact Subaru would cover part of the cost, if not all of it, as the car just went out of warranty... So far so good, except this was Friday and Monday comes around no call, then Tuesday, then i call and leave a message, as hes impossible to get a hold of. Now its been over a week, Ill called one last time because i figure hes just super busy. Nothing totally ignored... So now I have to call and complain to Subaru of America or waste time and money taking it to another dealer to get the same analysis performed. Who completely ignores their customers like this. Now I am out 1.5 hours of my time. So I wont be back here nor will I consider buying a new car from them either.
Some of the best people in Napa and great service very helpful
I was very pleased with the interaction with the sales staff of Hanlees Subaru, especially with Emma Rasmussen. Emma was very responsive and provided a very attractive and competitive price on a Subaru Forester with very little pressure - just a straight forward offer.Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of that offer, may be next time.
I would second the review of Kyle below. Service is terrible. You dont get a call back and when you try to call in, you get an answering machine. Calls are not returned. Thoroughly disgusted with the incredible lack of professionalism. Not only are calls not returned, service is not completed and customer concerns are ignored. We purchased 3 VWs through the dealership and thought the service department would be on a par with sales. NOT THE CASE!!!DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here.
Great variety, friendly staff, my son loves his new car. No need to leave town to find it Subaru dealer. We had a really nice one here in Napa Outlets reasonable and fair prices. Very impressed
Great sales experience with Eric yesterday. He definitely made the sale, and they got us out of there fast.
I called to try to get a service quote for my subaru and the woman who picked up said she can help me and when I started talking about maintenance she said I can’t help you let me transfer you to service. Why say you can help me when I specifically said for service and maintenance. I waited for 5 mins and then she took my information and phone nymber; total of 6 minutes at 10:06am and she said they’ll call me back. I believe in being a person of word. Its now 3:44pm and still haven’t called me back after calling them back several times like 7 times. Never taking my subie here and will but the tools and do the job myself! Customer service huh?
Absolute worst experience with a business in my 24 years of life. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!! I brought my car in cause of a rattle in the engine, I was then told that I would be called in a week with a diagnosis... THEY NEVER CALL WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL!. I had to then go to the shop 2 times on my free time to find out that status since I never received a call when they said they would and they also do not pick up the phone once you are transferred to the service station, finally after about a whole month they had a diagnosis (which ended up being wrong). but now they said they couldnt work on it cause they didnt have a part to a tool to open up the engine (this is at a VOLKSWAGEN DEALER). The whole time they never would call Mexico and I only found this out by having to physically go the location multiple times. So after a total of 2 months a finally got my car back and was told it was test drove, I left the parking lot for 10 SECONDS and I still had the rattling in the engine from when I first took it in even though I had just spent thousands of dollars. It then took them another MONTH to finally fix it. Finally came in to pick it up and the bumbling idiots couldnt even find my keys for 10 minutes... even though they had my car for months. By the way they did not give initial estimates (like is legally required and that they have a sign on their wall saying that they will do) instead they give you some small quote of couple hundreds of dollars but at the end try to make you pay thousands. The so called Manager Cody is the WORST of all of them, he is NOT a man of his word and is NOT a trustworthy person in the least bit. The only happiness I have is knowing that I will never see them again.
Adam and Mike helped me with the purchase of a new Subaru. I communicated with Adam over email first, and he was very responsive and transparent about the process. He gave me the best price he can offer and what my financing opportunities may be. He went above and beyond to show me all the features and discuss options. The car was exactly what I wanted, and they offered the exact price I was promised. There were no issues discussing financing options with Adam and Mike, and they made it a great experience. Purchasing a car can be a pretty intimidating process (you hear all the nightmare stories), but I walked away feeling very excited about my new Subaru from this dealer. Thanks guys!
The service department is incredibly approachable and helpful. Definitely go above and beyond.
Had a problem with my car that could only be fixed by the dealer. They were prompt at answering, kept their cool so that I could keep mine. Tonny was a great guy to work with, and Eric, their general manager was simply awesome. Its a great company that I would recommend to anyone around Napa!
Very helpful staff!
Surpassing my expectations and renewed my faith in honest dependable service. I have been very skeptical about some services I have received in the past at other dealerships. They have my business from now on in this Napa dealership.
Parts Dept was very helpful w/ Our unique situation.
The warning signal came on on my Subaru Outback 3.6 R. Brought it to the dealership re-inflated the tire without completely inspecting the tires, adjusted the warning light and the signal disappeared. After several weeks the signal came on again and brought the car back and the service adviser found out that a screw punctured the tire which caused a slow air leak in the first place The service adviser recommended to replace the affected tire with the shaved tire since the location of the puncture cannot be repaired. I asked the service adviser to check if the tires are under warranty. Since the shop is busy and have to attend to other customers, he promised that he will look into it and call me later I waited until the following day and prompted me to call the dealership and found out that the service adviser concerned is sick and was promised that the service supervisor will contact me which did not happen. I visited the dealership and talked to the service supervisor, told him that I found out that there is a 3 for 1 warranty and a gold plan warranty which cover the tires. He told me that he will order the tire and I can bring the car on a Thurs. for installation. I made it clear to him to call me if the tire will not arrive on time to prevent the unnecessary trip to the dealership. He promised me he will call me if there is a problem. I drove back to the dealership and found out that the tire did not arrive. I still kept my cool and the adviser asked if I can bring the car on Fri. I told him that I cannot do it, I will be driving out of town for a long weekend. We agreed to bring the car on a Tuesday the following week. Tuesday came and I never got a call to update me that it is ok to bring the car for the tire installation. I had to initiate the call and verify that the tire is physically available. The tire was finally installed after all the time and troubles which should not have happened.
Great group of people. Thay took care of everything except for one issue. I had a trailer hitch installed and asked them to try and fix my navigation system (it keeps showing that Im in the middle of the ocean). They didnt know how to fix it. My previous dealer before we moved to Napa couldnt do it after several tries. Im at a loss as to where to get this fixed.Other then the navigation issue, Im very happy with their service so far.
3 times i visited here and all 3 times i was unable to get any assistance. The staff either ignored us or could not be located to provide assistance. When brought to managements attention they did nothing to rectify the poor service.... subaru is amazing this dealership however should be avoided...
They handled a fuel pump sensor and crankshaft position sensor for me. They did a great job. Thanks!
Great service department. Super helpful with the repairs of my vehicle and the service manager Sean and George really went the extra mile to help with coordinating repairs and rentals. Stellar customer service in the Service department.
Great place!
While in Sonoma for the NHRA Drag races, my daughters 2019 Subaru Impreza broke down. We had to have it towed to nearest dealership, which was Hanlees Subaru in Napa. Cody kept me updated daily and had our car fixed by the end of the week. Great customer service and I would recommend anyone in their area to use them. I live in Reno, NV but highly recommend using their Subaru service department!
I was passing through Napa for business and got a flat tire. Pulled into Hanlees Napa Subaru without an appointment. At first I wondered if I was going to regret driving by the Big-O right down the street. Rich and Ryan made me feel welcomed and took great care of me!
Mike and Adam were very accommodating and knowledgeable during my car buying experience. While doing a trade in, they offered me a vehicle to borrow free of charge so I could complete the rest of my paperwork while my Hyundais value was being assessed.
Excelent
What makes Hanlees great is Rick. Great salesman.
They are beyond over priced for oil changes. They wanted to charge a base of $170 just for an oil change. Then it will go up to have your tires rotated. They do not top off your fluids they just tell you to get it filled or changed the next time, for more money of course. They returned the car to me and said it needed more brake fluid but I would need another appointment, rather than telling me while they already had it. I was furious when I left. Never taking it back. It is worth the drive to take it back to where I purchased it.
Transparency, my sales rep is my dad 8^). Love our new Crosstrek, sales, finance and service team are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience and a great car!
Great service - didnt have to waste time. They knew my budget and narrowed my search to a great find!
I love my Subaru its my third, but Hanlees service is the worst ever, disingenuous at best; They sold me a service contract with my new vehicle and refused to honor it. Three, count them 3 service manages were relocated after my complaints with Hanlee, with the promise from each sales manager they would fix the problem, Three years later I still have not received service for my $1238.
Share reviewEmbed reviewEdit review1.0 star rating 4/11/2019I bought a used 2014 Outback with lower miles at the end of 2018. Over $20,000 out the door. I was told I could purchase a fantastic Subaru warranty that would extend the original warranty a significant number of years and/or miles and everything would be covered by Subaru, including towing and loaner car at any dealership in the U.S. Not wanting to finance any additional I pulled the 2,000 plus out of my saving and made a bigger down payment to cover it.A few weeks go by and they call to tell me that Subaru actually WONT cover my warranty. But I cant get my cash back, they can only put it towards my loan. Since I came up with that at the end of the deal and spent more cash than I had planned, Id rather have my cash back. They offer me a lesser warranty. I tell them Im unhappy. I hear nothing. I call back and finally Corey calls and leaves me a message Good News! Your going to be happy! Since this was our fault we are basically going to eat it and give you an even BETTER warranty! Wow, thats great. Im happy.A couple weeks later I havent heard anything/received in mail my new warranty info but I notice the $2,000 plus was made as a payment to my car loan. I call them last time almost 2 weeks ago and the person says that Corey said I WAS UNREACHABLE and cancelled it.I explained that is a flat out LIE: they have contacted me at my work before, it is a business..there is no chance I would not get a call or message, they have my cell phone, no missed calls. They have my email (I get emails from Subaru weekly) and as a last resort they have my snail mail address. She apologized, said shed tell the manager and they would call me back. Again, NOTHING.Be very, very careful about buying used cars/warranties with this dealership as it is a shell game and/or switch n bait. They screwed up and then ran and hid. So unprofessional. The fact that the woman who took the call, knew all about the screw up and said she would discuss it with managment shows just how cringe worthy this whole blunder and subsequent hiding is. Can we be adults?
Great at accommodating service need in a short time frame. At a fair price.
Mike in service was GREAT! Fast friendly service! WILL DO IT AGAIN!!
Napa Subaru exemplifies customer service. Their service team is awesome!
Emma went above & beyond to help me decide which car I wanted and answered all my questions about every feature available. Shes very knowledgeable, professional & kind!
This is the reason mechanics and shops have a bad reputation.I had just purchased a used Subaru. It needed a recall done involving the fuel rail. I pre-ordered the kit. ($100)I asked them when it would arrive and they said 3 days.I called three days later and the part still hadnt arrived, but it was on the way.I was initially quoted 1.5 hr which is what the job takes to complete for a seasoned technician.I called back a couple days later and they still didnt have the part.Day 8, I get a phone call at 5pm with a request to pre-approve an additional 2hr.I ask why and am told that sometimes the rubber lines break and need replacing. (Which in all fairness is true)Now follows the infuriating part:They had my car for 8 BUSINESS days. They never took the intake manifold off to verify the issue. (I had already verified the leaking area before bringing it to them, having the shop do it was a matter of convenience.) They wanted me to pay them just over twice the cost of the job when they hadnt done any work yet and if they had, any and all rubber lines that needed replacement would be in immediate reach. In essence they were trying to steal from me in the form of making pay for time that was not and would not be spent. It would have come to just over $800. Keep in mind I had already promised to pay for the recall kit since it was a special order. Now, I immediately told them I was taking my car and that I would only be paying for the kit since no actual work had been done. They tried to tell me that they would work out a discount on the work (which had not been done) of I would leave it with them.I refused.I politely explained that I myself was a Master Automotive Technician for 20 years. I continued to explain to them that what they were doing was both unethical and illegal and that shops like theirs were the reason that the mechanic trade gets such a horrible reputation. People like these are the same ones who will directly lie to unknowledgeable customers and take advantage of women.Hanlee owns multiple dealerships in Napa. If this is how they run all their businesses, I would recommend you to steer clear.Dont give them your money. Dont buy cars from them, dont patronize their parts department, and dont allow them to work on your vehicles. Their business model is unethical at best and outright predatory at worst. I also have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.TL,DRHanlee Napa Subaru is predatory and treats customers like stupid sheep ripe for shearing. Avoid anything owned by then, vote with your wallets!
Excellent professional service. We are exceedingly pleased with your service.
Awesome service. I will always buy Subaru
We had great experience with Mike Gurtoyvoy and Carlos Barrera. Thank you guys.
Low pressure and very easy to work with
I was looking to buy a Subaru from this dealership and saw they had a few potentially in my price range. I live several hours away so I needed them to be very transparent with me about the cars. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because I was pleased about how transparent they were, they also have a repair shop so they make sure the condition of the car is good, but there are a few reasons my rating will not be higher. I will list below.1) They seemed a bit disorganized. I had originally found a well priced vehicle and wanted that it. But the mileage listed on the side was under 50,000 when in all reality the odometer was over 70,000. Thats a big difference in worth. After catching the error 3 days ago when texting me, the website still hasnt been changed. So thats a little misleading for future customers. They should definitely be double checking these things.2) I did find a vehicle I would have purchased and wanted to negotiate a bit on. Honestly, what I was asking for wasnt crazy. I had a $200 voucher through my insurance company so I told them I would drive the 3 hours the next day if they could make that the out the door price for me. The car had some blemishes and the tires (while in good condition) were still the factory tires, so replacements would be needed in about a year. Because we were negotiating via media they told me the manager would only negotiate after I had test driven the vehicle and understood the terms and conditions. While that sounds reasonable, Ive actually been researching this car for a month and have already test driven it. I know I want it. What they were essentially trying to do was get me to drive 3 hours for the car so that I wouldnt want to leave empty handed. They probably figured Id be less likely to walk away - though theyre wrong because Ive already done this with two different dealerships I had to travel for. I may be a young chick, but Im a tough law student who knows these cars. I came back and told them they would have to commit to the price I want for me to take off work to make a 3 hour trip. They had nothing to lose by committing, I had my valuable time to lose to make a trip without an agreement. They responded by telling me they would sell me the car for the price my $200 voucher made it, plus taxes, fees, and registration. So in other words, with no deal. I was pretty upset they tried to convince me to come to the dealership for that information - the intent was literally to corner me into making the deal I didnt want. I know from the carfax they bought this car at auction, so they still would have made a pretty penny off me in commission and would have had my full commitment.3) I also did not find the dealership to be as attentive as I wanted. When I initially called the sales rep was with another client and said she would call me back. Totally reasonable! However, she didnt call me back until my hour lunch break was over and I was back at work. Still not too big of a deal. We furthered our communication via text, which was totally okay and I liked this method, to be honest. She was supposed to get back to me that day with photos of the cars I was interested in even though they hadnt been detailed. I did want to see them in their rough condition so I knew. She must have forgotten or something because I didnt get them. She then texted me at the end of the day saying shed be out of the office the next day but would send me the pictures of the completed detailed cars the day after. But I didnt get the texted photos. I had to text her for a follow up. She was pretty attentive after that. It wasnt the hugest deal, just something to note.Moral of the story - just be prepared to stick to your guns as with any dealership and be okay with walking away. I had to walk away from this dealership. I ended up finding the same car, but with more of the features I wanted for the deal I wanted AND in spotless condition the next day.
Great customer service
You can get a good price - but youll have to deal with sub-par customer service.
I had a Greta time buying a car thereThe sales manager is very friendly and courtes
Very friendly, excellent service
Great service, always on time
I did not like the sales person there
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Terrific friendly staff
After becoming Hanlees, service is HORRIBLE.
Good location!
Service not all that....
