This place is a joke. I call in advance to get work done alignment and ac belt. Told them the situation of my car. They said it was too low after explaining to them on the phone what I had. Then with my ac belt they had a tech talk to me to tell me that because I have aftermarket parts they would have to charge me more for labor on an ac belt on my car... the only thing in the way would be my intake which has got to be 10xs easier to remove than the factory airbox. I have been working on cars 15+ yrs of my life and to have some b.s excuse like that blows me away. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GO HERE AND WILL ALSO BE POSTING THIS ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WITH THOUSANDS OF FOLLOWERS they do not deserve even 1 star

Pablo and Jason were very helpful in the process of buying the car. They both made us feel very comfortable. Pablo even went out of his way to help my wife sign the papers while sitting in the car, as she had twisted her knee earlier and was unable to walk.

I drove out 80+ miles one way to check the vehicle out and Ray and the team stayed around later that way I could test drive the vehicle. It took me some time to get my finances in order to sign off on the vehicle Ray provided stellar customer service along the way. I easily couldve got a vehicle in the Sac area (where I live) but opted to choose Jimmy Vasser because of the Stellar customer service. Recall I wasted 3 days 3 to 4 hours ea time. Dealer wasn’t prepared. Didn’t have part so I came back. 2nd time missing or wrong part ordered. 3rd time. And 3 weeks later finished. I live 40 minutes away from dealer. Not happy at all.

I had to get extra help to get the car out of demo mode after I got home. The financing took forever. The car was at very low charge so I had to fully charge it on my own. The showroom is very old and needing an upgrade for sure, couldn’t wait to leave.

Late review. One star for use car sales lack of detail information on the use vehicle being sold. Even the manager. On Feb. 2020, I purchase a 2014 Cadillac ELR. Long story short I finally found a dealer ship that has a ELR tech. I bought the car with the glove box that wont open. The sales man try to open it to no avail. The manager stepped in and told me that this model does not have a glove box. I bought it anyway. Because I know the ELR has a glove box electronically operated. So now Nov. 2020. Took the car for service and ask the service advisor from the Cadillac dealership if this model has a glove box. Service advisor said yes. I asked him to check why the glovebox would not open. Short story the service for the un connected electronic operated glove box was over $300.00. Simple glove box fix of connecting the connector that require taking the Cue screen out. So buyer beware!! Too late to complain I bought it as is.. Just a warning

I was very disappointed with my experience. I went to look at a vehicle and in the pictures it look like there was a little bit of front end damage so we requested more pictures just to see the extent since were coming from the Sacramento area. We were buying used so I wasnt expecting perfection. We were texted pictures I assume of similar-looking areas and was told there was no damage just a few minor scratches and when we get there the whole front bumper was cracked in half and the grill wasnt even attached to it. We test drove it and it ran fine but after discussing it with my husband I just could not get over the fact that I felt deceived.

I originally came in to have 2 recalls completed on my Chevy Volt. While there, I decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated since it was close to needing these services performed. Even with adding these 2 services the time it took was still reasonable. Stacey Tominaga was my service consultant and she was very pleasant and professional. In fact, everyone I interacted with at the dealership was pleasant. I drove 20 miles because my local Chevy dealers Volt technician quit. However the service I received was well worth the extra drive. I will probably continue to have my car serviced at Jimmy Vasser Chevy.

Returning lessee of the Bolt EV to this dealer. Easy to deal with salesperson Raymond Gramlich (Ray). Very patient and accommodating even when talking about the price and terms of the lease. Able to lock down on the out the door price even before stepping foot into the dealership. Which is a great time saver ++. Once at the dealer, able to cruise through finance at the Jimmy Vasser Toyota (same owner) which Ray drove me there. (1min away). After finance, we went back to the dealership to wait for all checks and final detailing to be done. Then, you get the keys are you are out on your way. Overall process took about 3 hrs. (There was just a wait for checks and detailing to be done). Other than that, everything was smooth as a well oiled machine. Will be back when my lease is up!

The team in charge at the moment is working to cover eachother back Brought my car in for repairs. Had car for years and kept it maintained. It was driveable with minor issues. Got the car back and it wasnt safe to drive breaking down on me blocks away from the shop.Details:They ask me to pay for 2 dianostics (seperate issues). Out of a list of things that could go wrong they had chosen the most expensive problem for each as the dianostic found.I agreed to the repairs. Unfortunately this was a nightmare! The repairs didnt solve either issue and i reported this back to them days after the work was completed. They had me come in and ended up just covering up the issue saying everything was fine.I left only for the issue to surface this time and i clearly see something is wrong. They told me i had to pay for another dianostic although these were the unresolved original issues. I left and the car broke down blocks away.I reached out to managers and general manager. (Never returned any messages). Finally months later i got in contact with a manger. He says i have to bring my car to them basically tieing me into their shop although Ive brought the car to them a few times for the same issue. And what bothers me with that, its easy for them to say we not at fault when investigating themselves. Wasnt until i went else where the problem was fixed. What really blows is, how did the dianostic i was charge, not find the problem?They only there to take your money. Very unprofessional and scam like behavior. No communication and never takes responsibility. Stay away if you want to have a safe car.
