Needed new tires and they got me in right away! Gave me different pricing on sets and informed me which would be best for my car. Took it in and they got it back to me super fast.

I cant say enough great things about my first experience at Naperville auto center. While my husband was out of town, I had a flat tire. I called Naperville auto center JOSE made it a priority to fit me in before the weekend. The owner offered me a shuttle ride back home, so I could continue working while they evaluated my car. They called and informed me I just needed to replace two tire values, a quick and inexpensive fix. Im so grateful for their honesty and clear communication, they could have easily replaced my tires since they were already ordered to the shop. Thank you Naperville auto center, my family will be back (but hopefully not too soon 🙂).

I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Naperville Auto Center to check the brakes and suspension after getting an estimate from the dealership, and another shop. The dealership told us that the shocks and brake pads in the front and rear needed to be replaced. The other shop we took the vehicle too said the same thing. We had heard about Naperville Auto center from a family friend and decided to give them a try. We were thrilled by the quote and how honest they were about not needing any work done to the front brakes or suspension. The repair was less then half of what the dealership and the other shop quoted, and our car was repaired same day. After that experience we will always take our vehicles to Naperville Auto center.

Nice, reliable auto repair shop tucked away behind Wendys. The staff is friendly, helpful and most importantly trustworthyHad my suburban repaired for check engine - and they were able to get it diagnosed and repaired the same day at a reasonable price.

I use this place often as part of my job, they have always been very flexible and have excellent customer service.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. The owner is great. Everyone that works here is extremely kind. I’ve gotten several things done here and they always do a great job. Extremely knowledgeable and finish in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I have been a long time customer. Staff jokes with me that i should have a bay in my name. They always do a good job and fill me in on what they find and what needs fixing. Mechanics will show you as well and take the time to explain what needs to be done. This is one thing I appreciate a lot. Nice to learn and actually see the broken part or repair that needs attention.The cost to maintain a car is always costly but I feel that they do their best to be reasonable concerning price. I trust this service center and feel they do their best to make me feel welcome and positive about coming back as a return customer. I appreciate any business that will take the time to explain/talk to you and answer any questions you have. Spending a few minutes to talk with a customer goes a long way in my opinion. Good place to bring your car for repairs. They do good work.

I have been a customer for several years, and have had the best experience with maintenance of all our vehicles. The personal attention, professional care of our cars, and the extra care in being flexible about our repairs is great.They explain all repair options clearly and work with me to prioritize them if time or cost are a concern. Also, if an issue is not critical, they provide creative alternatives. As an example, the spare tire on our minivan had become loose and was squeaking. Since we dont drive the minivan a whole lot, they just advised cutting the spare tire loose and leaving it in the trunk.

I’ve been getting oil changes, breaks pads, spark plugs and other general maintenance for almost 3 years and the staff is very honest and knowledgeable. Nikki, the manager, goes above and beyond and always try’s to accommodate and the prices are very reasonable. Great personable staff.

Had a wonderful experience. They fixed the air conditioner on my Honda CRV and only fixed what really really needed to be fixed - didnt try to tell me I needed this and that. Very friendly, efficient and fair prices!!

Beware - read yelp reviews. I will never return to this store again and warn my friends and family. We had three days of bad experience - Day 1: went in for a quote for one flat tire in person (the spare was in), and the other three inspected. They inspected, said we just needed to replace one. Day 2: we went in for our appointment, and the mechanic told us we needed to replace two tires because there was a bubble in the tire which could cause it to explode. I asked why this wasnt discovered the day before when he inspected it, and the attendant said it was an oversight. OK. We proceeded to replace two tires. Day 3: I drove the car to run a couple of errands and noticed that the wheel was significantly off alignment. It was over 5 degrees tilted to the right - I called the shop for another appointment and to ask why this was not caught/brought up to my attention. Without apologizing the attendant just said the alignment is 89.99 but will play around with the numbers to get it to 79.99. When we were in store, they watched a tutorial on how to align the wheel! In the shops waiting area. I would like to add on that the attendant lacks etiquette, knowledge of shops services and knack for customer service.

No stars. I picked up a bolt in my tire and it was losing air. I pulled into this Goodyear at 5:54PM, (they close at 6) whereupon I saw a tech lounging in a bay, numerous garage doors were still open, and only one car was in a bay. There was a man and a woman by the desk in the garage and the woman asked what I needed. I explained I had bolt in my tire and was losing air. She said they were closed. So I went back to my car and started making calls to see if I could find a place to fix my tire. What was Goodyears plan here? To leave my car parked crooked overnight in their lot with a flat, with me sitting in it? Fortunately, I called Discount Tires, three miles further south. They also closed at 6 but they said theyd wait for me. So I got there and they fixed my tire, finishing up at 6:35. And Discount Tires handed me a 0$ invoice. The assistant manager explained that customers and customer safety comes first. I AM in the market for new tires. Three guesses as to which place is going to get my business. I would give this Goodyear zero starts but that is apparently not an option.

Visited this business today regarding a minor car issue and was attended immediately by a very courteous technician who spent over a half hour fixing the problem without any charge. I would highly recommend this business for all your vehicle repairs.

Nikki at the front desk is soo sweet and welcoming all the way down to the mechanics (especially jose) all the way down to the owners. Awful. Came in originally for a squeaky brake issue, owner says brakes are fine no need to replace. Owner says I need struts, tires,hoses, totally $2500. I paid $2500. I called the next day and said brakes are squeaking. Owner said to bring in car, came in today and the attendant on duty said I could bring it in tomorrow. I asked to see owner, attendant rolled her eyes at me.I spoke to owner about issue as I was furious about my brakes squeaky. The attendant says its not the brakes but owner said it was the brakes.Also the new struts didnt make a big difference at all. They also charged me $45 for an Uber inspection when I found out other places did it for $20. Plus they changed my oil without my permission.

I recommend them highly. My autos have never run better. And on a tight budget they work with me on what needs repairing. Ive always found them to be open to discussion on any issues or problems. Everyone I have referred has had the same experience.

Dont let the smiles fool you. I went in for an oil change and got the standard multiple problems list, including a busted third (in the rear window) brake light. This was odd, because I passed a city inspection a week before. I thought nothing of it, would replace the bulb myself, only THE MECHANIC had to have sabotaged it because the outer casing was loose and fell off within three minutes of driving away...something that had NEVER happened before in the four years I have owned this car. The oil change was quick and reasonably priced but DO NOT GO, they will create problems just to try and milk an extra ten bucks out of you. NOTICE THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE ALL ON THE SAME TWO DAYS... LIKE THE OWNERS WERE TRYING TO CREATE GOOD REVIEWS THEMSELVES... just saying...

Pathetic service and insanely expensive. They will give you a quote which is multiple times any other auto shop and also will charge you for basic diagnostics for around $ 50 if you decide to move ahead with getting your car fixed through them with the quote amount mentioned. The receptionist is very rude and will not cater to you when she receives a call in between of your conversation with her and yapp away talking aboiut how the weather is and how she would love being on the beach at that very moment with a pinacolada in her hand while you are in a rush to get to work where by the way you cannot go untill your car is fixed since there are no pick ups and drop offs so you have to arrange for a friend to come alongwith you se they can drive you back and bring you back once the car is fixed. STAY AWAY from these penny suckers.

Friendly greeting, but literally knows nothing about cars and dumb as a rock when it comes to cars. Made an appointment and dropped off my car for an alignment and was about to walk away. I saw the folks go out to pull in the car and just wanted to make sure they got everything. Owner and attendant comes out and tells me they cant do it because the tires are not factory spec and not factory size tires (pointed out the sticker on the side door) after taking my keys. You do know those are air pressure charting...not tire size(told me the specs were tire size and i just played dumb to avoid confrontation). And you do know alignment is still possible even with different specs right? I tried to let it go but these people are seriously dumb as a rock and just know how operate tools...and i didnt even go to automotive school. I tried to let it go but its the lying and wasting my time that got me writing this review. Looking at me like im stupid and knows nothing about cars. Go somewhere else and dont waste ur time with this dumb idiots that has rocks for a brain. Do you want your car to be done wrong and destroyed because of the lack of skills and knowledge? And for this business, be honest and dont twist words before wasting someones time like that again. Please go back to school and learn from the basics before talking lies and arrogance to someone that actually knows about cars more than this place.Things would have been fiasco if i didnt catch you guys at the right timing.

Ive spent thousands of dollars here, ive have nothing but good service. if there was an issue the manager tim or the owner patel or udayen always took care of it without question. the vehicles I brought in have had repairs and or maintenance completed. they worked on a 98 chevy van, 12 camero, 12 equinox, 05 kia, 07 jeep, 15 f150. they are always on top of things.

Its a best place to service a car or to change tires. I have been using them for the several years and never had any issues.
