We had a major emergency - the garage door opener dropped out of the ceiling of the garage and was hanging by wires and being tangled up in a ladder hanging from the ceiling, all OVER our car! Brent came and analyzed the situation, helped get the door open enough to move the car out, and remount the opener motor. He serviced the door, all chains, electronic eyes and outdoor controls. Lithium grease, WD-40 included. All in less than an hour! He was efficient, professional and charming. We were lucky that there was not more damage initially and even luckier to get Brent as the service rep!

Upset because they installed an entire new system — door, rails, chain etc.. a year and 4 months ago and now it is not working. We don’t abuse the use of our door, we are careful and use it maybe once or twice a day to leave the house. The warranty expired in June and now they want us to pay when it’s not even that old. I am very disappointed they wouldn’t make an exception to see what their technician did wrong that it would go out in a little over a year. If you stand by your product, you shouldn’t charge an arm and a leg to have it looked at when it’sa year and 4 months old!

I had called for a replacement on our dockplate, as well as our interior dock door. I was told that they would have a tech out after the weekend. After about 2 hours, I received a call back stating they had a tech free up and could come that day. I had both pieces of damaged equipment repaired within 2 hours. Fantastic service, as well as explanation from the service tech. He was personable, polite and very astute. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dock repairs or instillation
