I just wanted to give Ken a shout out-- he has been there over ten years & is super-knowledgable. I went in last week with a photo of a Simmons mattress we purchased there 10 years ago, because I wanted the same one for our Dallas home. I dreaded the whole mattress buying experience. He helped me for at least 30 minutes, finding the equivalent mattress (and not just the individual stores name for it), because he said I should make this purchase at a store in Dallas (City Mattress is not in Dallas) because Id have to pay too much in shipping. He was so informative and clearly loves his job! Best mattress experience Ive ever had!

Highly, highly recommend!!! My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and we’re absolutely pleased with the experience from beginning to end at City Mattress. We cannot say enough about our sales representative Ali who was HIGHLY knowledgeable on every single mattress and took the time to walk us through various options while keeping our distinct preferences in mind. The experience was seamless and stress free and working with Ali was a breath of fresh air as she wasn’t pushy and was 100% dedicated to finding us the best mattress for our needs. After a week of the best sleep we’ve had in months I can say that we are SO happy with our decision and LOVE our new Aireloom mattress!

Michele at the Tarpon Bay/North Naples location was amazingly knowledgeable with over 30yrs in the bedding industry. She was able to help us narrow down our selection to 3 mattresses and could explain the design/construction differences and also accommodate the fact that we arrived shortly before closing. She was ever so patient and ended up staying well past normal business hours to finalize our selections. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a knowledgeable and no pressure salesperson that also makes mattress buying fun. I know we will be back the next time we need a mattress!

The delivery people were skilled on setting up the bed and did so in a timely fashion. They were courteous, polite, and answered all our questions. We are in the middle of a nightmare with City Mattress. They have over $4100 of our money hostage due to a defective mattress. We were working with an EXCELLENT sales rep, Katie in the Naples store who went out of her way at every interaction. Unfortunately yesterday we went to choose our replacement and wanted to replace with a Tempurpedic bed. Despite their own line of Pranasleep beds being highly unsuitable for us, the sales rep Pat was downright rude to us, refused to help us with the Tempurpedic line and informed us we must only choose something more expensive in the Pranasleep line, which City Mattress own. He also offered us something of lesser value but we will not be refunded the difference. He was rude and arrogant to us, making us feel very uncomfortable in the store. Its a real shame - we are a large Naples family and have all been clients of CM for years. Never again.

Found the perfect mattress, delivered first thing on Monday and set up in minutes. You can’t ask for more than that. As appealing as the online “in a box” foam mattresses are for convenience, you don’t get to try them in person. After finding the best mattress at an amazing price in store with awesome customer service (they helped up find the best frame and mattress cover in addition), I wouldn’t have gone a different rout. City Mattress is number one on price, convenience and selection.

This was such a pleasant experience for me. I just purchased a home here in Naples and needed a bed for the master bedroom. My salesperson was so knowledgeable, helpful, and practical. We had another great experience at City Mattress. This is the second time we have purchased furniture from them, the last time was a number of years ago. They are now also providing more than just mattresses and beds.Our salesperson, Katie, worked with us to help choose the fabrics and finishes on a dining room set and a full bedroom, as well as a new mattress. The furniture is very high quality and very well-priced.When delivered, it was all in excellent shape and the three men who were on the van took a lot of care in assembly and cleaning up.We would not hesitate to recommend these folks to our friends.

I found the staff and in particular Chris Brodd to be very knowledgeable and after describing my need for a firm mattress due to two failed back surgeries Chris recommended several firm mattresses for me to try. I spent nearly an hour laying on several selections from different brands/manufacturers. I was able to find the perfect mattress for my needs. As a result I am starting to get quality sleep for the first time in a long time. A great experience all around. The delivery guys even took time to walk through the adjustable base questions I had. I would definitely recommend City Mattress to anyone looking to find the right mattress for them!

I am not sue City Mattress was involved with this mess but let me explain and hopefully the matter can be resolved amicably. I would be happy to give a 5 star rating as I personally enjoyed my experience but did not purchase a bed there. However, very good friends of mine did and we asked to buy a mattress cover at the time of purchase. As my friends already had a mattress cover they declined but once at home we not satisfied with the mattress (husband felt stabbing pain in his back) and return or exchange was refused as they did not purchase the mattress cover at the time of the original purchase. The husband now sleeps on the couch as he is unable to sleep on the mattress and they cannot afford to purchase another mattress at this time. I know there is concern with hygiene etc.... however I am also sure that City Mattress can do better with this poor purchase and find a mattress that both husband and wife can enjoy and sleep together.

Despite the disruptions caused by IRMA, this City Mattress location was open for business right away and they were very attentive to our needs as stranded Canadians. They had everything we needed, mattresses, box springs, frames, pads, pillows, etc in stock. Delivery was next day as promised and setup was very well done. We would recommend this location as the go to in Naples for the value, quality and service levels.

Michele Christensen has been fantastic. We have a defect with our mattress and she sent the inspector out right away to us. We are going today to pick out a new mattress and no hassles. City Mattress and their team back up the products if any problems. Please ask for Michele, as her customer service and follow-up is outstanding.

Where have you been all my life? After years of buying mattresses, we finally found the perfect mattress. The sales staff was excellent, listened to our needs and guided us through all of the mattresses which might fit what we were looking for. We settled on one of their own brands, Prana, and it is the best mattress we have ever spent the night on. And this is our second Prana mattress, and even though they are a bit more expensive than some other brands, we are Prana customers for life. Nothing beats a Prana mattress. It is so worth the little bit of extra money to have the most comfortable mattress in the world in your own home!
