We “electrified” our SUN trike. eBay wheel and battery. Goes about 20 miles an hour down Estero blvd in Ft Myers. Good for about 2 hours of ride time. Cost about $450 for the wheel kit and battery.

They left my bike, outside for 3 days, without fixing flat. Brought next door @BC Bikes, get fixed. #Shameful dude. Evidently, some cannot separate their personal opinions, as to whats in the best interest of the company. *Joe, Jane - My advice, replace entire team with individuals who care ....... *Love yall but Wont be back. 😘✌ Business will suffer greatly, unless some major changes are made at that store (My 3 pennies). *They also left my bike, just about knocked over. I cant say enough about the service at this store. I picked up my bike yesterday and had to take the wheel off to fit it in my car. When I returned home and put it back on, i couldnt get it to function properly.I called the store and Marshall told me how to resolve, but I was still not having any luck.He stopped over and fixed it for me. That is service! Im a Trek Bicycle of Naples fan for life.Oh, and I love my new bike! Its perfect for me.Thanks Trek team and Marshall!

I liked Alex who did my bike fitting. He is knowledgeable and precise. He made some adjustments to my bike which gave relief from numbness I was getting. The adjustments made me more comfortable on my bike. The store has a great return policy.

Great store, great salesperson (Marshall). We had been to several other bike stores and didnt buy as we didnt feel valued or listened to as we were looking for a basic touring bike, nothing fancy. Marshall was helpful, informed and allowed us to try out the bikes. Only negative is that the delivery person was on vacation and they couldnt deliver the bikes for several weeks. But overall a very good experience.

Staff was engaging, receptive, knowledgable and so very helpful in getting me what I needed and wanted. They also were quick to put the bike together perfectly and get me off and rolling. I could not have had a better experience.

I walked in with great energy to buy a bike and suddenly learned that bikes are in high demand these days and it was going to be next to impossible to walk out with what I wanted. My husband and I visited a few other bike stores around town looking for bikes, and we were most pleased with this Trek store. We received excellent customer service, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Marshall helped us with our order and followed up after it was received.We had to wait a few months for our bike order to come in due to supply/demand, but it was well worth the wait for the quality and service.

Joseph Du Bois is a great addition to there service team.I had an ongoing problem with my wife’s E Bike and was in several time to get it fix.When Joseph came to work there I pick my bike up on a Sunday he explained everything they did and this is before he took over.I went home and my wife took it out and then there was a different problem took it back in Monday and he test rode it and knew exactly what the problem was.He told me that the part would take at least month to get.A good service manager is one that does everything he can to take care of the customer and he did just that he took the part off another new bike and I was done in 20 minutes.My wife says it rides like when it was brand new.So Joseph and store manager thank you and I have been a customer for many years at your store and will never go anywhere else.Homer OdumCustomer

On Monday, August 09. 2020 we drove from Miami to Naples to purchase a Trek Emonda SL6. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex S., and from the start, he was super helpful. Even though we drove there looking for this specific bike, he took the time to show us a couple more options for the style of bike we were looking for. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions very well. Our visit was a bit far but worth it and would recommend anyone to come to this location to get some wheels.

Service manager volunteered to assist with putting together parts for our bikes so that they were totally ready for us to finish the install quickly. Great guy!!

Great bike, great quality. Absolutely love it thus far.But dont make the same mistake I did and not look at your receipt until after you get home. Youll spend $700+ dollars there and then they will nickel and dime you to death (my favorite was an installation fee of a water bottle holder, that took roughly 9 seconds to install).

Ordered two FX SPORT 6 XL MATT Bikes, one in St. Louis and one at the Naples South Store September 2020. Both said would be in around March 2021. Received the one in St. Louis, but now Naples said that I would not get until Feb 2022, which means they took my $1,000.00 deposit and sold the bike to someone else. St. Louis did not even ask for a deposit. Don’t trust the Naples Trek operations.

I had the best experience ever. I walked in not knowing a thing and greater by Amy, who checked out my bike. Apparently, my bike was to small. So to the rescue was Elvia! She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each type of bike and what it was used for. I told her my price point and she was respectful and never tried to upset me. I tried 3 bikes and fell in love with one. I was fitted and road my bike home! Every single person there made me feel at home and at one time I had 3 people helping me, even though the store was busy. I just cant express how happy I am to start my adventure! ❤

Went in looking to purchase a new chain and a chain tool. They didnt have the chain tool on hand so they told me if I brought the bike in they would replace the chain for me for just the cost of the chain. I brought the bike back in about 30 minutes and they replaced the chain as promised but ALSO completely lubed the cables, removed rust from the cassette, and adjusted the gears. Outstanding service by the Trek team.

He is very knowledgable and a true cycling enthusiast and has gone above and beyond in helping me get this beautiful bike baqck on the road. Trek Bicycle of North Naples has provided the best of sales and service. I purchased a Trek bike at the end of May 2020 after test riding several different models multiple times. The staff was great about setting the bikes up each time so I had a proper fit for testing. Sue, the manager, was great to work with, and she has assembled a great team that answered all of my questions. Greg, who is in charge of fitting, did a thorough size check to make sure that I was buying a bike that fit me properly. Tory, Ed, Kalee, and others in sales, all worked together with me a different times making sure I was finding a bike that fit my riding goals and needs. The service staff has been great. Ardi, when I was in having a flat tire repaired went over the bike with me and made some fine tuning adjustments to the seat, handlebar, and grips to make sure the ride was a comfortable as possible. Amy, Logan, and Fidel in service have all been great in taking care of things from the flat tire to little adjustments that have made my experience with Trek a great one!

Went into the store for a basket and to enjoy a little bicycle talk. I never received any help from the sales staff. I decided to shop elsewhere. Pass this store up if your looking for a personal experience.

Everyone was pleasant and doing a great job following the social distancing guidelines.The repair work and tune up was done on time and for the quoted price.I was pleased! My bike came back like new.

I called last Sunday to check on large bikes in stock. Left a message with repair tech, who said someone from sales would call me back. Nobody ever did.Then decided to stop by a bit later that day to look for hybrid bikes. Sales person ignored me until I got her attention. I was essentially told they are sold out and no effort was made to provide any future info. I really like the Trek bikes, so started to ask about options (although sales person didn’t seem very interested in providing much info). Since my frame size wasn’t available she agreed to have the model that seemed to make sense brought from another store by this Wednesday. I was supposed to receive a call when the bike was there.I didn’t hear back today and called the store. A different sales person answered and couldn’t find any order order or reference of the bike that was supposed to come in for me. She told me she has no info and I have to call back tomorrow when the other sales person is back.It seems unusually difficult to spend money at this store. I’ll give it one more try tomorrow and will go somewhere else if I have another less than helpful experience.On a side note - no effort at social distancing was done...whatsoever.

Logan was wonderful. Gave my Ghost bike a nice little fill up on air and tightened a few things for me. My Thule bike rack had a key broken off of it by United Van Lines during a move and they drilled it out and got it working again. Great service!!

Good product....great customer service

I am not really sure where to even start with this awful experience. The Naples and Estero store work off of commission, which causes problems to begin with. The employees fight between stores for the sale. I called the Estero store looking to purchase a bike. A salesman named Michael told me the Naples store had what I was looking for and he would have the bike transferred to Estero. I was in Naples when he told me this so after work I couldnt resist going to see this beautiful Allant + 9.9s $5999 before tax. After looking at the bike in Naples Ed told me they could start assembly immediately after I called the Estero store to tell Michael that I was going to purchase the Allant in Naples. Michael proceeded to tell me he hoped I could live with my conscience, this is when I realized they work commission. I payed for the bike in full $6.5k plus. At this point two or three people were helping so I have no idea who they were. I was told to come back the next day for pickup because they wanted to do a good assembly on a quality bike. The next day I came in to pick up my new bike only to notice a few stripped screws. Upon the test drive I immediately noticed very loud grinding noise coming from the motor. I brought it to somebody elses attention and he test drove the bike and realized it was not right. A different salesman said that it was normal. It is not normal. At this point I just wanted a refund. I talked to a guy named Greg who is supposedly the general manager. I was thinking about a different bike but after further thought I realized Greg tells lies and they just wanted someone to buy that defected bike and have to sit on a long warranty process. They dont care about customer service or quality. I decided to run from Trek. Never to return for me...

One lady was very helpful to me in choosing the correct size of my new Bontrager Specter helmet in the Yellow color. I would have probably chosen the Medium until she told me that the small looked better on me. I had also found a 10% coupon online at the Trek Super Store, & would have ordered from there for the $15 savings, but she extended that same deal to me right there in the store, & I was able to buy & take the helmet home with me that same day. I very much appreciated that. Now, my husband is thinking that he might need a new helmet too.

I walked into Trek looking for a specific product for my road bike. The female working greeted me promptly and asked what I was looking for. Although I found exactly the product I wanted, she looked at me, and with no qualifying questions, stated the item was not what I wanted, too difficult for me too install and suggested I go to a different store to find what I wanted! Completely rude! She lost my bike business for life.

This shop is OK. For sure, you get a good product and theyre professional. However, they are a long way from super friendly. I have been in there at least 10+ times for various things over the past 2 years. Sometimes you walk in the door and no one even bothers to look up from what theyre doing. I have ordered the same part 3 different times and it has never come in. Everytime I call to ask about it, they dont have a record of the order. This is now the 3rd time and I am finished. They always take great care of my repairs, so this is a mixed bag. Honestly, they need to improve.

Love my Trek stores. Plural! They have one closer to home now, but I still go to their northern store because it’s close to another store I frequently shop. Great staff, friendly.

First time buyer-I got a new helmet and magnet light for my bike. The shop is clean, organized and the staff here know what they are doing.Easy to ask questions here, they are very helpful.I asked for a recommendation and they were right on. Women and Men both know their stuff. I loved the easy parking near the store. Hours are great and they put you in the computer so no need for the receipt. Highly recommend if you need a bike or equipment this is the place to shop.Not cheap-but you get what you pay for, go check it out

Very helpful and kind staff. I had my Trek mountain bike fully serviced by the North Naples store. It looked like a brand new bike when I picked it up. Even the tires looked new. My family has purchased from three different stores in Collier and Lee county. Each bike purchase was a pleasure with no pressure. You might have to drive to a different store for your particular bike but it is well worth it. If one store does not have what you are looking for or your size they look it up and send you to the store that does. In my experience when I have done this the bike was waiting for me to test out upon my arrival. We have many bike shops in Naples, most are very good. I would start with the Trek stores first, you will be satisfied.

Fidel did a terrific job cleaning and tuning up my BikeE recumbent. Everyone in your Naples store is very polite and helpful. We purchased my wife’s bicycle there and they are our go to place for everything related to our bicycles.

Great place in all regards. Personable professional and knowledgeable staff in all departments. Typically I do my own minor maintenance. Had inferior experiences at other shops. After getting feedback from neighbors I took my different brand bike to Trek of Naples for parts and service. Excellent experience in every way. Quick to share helpful information and performed wheel truing, pedal replacement and shifter adjustments expeditiously. When it comes time to make a new bicycle purchase, this is my place. Highly recommended.

Store has a nice selection and knowledgeable staff. The one thing that made my purchase experience very unpleasant was the hard sell to buy accessories, such as kickstand, water bottle, lights etc. They only sell Bontrage made products which are way overpriced, similar accessories can easily be bought online for half the price. And the kicker is that they charge you an installation fee for each overpriced item you purchase but dont tell you that, it just appears on your receipt. They charged $6 to install a $70 light set on the bike. Installation takes a minute, its basically zip ties onto the handle bar. A similar light set costs $25 online. Crazy!

My friend and I recently purchased two high-end bikes at this Naples Trek store. Subsequently we returned to add accessories. Our experience was outstanding. Wayne, the store manager, and his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Their advice and insights got us the perfect bikes for our riding needs and with all the appropriate safety features. This is a top notch operation from sale to assembly!

Good service and friendly people. Prices are definitely on the high side. Most bike stores in other cities that I have been are cheaper, and Amazon is definitely cheaper. That said, it is convenient to where I cycle and the selection of product is good. Clothing is really pricey though.The salesperson that I first met when looking to buy a new road bike was a fitness instructor with zero understanding of cycles. That did not look good on Trek. However, the technical staff in service really know their stuff. So it was just bad luck that I ran into such a cycle dummy my first time in. I later bought $5K worth of cycle from another shop where they really did have good sales staff. Worth noting Trek friends.... Your front line people have to be cyclists. Bottom line - go there for service. Price and staff knowledge for cycling products is more risky. Conveniently located in north Naples and nice washroom. Still worth the visit.

Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever been on the receiving end of - from both employees behind the counter. I came in knowing exactly which bike I wanted, fully intending to give the store my $500, but I was so poorly treated I walked out purchasing nothing. The store clerks were condescending and dismissive, doing everything in their power to make me regret my planned purchase and try and buy an even more expensive bike. They were rude and unhelpful and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Took my sons bike in for a nut to keep the tire on. Bicycle tech was really great! He had the bolt and fixed the breaks as well. Great service!

I am a long time Trek Store customer, but had my first experience at the new South Naples store. My issue was an unusual and challenging problem with my bike. Marshall and Frank immediately identified the solution, solved my problem in the most professional and customer-friendly way in my considerable experience with treating customers. This new store is in exceptionally good hands. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and the solution to my problem.
