I am impressed with this little shop. Very good service, reasonable prices, and nice folks. I got my bike serviced here after a blowout of my rear tire on Tamiami south. Needed to replace the tire, so had to get two. New tubes too. Also got a tune-up since it had been around 1,600 miles since my last one. I decided to add a new helmet at the same time.All this was done in less than a day, quality work.I became a fan of this little shop and I will get my bike serviced here from now on.

Loved the experience of buying my wife a bike. Very helpful, very very patient in answering our questions, extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and what type of bike fits a certain type of rider. Will only go here when I need to upgrade my bike.

I bought a tube from them a week ago and installed it on my bike. Didnt hold air so I disassembled it to see what was the problem. There was a cut in the tube. So I brought it in to the shop to see if there was a reason inside the tire or on the rim that caused the cut. The owner couldnt find a problem so proceeded to say that it got cut because I installed it wrong and he should have done it. I think I changed my first bicycle tire before he was born. What an arrogant SOB. For a $9 tire he lost a customer for life. Never imagined that the Chinese made tire could have been defective. His profit on that tire was probably about $4. Great business decision to treat a customer thusly.

It was a great experience. I didn’t know the first thing about buying a bike. The time and attention given to me was exceptional. The back area allowed me to test drive a few bikes to see what was best. My bike was delivered all assembled with the extras I purchased within a few hours. I expect good customer service and I got it! I would definitely recommend Western Bike.

Jan 28, 2021Brought my bike in for repair the gears were skipping as I peddled.The mechanic took a quick look and suggested that an adjustment would fix the issue. I asked them to let me know if the bike needed more work than just a gear adjustment. As it turned out it needed more work to permanently fix the issue. I was not surprised and was very pleased with the work. If I ever need work done again I would not hesitate to go back to Western Bike. The bike was ready the next day, the price was very reasonable and everyone at Western Bike was friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer.

Great friendly and attentive. Came in to look at used bikes and they set me up quickly and I was on my way. Reasonable prices too. Even came back for service (flat: picked up a wire in the tire) and they took the bike in and repaired right away.

Heather at Western Bike is awesome. We bought two bikes (Jamis) there last spring after researching and visiting several bike shops. Weve been very happy with them. I decided this winter that I wanted to get a handlebar extender so I took the bike back to Western to see what they could do for me. Heather came up with the perfect solution at a great price. The shop installed it the same day, and even made some adjustments on the bike for me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the service was fast and high quality.

The lady in the reception is not friendly and they said to my friend who took both our bikes to the shop that the bikes needs tune up which is $120 alone without other things we needed to be done although the bikes were shifting very smooth and accurate but in fact not even that they got her for a tune that was not needed but the shifting is not even good as it used to be before and the odometer on my bike is not working anymore but they fix it when we were back easy fix just move the sensor but they made us make a trip back and waste time for something that they could have checked before they give us the bikes and when we told them about the shifting they say they cant do any better and they recommended changing the gears and shifter for solving a problem that wasnt even existing and charge us more money just the fact of convincing someone doesnt have experience to do tune up that wasnt needed to make extra money is not acceptable but they actually added some shifting issue Not a pleasant experience.I will be happy if there is a follow up and Ill update my review if I receive a good response from the management.

We just traded in two fourteen year old mountain bikes for two cruisers along with a bike rack for our trucks hitch. They were super helpful, very nice and answered all of our questions. They even put our bike rack together for us! Prices are reasonable for a brick and mortar specialty shop. Would highly recommend!

Top notch customer service and great selection. Had a flat tire on a stroller, took them less than 5 minutes to replace the tire. Was even able to rent a kids bike with training wheels for my 3 year old. Will absolutely be back to this shop, they make it super easy to work with them. Super great service.

Great service and customer satisfaction. We are visiting from up North. My wifes bike rear brake was not working correctly. We took the bike in, the technician diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The cost was only $5. We looked at accessories to add to the bike. We ended up buying a mirror, phone holder and some lube. They asked if we wanted the mirror and phone holder installed and we said yes. They installed them for free. Overall great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. If we have another issue, we will definitely go back to Western Bike.

Brought my tired old bike in for a tune up today. Super friendly staff and you can tell their mechanic is a real old school bike expert. My beat up bike truly rides better then when it was new over a decade ago. Looks and smells like the bike store my town had when I was a kid. My neighbor recommended Western Bike and I am glad she did.

Used to be a very friendly, neighborly bike shop..Rick was great...good service, nice HELPFUL vibes...but not anymore...woman at the counter is VERY bossy and rude with a loud whiney voice...if you dare go into the back to ask a simple question from the bike tech back there, she will berate you and insult you til you run out of there ! screaming to GET OUT FROM BEHIND MY COUNTER !!there are no signs posted anywhere to tell customers to stay out of the back area...and if no ones around and you have a question and the onlyperson in there is way in the back, what do you do...shout at him ??as long as she is in there, I will never go back...very stressful woman and very loud and insulting...a loose cannon.too bad...used to be a friendly place.

This is a great bike shop, very helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. My husband, sister & I rented bikes while visiting my sister in Naples. My sister & her husband that live in Naples ended up buying bikes from Western Bike. They hadnt ridden bikes for twenty years. Heather really helped them with picking out their bikes and also answering their questions about bike ridding. My cousin who lives in Naples also purchased bikes from them this year. I would highly recommend them for renting or purchasing, they are very accommodating & a customer friendly store.

Previously had good experiences. Last time I visited I walked in with my flat tire mounted on wheel. Within less than 5 seconds of viewing it the lady at the counter said that the tire was dry rotted and that I needed a new tire and that I should get a new tube also. I then spoke with a mechanic/tech and he disassembled it and said new tube was all that I needed. I have not nor will I return to this shop. I will go the extra distance and patronize Big Mommas

This is a first-rate bike shop with excellent service and a friendly attitude. First time I went I needed some small zip ties and the manager gave them to me for free. The second time I had a malfunctioning gear shift. The mechanic correctly diagnosed it as a buildup of dirt in the control. I got the bike back the next day and the cost was $5.00. How could you not love the place?

My adult son uses his 12 year old mountain bike as transportation around Naples when he visits from Boulder. When he pulled it down to head to Starbucks, the tire was flat as a pancake. Wife called me at work 4:30. I Googled bike repair and and called Western Bike. Sure, bring it in- do it while you wait The guys were friendly,extremely knowledgeable, and pointed out that the tire was mush, so I got a new tube and tire.I was gone by 5:15.(this is unheard of good service) My son was so impressed he wants them to replace the other tire and service the bike today. Im on my way to Western Bike for second time in two days. Love this place.the second time in two days .

Replaced a rear tube on an Electra Townie 3i which got me back on the road in record time. They have an impressive selection of bikes and accessories. Will be bringing both my bikes in for a tune up soon.

Never have seen this happen in 30+ years using a credit card. I returned a $20 pedal after asking this store if the couldnt install it and being told it would be some time tomorrow. I brought it home and tried to remove the old pedal unsuccessfully. Returned the next day with a receipt and the pedal which wasnt opened. Was told it would take a few minutes. 10 minutes later the owner came out with a $20 +/- check for the refund??? when I asked the clerk why I was receiving a check she stated the owner will be charged on both sides of the transaction?? the sale and the refund? Dont think its true but if it is, really, its like 60 cents? Last time theyll ever see me!

Stopped in searching for a set of ape hangars for my Genesis Onex cruiser. Found an incredible, affordably priced set of trike handlebars. The gentlemen even offered to install them for me free of charge!!! I was so pleased i even snagged a new pair of fat comfort grips which they discounted for me because i bought the bars!!! Was in and out in less than 10 mins and will recommend and reffer every1 I kno! Western Bike definitely earned a 5 star rating and gained a happy, repeat future customer for all of my biking needs!!!

Great store, Great people, Great prices! Ive bought a couple of bikes from Western Bike after being a few other stores in town where very snobby.

I brought my wifes Schwinn Lulu in for a repair of the tire and hand break. After the 2nd visit to pick it up I noticed that the cap on the steering assembly was not on. It did not look right and I believe that it was on when I tool the bike in. I took the bike back (4th trip) and asked them to look at it. They indicated that they would not have removed it. I asked them if they could order it and they indicated that they could not. Even thought they service Schwinn Bikes? For such a large operation it is hard to believe that they could not located a cap for a fairly new bike which had only be used 5 or 6 times. I was disappointed with the response and would not recommend them and I would not use them again.

Just stopped in to buy a bike. Zero greeting, although the guy rudely told us the bike we were looking at was sold. Walked out with nobody saying a word to us. Awful customer service.
