My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Stearns over the past few years. They’re always extremely helpful with the purchase as well as financing without being pushy or arrogant. I’ve walked out of car dealerships when the salespeople have tried to sell me an unsuitable vehicle, but the staff here always listens and are patient in showing us appropriate choices. They’ve had a great selection at reasonable prices, and even the higher mileage vehicles are reliable! We highly recommend them!!

Nice cars and wouldve bought one when I had money to put down. Until I asked how much. They said half the vehicles amount. I know for a fact 2 other ppl have bought from here one a bad experience yet I saw a truck I liked. Yet asking that much when other places asked me to put $2500 or less, is outrageous. So form your own opinion.

I’m writing a totally honest real review from our experience purchasing a vehicle from the dealership on Airport Pulling road in Naples years ago ..We would never refer anyone there.. Not sure how they even have 5 stars ..We bought the biggest LEMON I believe ever.First of all they see you coming ..My boyfriend at the time wanted so badly to get me a Mini Cooper and just so happens they have two. One was SUPPOSEDLY A JOHN COOPER WORKS and was priced like one .Come to find out it was a kit !!!It came with two no working fobs that ended up being a ridiculous mess.The windshield apparently was replaced and the rubber molding wasn’t even installed correctly which obviously didn’t take long to figure out as water had apparently been leaking inside the vehicle..After the 30 days it seemed to constantly ha e issue after issue and ended up costing us thousands upon thousands..There finance department even changed our payment after taking delivery.It ended up being such a disaster that we couldn’t even trade it because it was the most upside down vehicle ever (almost $8,000 to be exact)because of there dishonesty!!I’ve known many others who have also experienced shady circumstances with how dishonest their sales people are just to sell you a vehicle, with no regards to the customer. Only for the sale !Maybe there not like this to everyone and hopefully it’s changed there, but a warning to anyone looking for a used vehicle to truly do your homework and if there listing it a specific edition to make sure it documented on your finance paperwork.It was such an awful experience that we’ll never buy another used vehicle again.

Run dont walk and go see Rod Stearn Manager.Omgosh as a person that knows how to change the oil put in washer fluid change a tire thats itRod never took advantage of me. I wanted the very clean fair priced Kia Optima but alas need to readjust my financial picture during the pandemic.Or pay cash. Naples Auto Donation I would steer clear of.Thhey had me buy the car with broken moonroof broken window in the rain.How do they sleep at night? What a scam. They offer zero warranty and sell dreadful cars that they get for free as they call themsrlves a charity. I have put over 1300 in repairs in the two months since I bought my car from Naples Auto Donation.. Replaced my headlamps 4 times. Donate directly to the charity of your choice and work with the only honest used car dealer that I know of.

My mother winters in Naples, FL and I was driving her vehicle from Indianapolis, IN to her winter residence when she called to say that Stearns Motors had a vehicle that I might be interested in purchasing. My mother has purchased several vehicles from this business and always has had great results. My mother knew that I was on the look out for a vehicle in the near future as my Toyota Camry had 220K miles on it and it was time to consider getting a car to replace it when its time was done. My mother stopped by the Stearns car lot and spoke with Zac, who informed her that they had just gotten a 2000 Toyota Camry in that might be something that Id be interested in. They held the car for me and even told prospective buyers that it had already been spoken for, even though Id not even looked at it yet. This had to be the best car buying experience I have ever had, I found the car I wanted and they were closed on a Sunday. They came in on their day off just for me to see the car, they were so great I ended up buying the car that day.They also got me the best financing rate that I could get. Our transaction was smooth, fast and efficient, and I am confident that if something had not been quite right, then these guys would have fixed it. They even gave me advice on a car I was not trading in, and offered and did polish out some scratches on it.They have an intelligent business model, built up over many years: they make daily visits to the big car dealers and selectively buy what those dealers have taken in on trade-ins, but do not want to sell themselves. This is an alternative for both Stearns and those dealers, to the more usual auction route. We were used car shopping and found a vehicle on Stearns website that we were interested in. When we visited a sales consutant named Zac came out answered our questions and we went for a test drive. This seems to be a straight forward and honest dealer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this dealership. The owner and staff are genuinely good people and theyre not out to harass you or try to rip you off at all.We came from Miami and had to deal with all the sharks in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We were absolutely frustrated until we took the drive the Naples to look at a car this dealer had.I will definitely be taking the hour drive from Miami to Naples in the future to give these guys some business. If you like to be treated as a human being instead of a number then come here and check out their inventory. You wont regret it one bit!

Drove a long way to check out a car that wasnt what I saw in the pictures they left out the issues. Like the sagging headliner, cracked dash, corrosion on wheels, and the clear coat failing in the back. Also they lied telling me the car was owned by someone who got cancer and had to stop driving the car but when I got there the guy I talked to said it was some guys dream car but ended up having to get rid of it for a truck must not have been the same guy I talked to on the phone because he obviously wasnt told to tell the same lie. they are car salesmen not your friends honesty isnt there there thing. Anyone can lie and act nice to fool you

I had to purchase a used car on the phone. My parents live in Naples and I live in California. I spoke to Zack on the phone and he was fantastic!I found a cadillac that they were interested in and he drove it to their house to let them test drive it. They liked it and he took care of all the paperwork as well as driving the trade in back to Stearns to trade in. My parents did not have to leave the house. They didnt return my calls and they told me to find a coborrower which i did whom had perfect credit and they stated that she couldnt help me yet i went to 2 separate banks and got approved for their car but it was over priced of which they never mentioned that part, and they wanted 3 times the amount of down payment due to price issue. Horrible experience stay away. They are trying to sell over priced cars!!

They are the best used car dealer i have encountered,zach was fab and his boss also,they dropped the price 400, only 250 in fees,and had it delivered to mass for only 450,i had encountered other dealers in florida that tried to charge me 1600 for shipping to mass on top of an extra 1000 in fees believe or not,they are good and honest and straight foward,if i was going to buy another car in florida or knew someone that was looking i would definitley recommend zach and stearns motors, plain and simple,they dont try to rip u off,that, also remember the other things i have mentioned about them already,thanks and god bless all

I bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from Stearns Motors about 20 months ago. I went to trade it in and found out that they didn’t actually sell it to me for the price that was offered and agreed on. It was $3000 more. They took advantage of me and I will make sure that none of my friends let them treat them the same. I am furious and disgusted.

My experience at Stearns Motors was one of the highlights of my year. I’m a single full time working Mom who like many has struggled to make ends meet. My situation was not an easy one and I knew it would take a miracle to get me into a new car. I was very honest with the salesman Zac Graebe from the start. I thought sure he was going to say come back when you have more money down but he didn’t. Instead he went right to work along with Rob (finance Manager) to do everything they could to help me out. Not only were they able to get me into a 2016 vehicle with a factory warranty, they also kept my payments low for barely anything down. I’m still in shock over how easy and pleasant the whole thing was. Not a pushy bone in their body and what sold me was they came to me with the best deal up front. Having an accounting background, I knew that I was getting a great deal. I love that they are family owned and operated and I can tell they are one of the few businesses around that still operate with heart. I have bought cars from Tamiami Ford, Naples Dodge and Germain Toyota but I will continue to go back to Stearns from now on. I would say to anyone looking or even hoping to get into a new car. Go to Stearns Motors and just take a look. You won’t be disappointed.

Hadnt dealt with Stearns Motors since approx 2002 when my mom bought a car that she was very happy with. I recently inherited a vehicle that did not suit me and wanted to sell it but didnt want to deal with potential buyers so a relative ( that has purchased 4 vehicles from Stearns Motors ) suggested I contact them . I had an appt with Carmax and Stearns Motors said to come in after I got my appraisal from Carmax. Stearns Motors never asked to see the Carmax offer but beat it by a signifigant amount. Took very little time. They are super nice . I would tell anyone that wanted to buy or sell a car to at least see what they can do for you.

This is the best car dealership in naples, my family has been getting cars from them for years, so when the time came to trade in my car and move on to a truck that i was looking for, was riding by and stopped, walked on the lot, and the onwner mr stearns came to see me, as we talked and i told him who my father was he knew right away another williams,,, he had salesman randy, talk to me, and 3 hr later was leaving the lot with my new truck, fast forward 9 mo, my wife car broke down, and we had to replace it, came to the lot and 4 hr later wife was min her car. so two cars in one year,, and me and my wife loved the way that stearns had made this happen, you dont get that hometown feeling these days, as the way Stearns do business, the staff made you feel as they where you, and only one way to leave is in your new car, with the best finance. will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle
