I had a very bad experience in the optics of Naples which is in the Mall, very poor customer service with an employee named Alexander did not want to help me in anything that insurance refers to, in a bad mood and very bad desire that for the first time in my life I had to call and talk to the Manager who did help me very quickly without any problem.
