Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The doctor explained the changes in my eye sight in detail, which I appreciated. He guided me through the map of my eyes as well. They had a wide selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses to choose from. I am definitely going to book another appointment here for next year.

Javier went above and beyond with customer service and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. He obviously loves what he does and is an asset to Target Optical. In all of my experiences, He is the best I’ve ever had!! He is highly qualified in his appearance and professionalism!

Ive been to this Target Optical a few times and always have gotten great service. This time around I was purchasing new glasses, and Jeremy and Javier have both been very patient and helpful with recommendations. Great customer service - I highly recommend this location!

Javier has the patience of a saint as I am high strung and had to make two appointments to try my contact lenses and he acted like I was a pleasure. I am not. He also has a great eye for frames and helped me choose new glasses while being diplomatic about my old ones. This place is crazy busy and he keeps his cool and stays customer focused. Absolutely horrible. It’s a shame to. The male optician there was absolutely awesome. Definitely recommend going for him but don’t bother ordering glasses. They will wait 2 weeks to tell you your glasses are on backorder then call you back 20 minutes later to tell you they are not on backorder. Then tell you it’s another week and a half out. Save yourself the trouble and leave after the optician gives you your script.

Everyone was very professional, the place was very clean and sanitized. Staff was very friendly & helped me get glasses that fit my budget, I’m very happy because instead of spending almost $400 I ended up spending with warranty almost $160. The doctor was very helpful and answered every question. I left very happy and grateful for a wonderful staff. I’m not really someone who writes reviews but I came out very happy! Thank you guys! 🙂

Staff is accommodating, optician has poor bedside manor! I lost a contact and could not get an appointment with MyGoTo Costco for 2 months during season. Needed an exam in order to get a new set of contacts. Went in for appointment and was scolded by the female optician who ASSUMED I had driven without any contacts. I keep old sets of lenses in case of emergencies like this situation and informed her, yet NO apologies. When I picked up the lenses she informed me to come back in case of any adjustments. After several days of wearng them, I could not focus my distance. Well, COVID hit, and they were closed for approximately 3 months. I went in as soon as they opened and she tried to tell me it was over the 90 day warranty limit....REALLY???? Enough of her BS! I wasted over $500 and got nothing in return. I tried to make an appointment for another adjustment, she had her staffer hang up me. Decided it was more important to get my eyes right and went back to Costco, season was over by this point. I got an exam and TWO sets of contacts for under $300. Target will not give you your prescription for contacts until you purchase 1 pair of lenses from them, or at least thats what She did to me. One set of contacts cost me $272.99 plus $250 for the Exam at Target.GO to COSTCO, I got an excellent Exam and TWO Pairs of Contacts which cost under $300 TOTAL!!!!! You do the Math. Just make sure you plan ahead during season.

We were lucky to get an appointment at this location for an elderly relative at short notice. Maria on the front office was very helpful in arranging the appointment.It transpired that my relative had a very serious eye condition and Dr. Chant saw to it that we made an appointment for follow up immediately. Dr. Chant wrote excellent notes, for the retina specialist, which he commented upon very favorably . As a result, the specialist was very well informed of the condition which is now being treated .We were very impressed by the professionalism shown by Dr Chant and Maria and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

I purchased glasses at this Target. I was well pleased with them until the tint started to wear off. I took them in and the gentleman optician very kindly ordered new lenses. Now, after a few weeks, the tint is again wearing off. I went in this morning and had to deal with the female optician. She continued to allude that I was doing something to my glasses. I have never used anything but the wiping cloths they gave me. She embarrassed me in front of other customers. I am furious. Now I had to pay $25.00 for something that was not my fault. Why would I do something to harm my glasses? I have to wear my glasses when I am awake. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing glasses here again. She is rude and that is not acceptable

I went in today with no appointment and wasnt even a patient here. I asked Javier if he could help put the arm of my frames back together. He worked for about 15-20 minutes on my glasses, well after I was thinking, Theyre just broken. He was so friendly and it was beyond kind of him to do such a tedious task. I will be coming here for my next eye exam. I cant thank Javier enough for fixing my glasses. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent customer service!

First visit was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, after a mistake in the exam, I was prescribed the wrong strength for my contacts/glasses. After setting an appt for a specific time, I waited AN HOUR before being seen and had a customer skip me in the queue. While sitting in front of one of the employees for that hour, I was given no explanation as to why it was taking so long. The initial exam was 3 times as long as my first visit and at this point i was visibly upset. Upon sitting in the exam chair I was surprised to hear a bad joke coming from the optometrist asking me if I was blind (I have very poor vision). After not getting the response he was looking for, he assured me that I was, in fact functionally blind. The exam went on as did the small talk but I was over it already so I did not play along as I usually do. All in all, I had a bad experience and I will not be going back. At least let someone know how long the wait will be, that the exam will be a little different this time and apologize for the inconvenience a bit more sincerely.

It was my first time going to Everglades Eye Care and let me tell you it was the best experience! The staff were so friendly, and Dr. Martinez was the best!!

The customer service is great! They are very attentive, answer all your questions and I was serviced in a timely manner. I bought new pair of glasses and they have a system that calculates the benefits of the Vision Insurance, as they are on my network. It was definitely a great experience.
