Been to this store a few times for my fiancees glasses everyone is always nice just slow. But not this time I was greeted by Bryan as soon as I walked in . Bryan was prompt, and very helpful. Got me in and out very fast . Would highly recommended you see him! If he wasnt the manager he sure should be!

Best experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out quickly. I’ve had contacts since I was a kid and never been able to walk out with a trial pair and I did here. Also was able to get a 20/20 Rx. The staff was wonderful! Really a overall great experience!

Cathleen Caraballo has an excellent patient manner. She conducted what I thought was a very thorough examination and answered my questions with respect to Cataracs and possible surgery. I was very impressed with her as well as the staff that got me checked in and checked out expeditiously.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Intake was great and Dr. Caraballo explained everything and fixed me up with the proper prescription.

I just received my reminder in the mail for my annual eye exam. I’m grateful to have found an eye center that has a team that is consistently professional and efficient. This was the third office my husband and I tried when we moved to Naples 6 years ago and while we initially chose it because they take our insurance, we remain customers because we know they’re committed to providing the best care and service. They truly take the anxiety out of a trip to the optometrist. I highly recommend this location.

I bought my glasses here six months ago and have been very happy with them.Regrettably, the frames broke while I was traveling. Scott the manager, found me a substitute frame, replaced the lenses, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.Great service.

Mike Easterbrook is amazing! He helps you find the best price to fit your needs for glasses! I recently went in with a new script and explained wed moved to Ft Myers. He offered to drop them off at that store so I wouldnt have to go back to Naples to pick them up. We were there on other business just that one day. Then he called to let me know that Elizabeth Oleski, General Manager, Ft Myers had my new glasses waiting for me! I told her that Ive been wearing glasses for nearly 40 years and the past 4 visits with Mike at North Naples store were my best experience ever in eyewear purchases.
