Amazing service! No where gets your order done so fast! I got my glasses in less than an hour! And they have hundreds of beautiful frames to choose from! Definitely recommend to check them out!

Great service and friendly staff! They made it very easy. Went in for a pair of sunglasses and a pair of reading glasses. At other places, my prescription takes at least a week. Eyemart Express was so quick! Even with a special order and visiting less than an hour before closing on a Friday, my glasses were ready the next day. Fast simple and inexpensive. So far extremely pleased with my purchase!

In addition to my first review below, I have had another wonderful experience buying my second pair of glasses here. Again, Rene did an amazing job making sure that the glasses were perfect in every way and that I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. The highly-styled frames I chose this time look much more expensive than what I paid and are of excellent quality. I continue to recommend this store and their knowledgeable and professional representative, Rene. (FYI: I am not connected to the store nor to any of the people here in any way.)What a welcoming and professional group of folks who work here at Eyemart Express on Pine Ridge Rd. here in Naples! My frames had broken but I wanted to keep my lenses. It’s very difficult to find new frames that fit exactly. I had tried another local eyeglass place without success. Rene, a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee, spent a great deal of time hunting down the exact frames to fit my lenses. He had a couple of close fits, but refused to stop until he found the perfect one. The frames turned out to have a double discount and cost almost 1/3 the price of a previous pair that I had purchased that did not quite fit and in fact I had to return to another dealer. You don’t often meet people who are willing to go the extra mile for you and who take personal pride in getting things just right. Thank you Rene and thank you Eyemart Express.

When I walked in i was greeted by Carol.who helped me till the end.she made me feel comfortable I liked her personality she was not pushy and very understanding.the glasses are economically priced and lenses are included with frames.unlike some other eyeglass stores.i live that I can see and I look good in my frames. Found this place on Google maps. Thought the reviews were too good to be true but my glasses broke so I needed replacement fast. I got two pair of prescription glasses at a better than internet price and got them in less than an hour! Place is fantastic.

The staff at the Naples location were outstanding and so accommodating! This was my first experience with Eyemart and they made it a breeze! I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend these guys for a great pair of glasses.

I literally lost my glasses in the ocean the day before and had NO back-ups so i was blind as a bat for 20 hours but LUCKILY my girl Carol who answered my frantic call to their store right before closing time was SO SWEET and told me to come in the next day and that they could make me new glasses in 1-2 hours! I went in the next day, picked out new frames with the help of my friend and Carol’s expert opinions, and they were able to make my new glasses in literally **26** minutes!!! I was so so happy and had a great time shopping there! Never take eyesight for granted but if you ever need glasses in an hour or less this is the best place to come!!!

Having some vacation with my mother and daughter, Visiting from Texas, I went to Bonita Springs, having my pair Of glasses on in the Beach, I lost one of my glass of my pair of glasses, I came to this Optical Because it was the same company as the Texas one. The Customer service was Great and helpful and having a pair of glasses ready in less than 15 minutes. They were working as a good team.I was very thankful How is my para glasses again far from home. Just had my second eye exam a few days ago and this place is amazing. Their customer service is top notch. They are very polite over the phone. Dr. Hinshaw does a very thorough exam. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new eye doctor.

The level of attention and customer service offered at this location will make your trip worthwhile. Dr. Hinshaw, the independent doctor onsite was super friendly and took his time to conduct my eye exam. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The ladies up front were nice and accommodating. Carol assisted me in selecting new frames and she was outstanding. She showed great patience and offered many helpful suggestions. Both of my glasses were ready in less than 20 minutes. I am impressed by how everyone at Eyemart Express made my experience easy, quick, and economical.

Great experience with my eye exam, picking out eyeglasses and receiving my finished eyeglasses. Everyone involved at eyemart was amazing! Excellent customer service in the Naples store for prescription glasses. Lens are made in the store. Good range of prices for a huge range of frames. I bought one reading glasses for $190.00. My wife got two pairs of reading glasses $38.00 for two. Hard cases with all. Fittings are perfect.We are both satisfied. All the glasses were ready for pick up within 3 hours. Well done.

Every pair of glasses We had made here had to be remade due to improper measurements. Tried 1 last time because of warranty and store has lost my new glasses. Incompetence at it’s highest level. Independent eye dr is great!

Just amazing, my first visit I got the special 2-4-1 deal. They had frames that fit just right in this choice (wide head), and where very stylishly (get nothing but compliments. I also did the eye exam and corrected prescriptions made a world of difference- I can see again.Second visit I cam for safety sport google style- even better pricing then in line and ready in29 min!! Rene was AMAZING!!! I walked in, he asked me what I was there for and I told him I needed to buy glasses. He asked if I had a prescription, which I did, so he took me to a wall of glasses and picked 2 out for me in no time flat. They both were amazing! The smile on my face when I put them on was not what I was expecting. Loved not having to do the usual where I walk in somewhere and try on 50 before deciding on a pair an hour later. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying glasses. I was visiting Naples when I broke my prescription sunglasses - unfortunately beyond repair. This store - which wasn’t even officially open for business yet - went above and beyond to get me outfitted in a new pair of really high quality Ray Bans w polycarbonate lenses in just a couple of hours. My sales associate Carol went above and beyond. I’ll definitely return and recommend.

After dealing with a nearby competitor, I tried Eyemart Express, I could not be happier! I got exactly what I wanted, at a very reasonable price (no insurance), faster than I ever thought possible.

Took less than 45 minutes and I had prescription progressive regular glasses and progressive polarized sun glasses. Amazing!

My 94 year old mother lost a lens in her glasses.Took her perscription to Eyemart Express. They made her new frames with lenses that fit perfectly without her needing to be there. 35 minutes, $110 and out the door!! Easy Eyemart Express!!

Rene helped me and he was very nice and informative about the different types of lenses and he helped me pick out my pair. The wait was what surprised me, i only waited about 20 minutes for them to be done, im very pleased with their service.

I had an appt yesterday with Dr Hinshaw whose been my eye doctor since 2008. Right from the get go when I made the appointment I knew it was going to be a pleasure visiting his new location. I arrived and was acknowledged and greeted immediately. Entire staff was very friendly and I was taken care of quickly. Dr Hinshaw as usual very accommodating highly recommend it
