I have been going to Pearl Vision for a number of years now and they’ve always taken very good care of me and my very poor eyesight. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly and Dr. DeCanio is great. However, I would like to give a special shoutout to Nikki and her excellent customer service. Nikki has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my glasses and that my vision is perfect. Over the past couple of months I’ve ordered four pairs of glasses and I’m quite picky about how I wanted them to look and fit on my face. Nikki has been so patient with me and showed me, with great enthusiasm, all of my options. One pair of glasses came back and my vision wasn’t quite right due to a minor adjustment that needed to be made due to my very strong prescription. I was actually willing to try them out first for a week to see if I would become accustomed to them but Nikki suggested we send them back to the lab to make them just right and they came back perfect. It’s a testament to Nikki’s customer service and how she wants all of her customers to be 100% satisfied and happy with their glasses. She worked very closely with the lab to make sure each pair was created exactly how I wanted. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor with great customer service, then Pearl Vision is the place for you. Thank you, Nikki for all of your patience and kindness. You are truly a gem!

Awesome experience here every time! The Eye Dr is great; very to the point and helpful. Ken is great too; always happy and helps me out with anything I need. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Had in issue with eye lid. Was nervous about it and I work in the mall. They had no appt available but called me when was a cancelation. Saw me quick and help me greatly. 5 stars!!!
